飯店的早餐buffet！像是把信州特色們都蒐集在這個早餐裡了！可以感受到飯店的用心。

是自己選擇的別館，因為想要體驗沈浸在民藝中，真的非常漂亮，每一個傢俱、掛畫都好有故事感。 但可能也是因為建築關係？充電插座非常非常少。房間內的設備們，熱水壺之類的都找不到插座⋯ 可能需要向櫃檯借延長插座。

朝食とてもおいしかったです。 アメニティーも充実していてとてもよかったです。

場所が街の中で買い物や食事に出かけるのがとても便利でした、スタッフの方々も親切丁寧で快適に過ごす事ができました 又松本に来た際には宿泊したいです

夕食の籠会席料理が適量なので女性、男性にも満足出来て嬉しい限りでした。その分お酒を飲む量が増えてしまいました。 施設全体的に和洋式が上手く織りなして落ち着きました。

ツイン部屋クローゼットの扉開閉が壊れていて閉まりが悪かったです。和室のクローゼットは問題ありませんでした。

Lo staff parla poco inglese e sono poco elastici. Avevamo chiesto di anticipare la colazione di 10 minuti perché avevamo un treno la mattina presto ma nulla non ci sono venuto incontro

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Von außen sehr ansprechend, das Zimmer war etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal war klasse und sehr hilfsbereit! Man hat uns im Rahmen einer Umbuchungsaktion sehr geholfen und unterstützt! Klasse! Wäre an anderen Orten wahrscheinlich nicht so gelaufen! Danke noch einmal für Ihre Unterstützung!

Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen

素敵な民藝家具を使用していて、とても落ち着いた雰囲気で心地良かった。接客も丁寧。夕食のイカザというコース料理も見た目が素敵で美味しかった。 立地が良く，とても観光に便利。ホテル周辺も静かで、周辺散策だけでも、趣きがありとても楽しかった。

Located just a 3 or 4 minute walk from the stunning Matsumoto Castle, and about a 15 minute walk from Matsumoto station. Staff were friendly and helpful, the room (twin beds) was huge with a seperate sitting room, large bed room complete with cupboards and desk, and the largest bathroom I've ever seen in a hotel! The mattresses were very comfortable, and the room was spotlessly clean. For breakfast there was a large variety of food to choose from, and was really delicious.

When having a shower, the water sprayed over the edge of the bath. I was unable to adjust it to land just in the bath. Otherwise all good.

朝食が期待以上で、玉子焼きが業者さんからでなく、手作りで美味しかった♪ お野菜のお惣菜も♪旅行や出張だと野菜不足に陥りやすいので、とても助かり、美味しかったです。 ありがとうございました！

Quiet hotel in a good location to see the Matsumoto Castle. The standard room with one double bed is perfect for a solo traveller. Comfortable at the end of a busy day of walking. Lovely entrance hall with interesting furniture.

Great location, very close to the city center and Matsumoto castle. The staffs are very friendly and tried his best to help us locate the phone left on a bus.

We stayed in the Japanese room in main building which the interior is a bit outdated.

The onsen, the good offer on the breakfast, the attention of the staff was great

Het is een mooi hotel met ruime kamers.

Bij het inchecken moesten we lang wachten omdat ze een grotere groep voor wouden laten. Als het restaurant vol zit moet je wachten tot er weer plek is.

L’hotel està ben situat a pocs minuts a peu del castell de Matsumoto. L’habitació que ens van donar era tranquila, de bona mida i tot estava neg. El personal és molt agradable. La cafeteria de l’hotel està molt bé i tenen una bons esmorzars.

El bany és petit comparat amb la resta de l’habitació. Alguns mobles i catifa estan una mica vells.

お部屋が清潔で良かったです。また、大浴場も丁度いい広さで快適でした。

駅からの立地が少し不便でした。 ですが、タクシーもすぐ手配できますし特に問題はありませんでした。

施設内に民藝の世界観が貫かれていて、とても素敵でした。お部屋に備え付けてあるティーカップなども、趣深いものでゆっくり味わいました。

朝食時間の混雑。事前に聞いていたが予めチェックイン時に一定時間割り当てをしておくなど工夫が図れるのではないかと思いました。

朝食おいしかったです。

We were travelling with a small baby and when we asked if we could leave our luggage for 2 nights (because we were coming back to the same hotel), this seemed to be impossible. This wasn’t a problem for hotels during our stay, so we were a bit disappointed. There were also brown stains on the carpet in our room.

