המקום מרווח גדול, מאפשר חוויה. חברתית,ויוזם מפגש חברתי עם האורחים. ההגעה לשם בשעות מאוחרות קצת בעייתית, אין הרבה קוי טראם שמגיעים לשם, או התדירות נמוכה . האזור מאד נחמד. היה בה חנויות מהמזרח , סברס תאנים, בקלוואה. התקלה היחידה היתה חוסר סבון במקלחת. ושיהיה צריך להציע את המצעים בעצמי.. (שזה שנווא עלי..) המקום מאד מאיר עיניים גדול חדשני צוות מאד יעיל ואדיב.

Een heel leuk en comfortabel hostel in een erg leuke buurt. Veel leuke cafés in de buurt en de tram stopt ongeveer voor de deur. Vrolijk en erg vriendelijk personeel. Erg ruime opzet. Wij hadden een 2-persoons comfort kamer: helemaal top!

L'hotel est un peu excentré mais plusieurs lignes de Tram passe devant et permettent de joindre facilement tout les points d'interets de la ville.

le petit dej pour moi était rudimentaire, mais bon on en a pour notre argent.

Struttura nuova, accogliente, giovanile. Lo staff gentilissimo. In particolare ringrazio le due receptionist che mi hanno aiutata a risolvere un problema con le camere, disponibili ed estremamente gentili. Ho apprezzato moltissimo, trovare delle ragazze attente, che si accorgono subito di un tuo malessere e ti aiutano non é così scontato. La posizione è molto comoda, non è in centro ma si raggiunge molto facilmente con i mezzi che sono molto vicini o anche a piedi per chi ha voglia di camminare. Se dovessi tornare ad Amsterdam tornei assolutamente qui! Grazie 🫶🏻

الإقامة كانت ممتازة والاستف ممتازين لكن حظنا كان وحش جدا لأننا وصلنا قابلنا أسواء معاملة من اللي واقفة في الريسبشن وأصرت علي أننا مندخلش الغرفة الا بعد الساعة 3 مع أن الغرف كانت متاحة كانت الوحيدة اللي شعرها اسود لاني مش عارف اسمها ومعاملتها أسواء مايكون بعد كدة طلعنا الغرفة كانت قذرة جدا وريحتها نتنه نزلت متنرفز قابلت احسن وألطف شخص اسمه ميار هداني وغيرلي الغرفة وكان في منتهى الذوق خلال المدة لقيت كل الناس في الريسبشن ودودين جدا وتأني يوم لقيت بنتين وصلوا الساعة العاشرة صباحا وعملوا اتشك أن فورا عادي بس مع بنتين تاني في الريسبشن لان البنت اللي شعرها اسود مكنتش موجودة وابتسام ومقابله ممتازة فهو حسب حظك لو رحت هناك وقابلت البنت اللي شعرها اسود هتقفلك من هولندا كلها وتخليك تلغي اجازتك وتكرة الدنيا بحالها

The staff are nice ! But I would say the location is a bit far from center , especially when there is a strike there , a little pricy to get to the town. However, the breakfast is really nice to eat , full of variety , which I would say kinda Dutch morning ! Worth money !

The mattress is a bit soft , the light is dark , and no hair dryer .

The location of the place is incredible, its away from the busy areas, but not too far to feel isolated, a quick tram ride can get you anywhere you want. But that neighborhood is just too good.

There isnt much not to like, my only comment is, as a resident in the hostel, i think we should get free access to the pool table, we were asked to pay to play, it wasnt expensive but doesnt make sense for a resident of the hostel to pay for it. Just the way i see nothing major.

We stayed in a 6 bed dorm with friends, 3 adults and 3 young children aged 1 to 6. Heaps of room, and large bathroom. There was plenty of storage space allotted to each bunk so if we were staying with people we didn't know, it wouldn't have been a problem.

Our family room with 6 bunks was clean and spacious, featuring an ensuite shower and toilet. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of complimentary eco-friendly shower gels. The communal spaces were fantastic, the staff were welcoming, and the overall atmosphere had a wonderfully cosmopolitan feel.

While slightly removed from the main sights, getting into the city centre was fairly easy by tram. The breakfast spread offered a variety of options, though the scrambled eggs were a bit rubbery.

Quite a family-friendly hostel. Our 1-year-old slept well here, and had a good time in the common area and on the playground that is just outside the entrance. Very clean. The breakfast is a great price for Amsterdam.

Our 2 person room had a ceiling fan but even with that it was very difficult during one of the heatwaves. The bigger dorms were using a pedestal fan in the doorway to try to cool down, or some people were going to a specially airconditioned cool-down room on site.

