Property location is excellent. Very well mentioned Property. Food options is limited.
Food was average and breakfast menu was repetitive. Food quality was good but lack authentity like Sambhar taste was very ordinary
Excellent property, great food and staff take special care.
Overall experience was good and staff behaviour was excellent
I don’t think I can add anything
Location, campus, room decor
A swimming pool would be nice. There is enough space.
The hospitality was very good Kids friendly staff Said no to anything
Just the location a bit far from mall road but then u enjoy in the property itself
An incredible stay! The staff was super welcoming, the service was top-notch, and the food was absolutely spectacular.
The property was good.
Some of the staff member were good but I found most them were wither trainee or not so well trained. They at times were confused and there were delays in services.
Wide spread of breakfast. Pretty much all you can think of or want. Royal Afghan has the best Indian food you can have. Must try. Delivered by superb staff to an exceptional service. Thank you Mr Valli to you and your teams there. Ankit and the entire f&b teams should be very proud.
Heritage property
Staff and Hospitality
It’s good hotel with heritage and history. Amazing view and good staff.
I will prefer more amenities for price of the hotel
Excellent property, worth staying
All good
Exceptional Staff service Especially Brijesh Sonia Sumit Poangmai Simran And all the chefs who repeatedly checked on us
Not being allowed access to the quiet and non crowded Writers Bar just because we had our 18mnth old baby along . As in what does the hotel expect we do? Leave baby in the room? Didn't understand the policy
I have stayed at The Savoy for my birthday for 2 nights couple weeks ago with my family and we had absolutely the best experience. The way this property has managed to honor its 1902 roots while providing you the modern day luxury is what makes this an unique experience. The property is a beautiful span covering various courtyards and we had our rooms in the central court. The staff will go over and above to make you feel comfortable and feel special. They were very kind enough to even put up a surprise birthday cake in our room. We had the absolute lovely dinner experience at their in house restaurant- The royal afghan and you can get the view of the mountains while enjoying your meal in cozy heated outdoor seating setup. The evening bonfire would want you not to leave and go anywhere outside . To be honest, it doesn't matter how long your duration of stay was , you will end up wanting to stay one more day. This place is the perfect answer to your quest for peace and slowing down. And for people who love taking pictures ( like me ) , every corner of this beautiful property is a perfect spot for gram worthy pictures. Thankyou Team Savoy. We will definitely be
The property has old world charm. Location and facilities were exceptional
Good
The heritage preserved well and location
All good.
Our stay at ITC Savoy Mussoorie was exceptional in every way. It was arranged to celebrate my mother’s birthday so as to make it a memorable one and the Savoy hotel was instrumental in making it so. The hotel is set amongst graceful trees, perched atop the hills of Mussoorie with gorgeous mountain views. Its impressive architecture exudes old world charm with reminders of Savoy’s hallowed past at every corner. Arriving here, we felt like we had stepped into a beautiful and tranquil retreat. Adding to the beauty of the landscape was the exceptional service of the staff that runs this gem of a place. Stepping onto the premises, we were received by Ms. Sonia who personally led us to our rooms and made us feel very welcome. To our delight, the room was especially done up for my mom’s birthday with the cherry on the cake being a warm note from Mr. Gautam Valli, the General Manager. Throughout our stay, the staff impressed us with their warmth, courtesy and attention to detail. At par with the services of the hotel, was the care we received at the restaurant. The restaurant staff, especially Mr. Sachin and Mr. Vishal, was endlessly polite, attentive, skillful and elevated our dining experience. The food prepared by the chef Mr. Vipin was delectable and sublime with the pastry items being a highlight. The crowning glory was the special send off that the staff, including Ms. Shrishti, gave us on the eve of our departure. Needless to say, ITC Savoy carries forward every bit of its famed legacy and we would be delighted to revisit it in the future.
Best stay of the Year
Nothing

