The location is amazing... right by the sea. The staff were always smiling... ready to help. I want to thank the person on the night shift with all my heart for offering to call an ambulance when I experienced a health issue.

Por la noche por los caminos de las habitaciones hay alguna cucaracha para que la gente del hotel lo sepa, y yo cambiaría un poco la variedad de comida por poner más cosas

La amabilidad de los trabajadores.

Muy macificado de gente y sobre todo de niñ@s era una locura. La calidad de la comida deja mucho qué desear.

L'hôtel est agréable avec une jolie vue mer. Le personnel sympathique et serviable sans excès. La propreté de l'établissement est exceptionnelle. Les repas sont variés et il y a du choix. Les restaurants asiatique et canari sont très bien, gratuits et illimités contrairement à d'autres hôtels. Service TUI pour les excursions très bien organisé et les recommandatins ciblées selon nos envies. Très sympathiques !

L'impossibilité d'acheter du vrai vin lors des repas. Le vin en tirette est exécrable. Dommage que les gens qui ne sont pas prêts à boire de la piquette ne puissent pas accéder à une carte de vin contre paiement bien évidemment ! L'impossibilité de faire garder des courses à la réception ou de les faire apporter en chambre. Surtout lorsque la chambre est tout au bout de l'établissment et qu'on doit les prendre avec nous pour souper et le reste de la soirée... Salle de spectacle trop petite et à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur les places sont limitées et recherchées.

La localisation ainsi que la nouveauté des équipements et la bonne humeur des employés

- La propreté des chambres, nous avons eu des cafards à plusieurs reprises dans la chambre - La salle de sport trop petite, en tant que sportif et faisant de la musculation, j’ai été très déçu - Les cocktails alcoolisés qui ne semblent pas l’être

Me pareció un gran detalle lo pronto que nos dieron la habitación, llegamos bastante temprano debido al horario de nuestro vuelo, sobre las 09:30, lo primero que nos dijeron es que podíamos ir directamente al desayuno y sobre las 10:10 la habitación ya estaba lista para nosotros, fue una grata sorpresa.

Muchas de las bebidas, cócteles, algunos yogures del buffet, estaban excesivamente azucaradas para mi gusto.

The staff from room maid to front desk were excellent.The lobby bar daytime staff exceeded expectations,polite,calm and the area was a refreshing atmosphere from the hustle and bustle of the busy lower bar. The dinning area and food was great for us.Clean area and quality waiters.

Most of the pool beds around the pool area were very close together.

The drinks were awful, had to ask to put alcohol in cocktails despite there being a mocktail Menu. Not a lot of variety at all for the money we paid for the hotel. Size of glasses esp for beer were tiny.

La ubicación con parking es insuperable, la limpieza de las instalaciones y la habitación es magnifica, la comida es muy buena y hay bastante variedad (aún que mejorable), la mayor parte del personal también muy bien, animación a la noche esta muy bien.

Teníamos la habitación en otro edificio y el trayecto entre la parte principal y nuestra habitación teníamos que contar entre 7 y 10 minutos de ida y otros de vuelta. Para los tempos era un poco mal porque ibamos con poco tiempo y ademas sumarle esto.

Das Essen war reichlich und gut. Das Angebot war sehr gut. Das Personal ist aufgestellt, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es ist ständig geputzt oder gereinigt worden. Rezeption ist geduldig, informativ und überaus freundlich.

Der Weg von Hauptgebäude zum Nebengebäude konnte man als Verdauungsspaziergang verstehen, konnte aber auch nerven. Braucht eine gewisse Zeit um sich zurecht zu finden. Kein Ein-/Ausgang bei Nebengebäude zum Meer.

El agua de las piscinas estaba demasiado fria

Hotel Grande, puedes comer a todas horas, actividades e instalaciones preparadas para hacer todo tipo de deporte: tenis, basket, volley. La piscina y hamacas muy comodas. Socorristas y equipo de animacion excelente y cualificado. Tienes todo lo que necesitas a tu alcance sin tener que salir del hotel. Es un todo incluido en condiciones.

Todo me ha gustado pero hay cosas para mejorar: No hay libros en español en la biblioteca, aconsejable mosquiteras en las habitaciones o disponer en habitacion de repelentes, mejora de calidad en los coktails y bebidas ( coca cola, fanta , vino ) son de baja calidad.

La amabilidad de los empleados principalmente, la comida rica. Todo limpio.

Que ponga mejor música en la discoteca. Porque es algo antiguo todo. Le falta más animación.

La buena ubicación, la piscina climatizada, el buffet, la habitación-casita que nos tocó

Que no hubiese más actividades para niños en horario de tarde, terminan muy pronto. Recomendaría un horario por lo menos hasta las 19 pues por la mañana la mayoría hacemos excursiones para conocer la isla y casi no les dio tiempo a participar a nuestros hijos. El agua de la máquina de bebidas era agua del grifo (sabía mal) tuvimos que estar pidiendo botellas de agua mineral en el bar de arriba cada vez que queríamos agua.

Mancanza del bidet nei bagni, i vini a pranzo e cena sono Pessimi .