Tout! la, déco, les espaces, l'accueil, la gentillesse. J'étais fatiguée, on a pu attendre notre chambre dans le salon sur les canapés. Et comme j'étais allongé on nous a proposé une autre chambre libre, pour s'installer rapidement. Ça m'a touché 🙏 merci au jeune homme qui a pris cette initiative. La chambre était plus grande. Un super lieu bien placé. Un tram à 100 m et en 10mn on est dans le centre. Le petit déjeuner délicieux, copieux, paisible

Itt has a very friendly feels to the whole lobby and has a bar as well. The room is clean. theres a tr station nearby.

I would have give it a 10/10 if they gave me a bottom bunk bed for more comfort.

Super friendly staff. Location is great, very quiet and close to tram and train station. Plenty of space to sit down, work and eat. My room was super spacious, comfortable and clean.

The light in my bed didn't work for some reason. It can get loud since they allow children.

The price to quality ratio was incredibly good here, the entire building was exceptionally well cleaned and the staff was very helpful. The room was a big bigger than anticipated as well.

The location isn’t all that good, the neighbourhood was very clean and aestethic, but taxi’s there are expensive and trams stopped moving after midnight, so walking an hour back every night became regular. During nights and evening a lot of noise throughout the property echoed into our room.

Questo ostello è stata una piacevole scoperta, fornita di tutto il necessario e accogliente per chiunque (famiglie, ragazzi, gruppi di amici, scolaresche...). Il personale è davvero eccezionalr, sempre disponibile e professionale. La struttura mette a disposizione una stanza lavanderia, con lavatrici e asciugatrici (si paga con il POS). Nella sala comune ci sono giochi per bambini più piccoli, un biliardo e un biliardino (questi ultimi a pagamento, ma la cifra è irrisoria). Noi abbiamo pagato anche per la colazione, ricca e varia. Le stanze sono carinissime e i letti comodi. La posizione è perfetta (10 minuti in tram dal centro). Ringraziamo tutto il personale per la splendida accoglienza e torneremo sicuramente!

we were a family of 3, shampoo was not provided in the private bathroom we had, internet was very bad, we had to do our beds, and we had to pay for lockers, so basically no services included.

La pulizia, gli spazi in comune e l’ottima posizione in un quartiere tranquillo e residenziale ben collegato con i mezzi.

Belli e funzionali gli spazi comuni, carino il bar e lo spazio antistante l'ingresso. Si trova in una zona servita bene sia dai mezzi (tram) che da posti dove mangiare o supermercati(pochi minuti a piedi). C'è anche il refill dell'acqua naturale free

wifi al terzo piano non veloce come nella zona comune, il bar apre tardi la mattina, ma un caffè te lo fanno.

Very friendly and helpful staff — a really great first impression. The location isn’t central, but the neighborhood is very nice; there are several supermarkets within walking distance, as well as restaurants, bars etc. You can get right to the city center by tram in 15–20 minutes. Breakfast is affordable but also very basic. Still, it’s nice that you can book it flexibly. The prices are reasonable by Amsterdam standards, and the hostel has a pleasant atmosphere.

It's not the hostel's fault, but the experience depends heavily on your roommates. Some are considerate and quiet, while others come into the room in the middle of the night, are incredibly loud, and don’t behave very respectfully. In my opinion, it’s only polite to make your bed before getting into it and to keep the lights to a minimum at night. Unfortunately, not all guests behave this way. And since the beds don’t have curtains, you hear and see everything. Earplugs are a must at night. In general, there was unfortunately too much noise — even in the neighboring rooms, where children were still running around late into the night.

There was no shampoo or shower gel in the toilets. That would've been useful. But nothing else to complain about.

Las habitaciones son sumamente calurosas, en verano se recomienda colocar aire acondicionado, los ventiladores casi no funcionaban. Necesita algo para ventilar las habitaciones. Sería bueno tener heladera y cosas básicas para cocinar para los huéspedes como la mayoría de hostels (jarra eléctrica, cocina, heladera e implementos básicos). Es muy caro para lo que ofrecen.

Came late just to sleep over the night and left early, but the place is very cozy, had a comfortable rest. Also roommates there very cool and respectfull. Didn't expect that from a dormitory room.

We booked a private room but it was only separated from the next room by a door and you can see the gap underneath. Some door gap sealer could be used for better privacy.

Es una opción de precio "razonable" para ser Amsterdam. Nosotros reservamos una habitación familiar con baño privado. 2 literas y camas pequeñas en un altillo. Sin estar en el centro, se llega fácil con tranvía y tren a la mayor parte de las atracciones turísticas y al centro. Albergue limpio aunque no hacen las camas (solo limpian los baños y recogen la basura). Baño y ducha separados. Temperatura correcta. Barrio tranquilo.

