Very friendly and helpful staff!

Posizione e poi archeggio gratuito.

Bagno con spazi angusti. Il bidet quasi sotto il lavabo è scomodissimo da usare. Doccia piccola. I rubinetti con incrostazioni di calcare erano difficili da regolare. Una ragnatela al lato del letto. Una finestra di lato al letto non ha lo scuro e la tenda non era oscurante. Il gestore ha comunque provato ad ovviare, mettendo una tenda un po' più pesante e dei pannelli esterni plastificati che però non ricoprivano tutta la superficie della finestra. A tutte queste cose avremmo ovviato, solo che la sera abbiamo trovato le formiche sulla scrivania, sul pavimento vicino l'armadio con gli abiti e sul letto. Siamo ripartiti la mattina successiva rinunciando ad un giorno pieno di soggiorno. Abbiamo informato il gestore che si è detto dispiaciuto dell'accaduto, ma niente di più. Unica nota positiva è stata Joy, un ragazzo dello staff.

Elhelyezkedés tökéletes, a Velence belvárosában tartó busz megállója 7 perc sétára van, ahonnan a busz minden 20 percben jár. Csendes környék, ar-ertek arányban, ha nem akarsz a belvárosban szállást foglalni mindenképpen Ajánlani tudom. A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész.

A “jó reggeli” számunkra kicsit többet jelentett volna. Néhol a leázások miatt kicsit kellemetlen szag áradt.

Hotel un peu désuet genre pension de famille, mais tellement sympathique au bout de Mestre, en bordure de campagne. Tellement calme. 15 mn en voiture pour Venise ou 20 mn en bus. Grande chambre bien climatisée avec un grand lit. Petit déjeuner buffet correct, petit bémol pour le café qui se fait par une machine. Le cappucino se fait sans lait, mais avec une double dose d eau. Imbuvable...Le serveur n à pas su me faire non plus un cappucino. Le café noir est correcte.

Breakfast and pool were okay

The restaurant showcased in the pictures, info sheets with timings actually didn’t exist, which was the whole point of the booking since we wanted a quiet place without going out and we just wanted to enjoy the hotel. The staff wasn’t really professional for the amount of money that we paid we expected a bit more- especially since we had a very old room with probably an infestation of wood animals and the girl who was at the reception at that time (probably not even working there I didn’t quite understand) she had no idea what the animals were and we let her come inside our room and she was mocking us salarying that we never heard simple wooden beams noise!! (If we hear noises coming from wooden beams it’s exclusively because of beetles. She said she could give us some earplugs to sleep and that was NOT the point. If I pay 150 euros for a night I expect at least to be accommodated in a different room possibly without animals in it!! Anyway, she said she would have checked for a solution and come back in 15 mins but she never did. Absolutely terrible

I liked absolutely everything about the property. It’s just that it was old and needed remodeling. That’s the only reason I gave it four stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟 in the previous rating. The manager explained that she’s trying to become the owner and would like to upgrade the hotel, but the owner won’t let her and won’t sell it to her. It was very quaint and charming and cozy. It had absolutely everything a person could need for their stay. It was old, but I came to really like the place after about 3 days, and I was there for 8! Oh, it also had a huge, gorgeous L-shaped pool and each chaise lounge had its own awning, and each umbrella had a little round tray attached to it😄.

Like I said above, at first, I was a little disappointed that it was so old, but it had a TV and Wi-Fi, AC, a snack bar, a breakfast area, of course a bathroom but the bathroom had a bidet, a small closet, cubbyholes, a desk, a chair, beautiful windows – there’s really nothing I didn’t like about it

- VERY STUPID AND HARD ONLINE SELF-CHECK IN, I will not do this again - Very rude staff... especially the blondy woman around 60, they said you will not have eggs, because today other people before you ate 2 eggs instead of 1 :) haha, and they very nervous when we were choosing the food. Also, they said that we have to leave the dinning room before the end of the breakfast ( till 10)

The pool and the staff are the winning aspects here. Lovely, friendly staff and the pool is so lovely!