Location and views
Main restaraunt under renovation, make shift had very loud music, Internet and mobile not working despite telling to give room with connectivity, no one came to escort till room and for one night couldn’t figure out how Ac works , linen at bed base had dirt, in washroom door was getting stuck with comode
Everything was excellent
Too many stairs as it is a heritage property, so was difficult for the elderly to go for meals/events frequently. Better accessibility would have elevated their experience.
Breakfast and location were good.
The gym needs complete change of equipment to a good brand like life fitness. Having a recumbent bike for cardio is a must .
Good location, Beautiful layout and architecture plus exceptional service
Rooms are bit small for family & old style locks with very small balcony
We recently celebrated our son’s first birthday at Welcomhotel ITC Savoy, Mussoorie, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable experiences for our family. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by warmth, hospitality, and a sense of old-world charm that this beautiful heritage property is known for. The hotel has a rich legacy dating back to 1902, and you can feel its history in every corner – from the stunning architecture to the antique pieces like the 1820 billiard table and the vintage piano from 1895. It truly feels like stepping into a different era, yet with all the modern comforts one could ask for. One of the highlights of our stay was, of course, the food! We enjoyed a mix of flavors at The Grand Dining Hall, indulging in classic dishes with a touch of local flair. The Royal Afghan was a treat with its amazing North-West Frontier cuisine – the smoky grilled kebabs were an absolute delight. And for those who love a good drink in a cozy setting, The Writer’s Bar is the perfect spot to unwind while soaking in the historic ambiance. Apart from the birthday celebration, this trip also turned into a beautiful family reunion. The lush green surroundings, cool mountain breeze, and the hotel's peaceful vibe made it the perfect getaway for all of us. The little details – from the personalized service to the unique Savoy postmark at the hotel’s own post office – made the experience even more special. If you're planning a trip to Mussoorie, I highly recommend staying at ITC Savoy. Whether it's for a celebration, a quiet retreat, or simply to soak in the history of this legendary place, it's an experience worth having. We will definitely be telling all our friends and family to visit this gem of a hotel! Looking forward to coming back soon!

Historical Property..
Besides its historic character and beautiful architecture, the service we received at Savoy was truly exceptional. We were celebrating a birthday and New Year's Eve, and the staff ensured our stay was truly memorable. Akshita at the front desk gave us a room with a stunning view and even arranged a birthday surprise. The dinner buffet at Savoy was excellent and the Writer's Bar was an absolute delight. Very highly recommended. We will definitely return.

Over the years we have traveled extensively all over the world and The Savoy definitely ranks amongst the top 10 hotels we have stayed at. The beautifully manicured gardens, gleaming hardwood floors, the marble corridors, the stately dining hall and tastefully furnished rooms all add to the old world charm of this magnificent heritage property! The staff at the reception desk, dining room and housekeeping were always available to ensure that all our needs were met! The service is par excellent and the food outstanding!

Ideal location for visiting Mussoorie. The property has been renovated. Clean rooms and comfortable stay. The staff is very helpful and eager to serve.
It was truly an exceptional experience! From the moment we arrived , the staff went above and beyond to ensure a warm and welcoming stay. The rooms were immaculately clean, spacious and well decorated with a stunning view of the valley. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious ,with plenty of options to suit every taste. Amazing experience staying at the Savoy. The staff is very helpful and goes out of the way to ensure that you have a great stay.
ITC Royal Mussorie is a amazing heritage hotel, you feel like you was walking across the History walls and every part of the Hotel has a story to share. This is clubbed by amazing staff members who go the extra mile to convert every transaction into a memorable experience for its guest. The Food and beverage is outstanding, and the Royal Afgan is a restaurant that all should try, if you love North West Frontier Cusine. The Welcome assistance is a amazing concept by ITC hotels that track every request of all guest till completion. The Breakfast is amazing and has got a good choice of North Indian and South Indian flavours
The evening Hi- Tea can be uplifted more. The choice of hot snax can be made better. Shower curtains needs to changed periodically by housekeeping.
The service and location all were excellent. Specially Jasmin was really helpful.