Las camas no son muy cómodas y las literas de arriba no tienen un fácil acceso. Como en la mayoría de los albergues, es cierto. Desayuno muy justo y muy repetitivo. No vale los 10,50€ que cobran por él

It was a great stay for our group of 6. The rooms were spacious, and having a nice shower and restroom in the room was very convenient. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and they kindly provided us with towels free of charge. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

Excellent séjour de 4 nuits en famille, au Stayokay Hostel Amsterdam Oost. Localisation parfaite, dans un quartier agréable, bien doté en bars et restaurants, à 15 min en tram de tous les points d’intérêt. Équipe très sympathique, réactive et de bon conseil. Bel aménagement des chambres et des espaces communs, avec babyfoot et billard gratuit. Un paradis pour les enfants et leurs parents !

Sehr gute Lage in einem sehr alternativen Viertel. Gute Anbindung an die Tram. Unbedingt das Viertel zu Fuß erkunden. Es gibt viele tolle Läden zu entdecken. Sehr farbenfrohes junges Ambiente. Toll ist, dass eine Lokalität direkt am Hostel angebunden ist. Frühstück spontan buchbar.

Die Türen vom Treppenhaus zum Zimmergang knallen sehr laut ins Schloss. Abhilfe könnte ein Flüsterschloss oder Türdämpfer schaffen. Im einfachsten Fall eine Notiz (close the door quietly) an sämtliche Türen! Die mobile Klimaanlage im Zimmer hatte nicht genügend Leistung bei den warmen Temperaturen.

El trato del personal

A localização era ótima, em um local seguro e movimentado. O hostel é bem equipado, atendentes simpaticos. A cama era bem confortavel e tive uma boa noite. Além de que o armario surpreendentemente coube meu mochilao de 70L e tambem a minha mala de bordo juntas haha. Certamente me hospedaria novamente no Hostel.

As pessoas do meu quarto eram mal educadas, mas nada que me incomodasse.

Ugodan dio grada, blizu centra, super za obitelji s djecom. Opuštena atmosfera u hostelu, stolni nogomet za zabavu u predvorju, parkić ispred objekta za manju djecu. Dobar doručak. Lijepe i prostrane sobe (za amsterdamske pojmove). Prvi put sam posjetila ovaj hostel prije 10 godina, sad sam se vratila s obitelji i nisam požalila.

La hall ampia con musica accogliente e gradevole, la vista offerta dalla finestra della camera, acqua potabile a disposizione degli ospiti, comode prese di corrente accanto ai letti.

La struttura era accogliente, con un vasto e colorato spazio comune all'ingresso. Posizione ottima vicino alla fermata di tram e treni e zona motlo fornita di supermercati, ristorantini e negozi. Personale molto disponibile.

Le finestre della stanza non erano completamente apribili ed era difficile far circolare l'aria.

La parte comune nella zona dell'ingresso e' molto accogliente, curata e colorata.

Pulizia approssimativa; l'unica finestra della camera non si poteva aprire piu' di tanto; l'altra bloccata. Bagno senza finestra né ventilazione.

Hôtel dans quartier calme, mais avec plein de restaurant aux alentours. Chambre bien insonorisée. Proche du centre d’Amsterdam en tramway 14. Le réceptionniste était super sympa et nous a tout bien expliqué.

Le personnel au petit déjeuner très désagréable. On avait vraiement l’impression de l’emmerder !

L'auberge de jeunesse est très accueillante. Le personnel est super, la décoration du lieu diffuse une belle energie. Le bâtiment est beau, les chambres sont propres, les espaces collectifs, agréables à vivre. Le petit déjeuner est varié. L'auberge de jeunesse est idéalement située à 15 min en tram de la gare centrale. Le quartier où se situe l'auberge de jeunesse est très cosmopolite et multiculturel. Beaucoup de restaurants abordables et invitant aux voyages. Toutes les générations s'y croisent.

O ambiente era super legal, a area de lazer muito top, os funcionários extremamente simpáticos e a localização perfeira, fora do muvuco do centro mas um tram na porta que deixava no centro.

Me gustó todo, el personal muy amable, estaba muy cerca de una parada de tranvía. La habitación espaciosa y las camas muy cómodas.

El estar y el hall de ingreso. Un lugar armonioso para todo público. El barrio de zeeburg además me encanta, su.bien no está bien en el centro, tiene buenas conexiones de tranvia. En 10 0 15min ya estas en el centro o en la Estación central.

Hay una puerta de la ducha del baño, que no trababs bien la puerta. Se ve.que hay huéspedes que han pasado y han dejado en la mesa de la habitación desodorante entre otros objetos personales y nadie los lleva cuando hacen la limpieza de.lss habitaciones. Eso da un mal aspecto al querer hacer uso de todas las instalaciones de la habitación.

La colazione a buffet è ottima. Tutti i saloni comuni al piano terra sono fantastici, confortevoli e rilassanti.

Curerei se possibile un po di più la pulizia delle stanze. E se possibile farei aprire qualche finestra in più per areare stanze e corridoi.

What I didn’t like about the property: The main issue was the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom was not clean, and the room was extremely hot because it faced the sun. Since there was no air conditioning (which I understand is common in Amsterdam) or even a fan, the room felt like a sauna during the summer.
