Bathrooms are bit small, although all accessories and amenities are there.

Reviewed Sep 30, 2025Good food, view and service. Beware monkeys raiding the room if you don't secure the balcony doors. They are fearless although I suspect that's a problem everywhere. Nearby restaurants at best indifferent. Better go to picture house Chowk a 100r rickshaw ride for foreigners. But the choice is only a little better. Off season the hotel is worth the price but full season I am not so sure. One gripe, the hot water is supplied by an individual room geyser. Barely enough for one shower, not good for a couple. Staff excellent, special mention to Sandeep on the bar.

Room was valley view, but there were so many trees outside the window that there was no view so very misleading. This is not even a 3-star property which they say is 4-star. Not worth the money they charge. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!

Reviewed May 30, 2025All the staff were willing to please and very pleasant. We felt personally cared for by all. We had all our meals in the hotel. Sandeep Rawat the restaurant manager and Subhash the chef gave us personal service and cooked dishes to our requirements very well. We felt we were ‘at home’ all the time we were there.

Reviewed Mar 30, 2025Excellent property. Views from the valley view rooms are marvelous. Daily breakfast is very very tastey. Staff is very polite and friendly. Location is bang on library chowk. Get a scooty at the mussoorie library bldg for entire day for merely rupee 1k or less. Fill the tank with rupee 200 petrol and head to all famous spots. On your own vehicle is great thrill.

Rooms are okay, but bathroom need repairs, refurbish, it smells. At check in, they charged me full of my entire stay, instead of Blocking the amount on card. This is not fair, I argued, but she said its policy. You should mention it when we do booking.

Reviewed Dec 27, 2024Excellent choice for a comfortable stay in Mussoorie. The rooms are very spacious and the service was commendable. The close proximity to Mall road is an added advantage. The front office staff were kind enough to suggest viable transport options for visiting nearby areas Highly recommended for fellow tourists!!
The restaurant staff are inadequate in numbers to match up with the service. Owing to the seasonal rush, there were lot of guests and the staff was finding it difficult to maintain the service levels (especially during breakfast hours). They were trying their best though. There was a minor issue in the bathroom which was rectified by the staff during the next day daily cleaning service.
