Initially, the staff was not responding to our phone calls, as the property is little difficult to find, if one does not know the location properly

Only the location

Rooms are not as advertised in your portal. They photographs are misleading. They have set of rooms on the ground floor where the window opens to a wall. It gives a feeling of dungeon. Who in the world sets up rooms like that when your selling point is the view. The rooms are dirty and has layers of dust. The housekeeping staff does not come to clean the house. Cockroaches in the toilet. They have a peculiar way of categorizing the rooms as Standardx Deluxe etc, however did not find any difference.

The location is absolutely gorgeous. The snow capped mountains are visible from the window. The garden area is beautiful to relax. It's away from the hustle bustle of the mall road.

10 AM checkout is too early. Breakfast is also available for just 2 hrs

Some plastics in the nature area. The property is amongst nature, so USP has to be guarded.

Everything was perfect, except the location, if you plan to spend the majority of your time in and around the Mall Road.

The property is very well maintained and is in a perfect location away from hustle of main Mussorie but still just 10 mins away from Mall road. Staff, Food and location all are amazing.

Very good views of the valley and mountains. Can also see the snowcapped Himalayas. Calm and serene away from the noisy Mall Road.

The sheets and towels had stains/dirt. Recommend adding some quality control for these items. Strange booking procedure where they asked to pay online ahead. This was not mentioned on Booking.com site. I paid online and the hotel ran my card separately without notifying. There was no signature on the receipt. Now I need to make international calls with my credit card to start dispute procedures. I think they need so training on check in procedures and credit cards for errors on their part.

J'ai fait un très bon séjour de 4 jours au Mountain Quail Hôtel. Tout était parfait, à commencer par l'accueil, le restaurant où j'ai pu constater un professionnalisme de la part de chacun. J'y ai pris tous mes petits déjeuners c'était juste parfait, choix entre formule classique ( œufs, toasts, beurre confiture...) ou indienne (les paratas étaient excellentes).La carte des diners était également très fournie et m'a permis de découvrir des spécialités du coin. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est juste génial en pleine nature avec des levers et couchers de soleil de toute splendeur avec la chaîne himalayenne en toile de fond. Les quelques km qui séparaient du centre ville ne posaient pas problème car le chauffeur est venu me récupérer en ville à plusieurs reprise. Merci à tout l'équipe

The hotel is located in a peaceful area, about a 15–20 minute walk from Mussoorie Mall Road. For those who love tranquility and want to relax close to nature, this hotel is an excellent choice. We had booked mountain view rooms, and the scenery from the room was truly mesmerizing. Loved the place—beautiful and quiet. The breakfast had a good variety, and the food was really delicious. Would love to visit this place again!

The small road leading to the hotel is not in good condition and is quite steep. However, apart from that, there’s nothing negative to say about this hotel.

There is nothing to dislike in this property, the staff is very cooperative, cleanliness is followed very thoroughly, food is good and cooked in house and the hotel has their own in house restaurant, the view is perfect, the location nearby is fantastic. If you are looking to have a beautiful and soothing stay in mussoorie, this is a must stay hotel 5/5

The approach road for the Hotel is horrible. And we expect any Hotel will take care of minimum things for the driver. They didnt provide minimum courtesy and even didnt offer tea also.

Located in a serene atmosphere away from the hustle bustle of the mall road, yet not very far away. View from the hotel is excellent. It has a wonderful lawn, where you can spend the whole day gazing the mountain range. Staffs are excellent. Food yummy. Value for money. Loved our stay.😊

Every staff member at this hotel was incredibly helpful and attentive, but Mr. Vikas Mohan stood out as exceptional. Every time when contacted, he was ready to help.

Location, It was slightly difficult to reach and many rooms do not have a good view.

The location and views were amazing, the rooms were comfortable, the staff were helpful and the food was the best. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I will definitely stay at this place the next time I am in Mussoorie

A great new property with a beautiful garden between Mussoorie and Happy Valley. The rooms are comfortable, on one side with a great view of the mountains. The breakfast is tasty and generous.

The room was not adequately cleaned. there were blood stains in the blanket. Very poor!

The cleanliness. There was hair in the food. And the set dinner menu was not good. They claimed that the chicken was fresh, but my family and I smelled it, and it was not fresh.

Fantastic food but in breakfast variety of fruits n juice is quite less...Balcony view was Awesome...over All is Good to stay...Room size was ok...

Firstly Tea was not at all good...some insects like spider n leech are in rooms...as like 3star hotel...everything was not there until u ask for that Most important No Games was Available for children...Quality of furniture is not like a 3 star...One of families Bed was broken...her wife was hurt badly...and the staff was not behave well with them

The location of the place is quiet good. 2 km away from Library chowk or mall road. But remember because of the chow there will be a lot of traffic in the day so try and reach earlier if you can. Staff was attentive and professional.

The Linen was not clean it felt like it was not changed. There were hair on the bed and the quilt had stains. Thankfully we always travel with our own bedsheets and pillow cover etc. Apart from this the mattress was very uncomfortable, i couldn't sleep properly foe the whole stay of 2 nights.

The location, the staff and the breakfast was great. We had an amazing time at the hotel. They also provided early check in and drop service at checkout. Would definitely recommend the hotel.

The bed was a little small and an extra blackout curtain to cut-off sunlight in the morning would be the absolute best.

Room provided for three was small and uncomfortable. No balcony compared to one shown in photograph . Hotel manager however was willing to provide a better room next day but we left as there was a change in plan due to high temperature and heat.

Taxi service providers of hotel was not asexpected. Poor quality taxi was provided when asked.

People were helpful. Processes were straight forward - they told clearly about what was available and what was not. Quiet and peaceful.

Bathroom has some kind of a smell despite being clean (Room 104). Canteen can improve a lot. Game room has only 1 carrom board. There should be more options.

Hotel is good but last 300 meter road is very narrow and risky to drive. The hotel is good but bit expensive for its overall appearance and experience. PS: they provide complementary shuttle to Mall road, which made our stay extremely convenient

Amazing food, efficient staff . Their dinner was very good and the rates were competitive.. The room was spacious, overlooks the jungle and was well maintained.Decent size gallery where you could sit and enjoy your evenings. Their breakfast buffet is amazing and has enough options. The property overlooks amazing forest and there is peace of mind.

The location is a bit off and there is a steep slope you have to go down to access the property .The road leading to the property was not well maintained and is wide enough just for one car.so.if some is coming off from the opposite side,you will be in a bit of a tight spot ,unless u know ur way around the slopes. I drove my car and it took me some time to get used to these slopes. Around 1 km from the mall road ,you cannot walk to the mall road because the road is under construction and it is full of dust...

The views and location are amazing. Staff is very friendly and helped me while sick in the hotel with special menus. They helped us also organize the taxi to and from Mussorie.

The room was very humid and cold (we were on the ground floor) and the smell of the kitchen distributes around the structure.
