The property is very luxurious and comfortable. Rooms are spacious and hygienic. The staff is very supportive and very good service. They served the most tasty food with on time service. The heated pool area is very well maintained. Our kids enjoyed a lot there. Play area is also great to engage the kids. Overall it is amazing stay with the perfect view of mountains all around.

The biggest testimony to his kindness came during our checkout, when my daughter’s first question was, “Where is Ramesh Uncle?” She wanted to meet him before leaving, which speaks volumes about the positive impact he had on our family during our stay. I have attended 3 nights/ 4 days BTS Retreat by Mr. Suresh Mansharamani in The Oasis Radisson, Mussoorie. Had a wonderful experience we stayed for 3 nights hotel is superb and staff is very humble they helped us out of the way and gave excellent service . food was awesome, cleanliness was excellent. over all 10/10 service. location is easily approachable from mall road, atmosphere was excellent, view from room was great, rooms were very cozy . no noise, very calm and peaceful.

Yes rooms are good,comfortable with excellent views and prompt service. Staff behavior is awesome especially Hom,Tanya,Geeta and many more.

Menu on the breakfast table and dinner is limited with lots of unhealthy fried items,which I think in today's scenario no one prefers.Limited items for the evening tea again sandwiches with mayonnaise and items of refined flour. There are so many healthy and Gluten free food items so that Gluten intolerant people can also consume.Just give it a thought and try to incorporate these in your menu.

Best stay in mussoorie for family

We had a wonderful stay and were especially impressed by Ravi at the front desk. He attended to us exceptionally well and made our experience memorable.

Our stay at the Oasis Radisson Mussoorie has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. The complimentary pickup and drop service till the paid parking area was incredibly convenient and made our travel entirely hassle-free. A big thank you as well to the reception team for a seamless check-in, and to the housekeeping staff for ensuring our room was always impeccably clean and well-kept. ​The dining here was a major highlight, the dinner buffet is by far the best I have ever had, so kudos to the chef and their excellent team! The entire staff is incredibly helpful and polite, with a special shoutout to Manish from the restaurant for his outstanding service. To top it all off, a special mention goes to the singer for providing a wonderful live musical backdrop that truly elevated our dining experience. ​Overall, this is a fantastic, well-rounded place to choose for a stay in Mussoorie. Had a very comfortable stay at Radisson Mussoorie. The staff was courteous and extremely helpful throughout our visit. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very hygienic, which made the stay even more pleasant. A special mention to Swapna and Ravi at the front desk and Taniya in the restaurant — they were incredibly helpful and ensured everything was taken care of smoothly. The only recommendation would be regarding the hotel cab service. Since the hotel is located on a steep slope, it becomes a little difficult to return from Mall Road late at night, especially after 9:30 PM when the hotel cabs are not operational. Extending the cab timings slightly would make the experience even better for guests. Overall, a great stay with excellent hospitality.

We had a very good stay, staff was super friendly plus the room has all the facilities. We had the room with balcony, and the view is just stunning. Manish and Tania are amongst the staff, who were very friendly and helpful. And I also want to mention the parking guard, such a nice guy and again very helpful.