Food. The hotel is exactly as we have experienced before in a different location.Although it is very large with over a 1000 bedrooms it is well planned and run and the food is bvery good. Never have we experienced any food related illnesses.

The Tv channels are very limited for the British. Suggesting they dont want you to stay in your rooms. If you likr a certain soap and want to keep up, take an i pad and use U tube.

Las habitaciones estupendas, baño grande, todo muy limpio. El buffet bastante bueno, mejor que en otros sitios. Prácticamente en la playa, una maravilla.

No es que sea algo malo, pero es un hotel demasiado grande y hay que caminar bastante de un lado a otro.

La propreté, les repas, les animations…

Las instalaciones son excelentes, la limpieza y atención del personal. Siempre dispuestos a ayudar al cliente. Tuve una incidencia con el teléfono de la habitación y otra con la caja fuerte y en cuestión de minutos me lo solucionaron. Muy cercano a la playa de los pocillos.

El bufé estaba bien en lineas generales. Eso si, la comida era mas floja respecto al desayuno y la cena. Está bastante orientado al turismo extranjero ya que hay bastante comida rapida (pizzas, hamburguesas, patatas fritas, etc).

De lo mejor que encontré sobretodo fue el personal, la gente súper amable.

La comida realmente era bastante mejorable, la ducha no funcionaba, entonces o salía el agua muy fría o muy caliente y pedimos que lo revisaran pero no lo hicieron, no dejaban toallas limpias por las mañanas entonces teníamos que llamar a pedirlas, hacía muchísimo frío en la habitación y tampoco habían sábanas. Y luego, el restaurante de comida asiática, era incomible la comida sinceramente, el peor sushi que he comido en mi vida.

Buena organización y limpieza

Osoblje je bilo jako pristojno i prijateljski raspoloženo .Sobe su velike ,udobne i čiste.Lokacija je dobra .Od sadržaja ima stolni tenis,biljar,teren za košarku i nogomet,2 terena za tenis,teren za odbojku na pjesku ,boćalište i još par stvari.Fali unutarnji sadržaj kao biljar stolni tenis ili nešto jer tamo uvjek puše .

Htjeli smo biti u glavnom djelu gdje su sva događanja čak i prilikom rezervacije smo to zatražili ali pri dolasku na naš zahtjev nismo to dobili. Prilično je daleko za hodati od jednog do drugog djela Bar u mirnijem djelu se zatvara u 18h pa ako ste na bazenu morate po piće skroz u glavnu zgradu.

Rooms were great, food was excellent, great variety, drinks were lovely, very much enjoyed the cocktails. Entertainment very good also, i honestly cant fault the place.

I must say i do prefer adult only hotels but to be honest there wasnt too many noisy children around. I stayed in the 2nd building so had the long walk from reception to my room, i dont mind the walk i enjoy walking but it was quite eary in the evenings i wouldnt like to do that walk on my own. I didnt notice any cameras in the hallways which i think would be beneficial and make people feel a bit more safe.

personale gentile e disponibile ,tutto ben organizzato dal check-in (siamo arrivati tardi quindi la cucina era chiusa ma hanno organizzato uno spuntino) ,anche in fase di check out ( lasciato l'hotel alle 16,30) abbiamo potuto usufruire di tutti servizi. COLAZIONE -PRANZO-CENA molto ricchi e di buona qualità

The location, cleanliness of rooms, gardens, pool areas . All very well maintained and the housekeeping and gardening staff all very pleasant. The food was very good and the entertainment and activities staff were above and beyond pleasant, energetic and engaging.

Nothing except as a tea drinker the lack of milk at the machines was a mystery.

Poco sitio en el lobby para un hotel tan grande. Haría falta otra recepción y lobby en la otra parte del hotel No hay suficientes sillones para tomar café o una copa. En la habitación ningún amenities.

Eten in de restaurants is van hele goede kwaliteit en het aanbod is zeer ruim.

Rond het zwembad zouden er wat meer comfortabele zitjes mogen komen. Nu beperkt en beetje oncomfortabele stoelen.

Frokosten og middagen på hotellet var veldig bra. Veldig bra buffet både på frokost og middag. Likte også veldig godt at man fikk sin egen kaffikanne på bordet til frokosten.

Det var litt uoversiktlig informasjon fra resepsjonen ved ankomst når det gjaldt hotellets fasiliteter.

Het eten was in het algemeen gewoon goed. Er is tijdens de buffetten zo veel keuze, vis, vlees of vegetarisch, er is altijd wel iets van je gading. Veel wordt terplekke klaargemaakt en allles wordt daardoor ook elke keer weer op tijd aangevuld. Als je niet van buffetten houdt dan moet je een ander soort hotel zoeken. Het personeel is gewoon zeer vriendelijk en je kan wel merken dat er alles in het werk wordt gesteld om het de gasten naar hun zin te maken. Altijd en overal goede cappucino kunnen krijgen!

Het is wel een enorm groot hotel, waar veel mensen verblijven, maar zowel in de eetzalen als bij de verschillende zwembaden is altijd wel een iets rustigere plek te vinden.