Beautiful interior and great location! Will definitely come back again!

ちょっと駅から遠い事

Hôtel bien placé à côté du château de Matsumoto. Un très beau lobby dans l’esprit traditionnel du Japon. Le bain public est sous sol pour les hommes et Rez de chaussée (1F) pour les femmes. Le petit déjeuner est sous forme de buffet avec du sucré (un peu limité) et du salé. Le personnel est souriant et serviable. Il y’a un café juste à côté de l’hôtel avec une très bonne ambiance.

Le château étant à 1km de la gare, l’hôtel est donc un peu éloigné de la gare de Matsumoto : prévoir 15 min de marche ou sinon il ya un bus (qu’on a trouvé avec plans de Apple mais pas avec Google maps). Une seule clé pour entrer dans la chambre. La climatisation est dirigée directement vers le lit donc ce n’est pas très agréable et nous avons dû l’éteindre la nuit.

Beautiful building, with its own onsen. Rooms were nice, and spacious for a Japanese-style room. The art deco/1920s aesthetic was very nice.

The rate included breakfast, but somehow only for two adults - I've never heard of a child breakfast being charged for as it was here. Very cheeky especially as it was essentially just for cereal and a glass of milk. Also the Japanese style rooms had the traditional paper window coverings without an additional blind/curtain (which other ryokan style accommodation we stayed in had) which meant that, in summer at least, the room was filled with light at dawn.

スタッフの対応は一貫して丁寧でした。外人のスタッフもいらっしゃいましたが、言葉遣いも気を配っていることが感じ取れました。1人での宿泊でしたが、最上階で2人分のアメニティを用意してくださっていました。

仕方のないことですが、風呂場(大浴場込みで)がどうしても年期を感じました。ただ、その中でも清掃を頑張ってくださっていることに感謝いたします。

We had one of the best night sleeps in this hotel, we suspect though that is all thanks to the Tatami experience. The hotel was in a great location and breakfast was delicious.

A big downside was there was a sewer stench coming from the bathroom. Since we stayed in the annex, this room as probably not been used in a while.

Hotel in ottima posizione, buona colazione, onsen carino pulito e ben attrezzato.

La camera da noi scelta (quella con il tatami) era nella parte vecchia dell'hotel, molto decandente e la camera veramente molto polverosa e poco curata, sembrava di essere in un altro hotel.

大浴場のドライヤーが少なくて、部屋で乾かしたことです。 その大浴場でスリッパをわかるように他の方々とは別の置き方をしてあったにもかかわらず、誰かに履いてかれてしまいました。自分なが履いてきた物以外を履きたくない人は、靴下など自分のモノとわかるようなものをスリッパに入れた方がいいかもしれません。もしくはホテル側が部屋番号書かれたクリップを用意してくれれば履き違えがなくなると思います。

部屋以外にもう少しトイレがあっても良いと思う｡

L'hôtel est une institution locale, idéalement située près du château. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et le onsen, top.

Friendly staff, very nice tatami room, good breakfast, great location.

The normal small two-person room smelt a bit like old cigarette smoke, and the room + bathroom definitely needs renovating/modernizing. Full of scratches on the walls, non-functioning buttons and the bathroom - while relatively clean - was old, scratched and there was some mold between the tiles of the shower. The air conditioning made too much noise. But our stay was overall quite comfortable.

酒店离松本城很近，从松本站步行16分钟就到了。酒店设施很干净，空间还算可以，早餐很好吃。酒店工作人员服务态度很好，如果下次来松本的话还会选择这家酒店

アンティークな家具でまとめられ、松本の雰囲気に合致していた。 清潔でスタッフの対応も親切である。

最近は全てカードキーなので、複数持てるのが普通。鍵が古いタイプで、２人で宿泊には不便。 駐車場が狭いし、分散し分かりにくいのは難点かな。 風呂は温泉ではないので、せめてサウナとかあれば良い。

松本城まで歩くのにちょうど良い距離にあり歴史を感じさせる館内も良かったです。朝食に出たとろろが美味しかったです。

車寄せ、玄関先の植え込みに生えていたセイタカアワダチソウと思われる雑草が気になりました。

The bathroom was a bit outdated and didn't add value to the room. However it was clean and functional.