The rooms are a bit tired, as reviews suggest, but clean and the beds are comfy with spare pillows. Breakfast is uninspiring but not unusual in venetian hotels.

The location was convenient. It is close to the airport, 5 minutes away with a car. There is a bus stop 5-10 minutes walk away, if you want to go to the centre of Venice just take bus number 19 and you will get there.

The room wasnt clean, there were hair strands on the linens and on the tipler floor. The property needs to be renovated. The bathroom ceiling was leaking when we first checked im to our room and we were given another room. There were stains on the carpet in the halls and on the walls, seemed like mold.

Das Doppelzimmer ist geräumig. Der Ausblick zum Pool, Umgebung ist schön. Verkehrsanbindung top!

Dusche sehr schmal und schmutzig, Fugen unhygienisch.Teppich am Gang der Unterkunft sehr alt und fleckig. Frühstück sehr einfach. Die Sauberkeit beim Büfett ist ausbaufähig.

Das Einzelzimmer ist sehr klein und dunkel. Der Boden am Gang der Unterkunft ist sehr fleckig, eklig.

Ligging, accommodatie, bereikbaarheid, personeel vriendelijk.

Kleine minpuntjes, weinig stopcontacten voor laders etc. Koelkast deur draait verkeerde kant op, geen rek/ tafel voor koffers op 2 pers.kamers was practiser geweest, planken in de hangkast was ook makkelijker geweest.

Ein super Ort, als Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge nach Venedig und am nächsten Tag schwimmen im Pool. Sehr nettes Personal und ich konnte mein Auto für 5 Euro am Tag auf dem gesicherten Parkplatz beim Hotel stehen lassen.

The shower screen door leaked making the bathroom floor very wet. There was a hole in the wall of the bedroom with a panel beside it that should have been sealed. The camp bed was a little rickety and meant the mattress folded slightly in the middle.

Very small rooms and not clean- i found sand in the bathroom that wasn’t cleaned Breakfast- it’s just wasn’t good. The ham wasnt fresh, the sausages were swimmingin oil. The variety was very poor.

Le petit dej pourrait être amélioré et la Clim plus moderne pour éviter le bruit. Un espace extérieur sous exploité qui pourrait être super ! La Clim qui ne fonctionne pas pour le petit déjeuner.

La piscine est top et le repas au bar est plutôt bon sauf que faire payer un cocktail 7 e alors qu il est indiqué à 5 e ce n est pas très honnête !

Le petit déjeuner ne vaut pas le coup il n y a pas de jus d orange , le chocolat est imbuvable, les œufs sont trop cuits , les fruits immangeables …le choix est très limité ! Le lit double c est 2 lits collés, c est pas très confortable et c est très ancien .Il faudrait une bonne rénovation dans les chambres. Le bus le plus proche est à 11 minutes à pied et non 5 en marchant bien et l hôtel est vraiment dans les champs.

Идеальное расположение для отдыха по дороге в Венецию ,тихий район , рядом в пешей доступности автобус - можно оставить авто на территории отеля и поехать в Венецию . Чистый большой бассейн, место ,где детям и родителям комфортно и безопасно .Также радует система дружелюбного отношения к животным . Завтрак достаточно сытный ,на ужин без проблем можно пойти в город ,рядом много пиццерий ,ресторанов и магазинов . Однозначно советую этот отель

Bookingprosessen fra helvete. Etter at man har bestilt rom må man registrere seg et ukjent antall ganger med all slags info om seg selv, også på italienske nettsider der alt sto på italiensk. Det er ikke nok med passbilder, du må ha baksiden av passet også, samt et bilde av deg selv når du holder passet opp ved siden av deg - i korrekt format. Vi måtte også ringe et italiensk nummer innen et visst antall minutter, scanne en qr-kode vi aldri skjønte hva var til, mens vi mottok hundrevis av påminnelser på mail gjennom hele ferien. Det var helt ekstremt. Opplevde aldri dette på noen av de andre fire hotellene vi bodde på.