Struttura bellissima e ben curata nei minimi dettagli. Ci è piaciuto tutto, dallo stile elegante della lobby, alla camera in stile tradizionale giapponese con pavimento in tatami e letti futon molto comodi, al bagno in comune con ampia vasca di acqua calda, fino alla colazione abbondante e variegata e alla gentilezza e premura dello staff. Non ultimo, il check out alle 11 ci ha permesso di visitare comodamente il castello e liberare la camera con tranquillità più tardi. Per chi arriva in auto, esiste la possibilità di parcheggiare in un parcheggio, molto vicino, convenzionato con l’hotel (da pagare a parte) ed è grande a sufficienza per trovare posto senza problemi.

The staff were nice

The check in process was unnecessarily unpleasant. Letting peoples stack up in the lobby to wait in line at 3pm despite staff and rooms being available before is completely unnecessary. The rooms are very old, dusty and smelling of old tobacco. Carpets are unclean. No isolation between rooms so you hear everything going on in the next room. Overall the worst stay I've had in Japan

本館、別館一泊づつ宿泊しました。ロビーはこじんまりとしていますが美しく、民藝のしつらえも良かった。部屋もインテリアはシンプルながら素敵。大浴場を2日使いましたが、温泉ではないものの湧水が使われ、柔らかいお湯で満足です。夕食は土地のものをいただきた方ので外食しましたが、朝食は一つ一つが美味しく大満足でした。また街歩きに便利。

部屋の細部（デスクの上など）少し清掃が足りないかな。埃が見つかると残念な気持ちになります。他はみなさん感じも良いし、よくない点は見当たりません。

駐車場狭し、近所に飲食店少ない、コンビニまで5分と少し有り、増築建物で所々に段差あり

①施設の高級感（特に1階回り） ②朝食のメニュー（種類はそれほど多くもないが、味は実に美味しい） ③朝食のフルーツジュース ④大浴場（快適） ⑤部屋のアメニティが結構充実している

①隣室との壁が薄い、音が響く ②比較的早い時間に朝食会場に行ったら、一番左奥の料理をとるのに一番遠い不便な場所に案内された。（色々ホテルに泊まっているけどこんな案内は初めて❗️）

Hotellet er noget slidt, og især lugten på værelser og gange er lidt gammel. Selv om receptions området er fint og hyggeligt.

松本民藝家具が共有スペースの至る所に置かれていて、スタイリングが素敵だった😍

清潔面が残念だった。バストイレの床面に毛が落ちていてげんなりしちゃいました。あと、確証はないですが、ベッドで就寝後、大腿部内側とふくらはぎに虫刺さされのような症状も出てしまいました。可能であれば、ベッドにダニ取りシートなどを設置してくれると安心に繋がりますね。

食事、ロケーション、スタッフの対応が良かった。

夜部屋でシャワー浴びた際、換気扇の効きが悪いのか鏡の曇りがなかなか取れませんでした。

信州産果物のウェルカムドリンクや、シャーベット、大浴場に設置してある雪肌精、部屋のアメニティ、朝のビュッフェのクオリティの高さなど、とても良かったです。 特にホテルオリジナルカレーが美味しかったです。

היה לנו קשה עם א. הבוקר, אבל זה בגלל שאנחנו לא רגילים.

L’accueil était très bien. Nous avons apprécié l’aspect très typique Japon. Le petit déjeuner était bien ainsi que le repas du soir. Les sources chaudes sont appréciables.

館内がいつもとても静かでリラックス出来ます。そういった環境作りにも気を配っていらっしゃると感じました。

松本でもトップクラスのホテルと思っております。良くなかったというか、1人で利用させて頂く時はお部屋の選択なしのプランを選びますが、そのプランで利用する際、お部屋の数カ所に目立たない小さなキズ等がありますが(そのかわりリーズナブルなお値段です）気になるかもしれません。

Zeer onpersoonlijk hotel

食事が美味しかった事が最大の評価ポイントで、めちゃめちゃ美味しかったしオシャレで感動しました。

食事の時のお酒が高過ぎる事。お風呂が温泉でなかった事。普通の大浴場でも露天風呂があれば温泉でなくても良かったのですが。

Tolle Unterkunft, Betten bequem. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist außerordentlich gut!

Nothing I ended up leaving and not staying. The hotel is old and run down. Stains o. The carpet- walls have been painted in years. Dark everywhere…. I did not stay.