We were made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. We could see the whole family working there, and everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The place was very clean, and the breakfast was absolutely wonderful. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend it!

Didn’t realize there were no restaurants around and we couldn’t get a cab to pick us up to take us for supper.

The pool is very nice. The room and bed were good. The bathroom was a little cramped but the shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Very quiet at night as well.

Breakfast was an additional 10 Euro. Also, it is somewhat isolated. The nearest restaurant was a 15 minute walk away. The nearest bus stop is 5 to 10 minutes away.

Perfect place as budget option near Venice. Everything was great for my family.

The location is good.

The promotional photos do not reflect reality. The beds are very old and uncomfortable. I was extremely uncomfortable, and my herniated disc pain got worse. The bathrooms are only 60 × 60 cm. :) The pool is small and not deep. One night, around 10:00 p.m., we needed assistance, but we couldn’t find a single staff member. We even called the hotel, only to hear an automated message in Italian. :) :)

Sheets were dirty (big yellow things). Breakfast was low quality. Restaurant was extremely hot (yes it's a heat wave) - the concern is they had a portable aircon unit, but the heat was redirected back to the restaurant, so it was serving no purpose. There was nobody to speak to. Tiny room with a tiny bed. Just one plug next to your head. No blinds and light was leaking

Fantastica la piscina, peccato solo che fosse troppo piena al nostro arrivo di domenica e non ci fossero lettini disponibili o comunque riservati alle stanze prenotate. Fantastico il menu del chiosco piscina, prezzi ragionevoli e ottima qualità, oltre che vasta scelta. La camera abbastanza grande. Posizione fantastica, molto vicina al centro di Venezia con bus verso il centro facilmente raggiungibile.

Da migliorare la pulizia della stanza e la disponibilità di personale in servizio: in due giorni non ho mai incontrato nessuno in reception, abbiamo dovuto rivolgerci sempre al personale in servizio presso il chiosco della piscina.

La gentillesse du personnel, Le petit déjeuner était bon. Le prix de la navette de jour pour l'aéroport est intéressant (30€) par rapport aux taxis ou Uber.

Mon avion est arrivé à minuit, j'ai donc pris ma chambre vers 1h du matin pour le check-in. Mais à mon arrivée il n'y avait pas de personnel pour m'accueillir, ils avaient oublié de mettre la clé de ma chambre de côté sur le comptoir comme convenu. J'étais bloqué sans chambre, j'ai tenté de joindre les numéros de téléphone de l'hôtel sans que personne ne me réponde, heureusement environ 20min plus tard j'ai reçu un message me donnant un numéro de chambre, que j'ai récupéré moi même au tableau des clés. C'est une expérience très désagréable car tout était déjà payé d'avance.

Really nice hotel with a lovely garden and swimming pool. I relaxed there for the whole afternoon, and you could order food which they delivered to your sunbed. The people at the reception were super nice, and also sorted out airport transfer for me.

Overall atomsphere is realxing. Location is remote to avoid crowds, yet convenient to major areas ( or airport ), but only if with a car.

Hotel is small, and they should have better managements to daily guests who go there for pool facilities as we are not able to find a proper parking space. Room facilities are basic, and most of them are old despite ther are still in normal function. Shower rooms are definitely too small for a "normal adult" ( not comfortable at all as you are not able to relax.

€91,64 pagué por este alojamiento.  El precio incluía el impuesto municipal de 2,81 que me volvieron a cobrar como parte del checkin, (ya habia tramitado otra exención impositiva para turistas) para llegar a las 23:20hs y tener que esperar 20 minutos en un lugar a oscuras, todo campo, lejísimo de la ciudad de Mestre, al que solo se accede con taxi (25€ más) para que me dieran un código de acceso que, a pesar de haber estado en contacto horas antes con ellos por su insistencia en el pago previo de la tasa " ya pagada", no me facilitaron. La habitación-minima en su espacio, estaba sucia, conservaba aún las migas sobre la mesa de los anteriores alojados, también bajo la cama, donde por accidente miré por habérseme caído un aro. El checkout a las 10:30 no me permitió acceder a la piscina, al parecer la única atracción del lugar. En síntesis, CARISIMO (total con transporte oneludible €107,45) para un hotel de 1,5 estrellas, a lo que debe sumarse 50 euros de taxi para acceder del y al centro. Elijan por ese precio, una mejor opción,  esta no lo vale.

It was clean in generell. The location was nice. The bus stop was only a five minute walk.

The Pool wasn’t opened yet. The bad looked a bit moldy and old. The safe and the fridge didn’t work.

The hotel is closed to Venice. The man in the reception was friendly and provide us with a lot of useful information about Venice.

Main problem was a horrible bed in 106. Its a childs bed, narrow, on top pf which was a well used foamy. Lumpy, uncomfortable and terribly dissappointing. The owner needs to replace this bed.

La chambre horrible

The receptionist was nice and helpful for check in. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great which was especially appreciated since I felt like I needed one after sleeping here.

The place felt like a dirty attic. Floors did not look swept and all the appliances had dust and there were bugs in the room. I checked out and lost my refund on two days and I’m still glad I left.

Locatie foarte indepartata. Aveai foarte mult de mers din centru Mestre ca sa ajungi la hotel, la fel si pana in Venetia. Trebuia sa schimbi 2 autobuze si sa mergi pe jos 10 minute. In aceaz zona nu circualu autobuze, taxiuri. Patul foarte incomod, am avut doua paturi single lipite desi am cerut un pat mare matrimonial cand am facut rezervarea, mereu se departau si aveai o gaura in mijloc. Personalul nepriceput. Am avut mic dejun inclus si in timp ce mancam ne-au intrebat daca avem platit micul dejun. Micul dejun foarte slab: un singur fel de sunca, un singur fel de cascaval, ou fiert, iaurt si fructe. Acesta era tot bufetul. Camera foarte mica, la fel si dusu, nu puteai nici sa te intorci in el. Nu recomand aceasta locatie.

Dobra lokalizacja, blisko autobus do Wenecji. Bar, sklep ok 10 min piechotą. Śniadanie skromne.

Dość głośno (dyskoteka do późnych godzin gdzieś w pobliżu), pokoje słabo wyciszone, słychać że „coś” się dzieje w pokoju obok :) Basen pusty, a restauracja nieczynna.

Eigenlijk niets

Het oogt onverzorgd en eigenlijk nog niet klaar om gasten te ontvangen. Misschien is het te vroeg in het seizoen (1 mei)? Badkamer is klein, douche klein, kranen verkalkt, tegels stuk. Ontbijt was ook matig. Het personeel was vriendelijk maar niet aanwezig bij aankomst. Rare incheckprocedure die we gelukkig niet af hoefden te ronden omdat we gebeld werden welke sleutel we konden pakken.

We came to this location in the evening - in time for bed. Staff was friendly and got us signed in. They then arranged for a shuttle to take us to the airport very early the next morning. We were all (4) able to have a shower and go to bed and our shuttle was on time in the morning.

We walked from the nearest bus stop carrying all of our luggage. It was a bit of a trek but thankfully the weather was good :)

War nicht so wie die Bilder es vermuten lassen. Sehr klein, in die Jahre gekommen, Duschkopf funktionierte gerade noch so an einem kurzen Schlauch, es standen leere Bierflaschen unterm Schreibtisch, in einem der Zimmer ging das Fenster nicht auf, was man für Licht allerdings zunächst einmal öffnen musste, da sich geschlossene Holzkappen dahinter befanden. Die Zimmer musste man jedesmal abschließen, da sich die Zimmertür sonst von selbst wieder öffnete. Auf dem Flur hatte die Decke viele Flecken, die optisch an Schimmel erinnerten. Auf den Fluren war es sehr hellhörig, leider konnten sich einige Gäste nicht benehmen

L’équipe est très serviable et agréable. N’hésitez pas à leurs poser des questions, ils sont très à l’écoute des demandes des clients.
