The location

1- spent 1 hours trying to work the TV 2- staff spent 1 hour working the TV and changing my room 3- breakfast was disappointing staff had hair open dealing with food. Floor was all dirty tables left dirty. 4- I went back after my fitness test asked if o could shower before my 3 hour drive back home I was told no.

Great location, ideal for a quick commute to Gatwick. Comfortable room.

The hotel had a coach party staying , sadly the staff at breakfast appeared to be over whelmed. I was disappointed with the breakfast provision which was basic, had to ask for bowls as stock not replaced quickly enough.

Manoj and Garima are very helpful and kind.Both are excellent and defines hospitality.

Lady at reception in the morning was great and happy to help. Gentlemen at breakfast goes an extra mile to see that every one is okay. He made me feel extremely comfortable and kudos to him.

Location good for station & easy to find. Room was clean and what was expected from the brand. Evening receptionist was lovely & welcoming.

Public areas were very warm despite it not being that warm out. Bar / restaurant tired stained chairs not inviting at all . Breakfast ok , not to usual standard . Literally finished eating your plate was gone. Choice was poor & not to usual standard.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was nicely decorated, and everything was generally clean and tidy. The room was quite small for three people. With the extra fold-out bed in place, there was very little space left and you could only walk around the back of the main bed. The staff had kindly arranged an extra mattress for the fold-out bed, as we had requested, which made it more comfortable. The bathroom was mostly clean, although there was some limescale in a few areas. The gentleman at breakfast was especially friendly and made the most delicious waffles, which we really enjoyed. The location was very convenient. There is a parking garage directly opposite the hotel, and the station is only a few minutes’ walk away. From there, it takes around 20 minutes by train to reach London.

One thing to be aware of is that in the evening, especially after dark, there were sometimes groups of people hanging around the station area which made it feel a little less comfortable. It is worth paying attention to which station exit you use when returning at night.

Good location, relatively quiet and staff were polite and helpful.

Our room was small, especially as we had booked a family room with a sofa bed for our child. There was literally a foot of room between the sofa bed and the double bed. The sofa bed was up under the window and the was about two foot of space around the bottom of the beds and the other side of the double. Fine for a night or two but any longer or with more than one suitcases, you will struggle.

The location is excellent as it is so close to the train station. The hotel is very clean & the breakfast was good

The bed was fine but the mattress could do with an upgrade

I had a very short overnight stay so didn’t use any facilities.

Airconditioner did not work. Had a fan brought that did not cover all areas. Sweating in bathroom profusely. Breakfast area was not that clean. Breakfast was appaling. Scrambled eggs tasted like rubber, the orange juice was a watered down version of some drink, certainly not orange juice. I am dure for the price one can get a standard scrambled eggs made with real eggs, milk and butter!

Die Anbindung an den Bahnhof ist sehr gut. Parkplatz ohne Probleme im Parkhaus direkt gegenüber gefunden. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, täglich wurde das Bett neu gemacht und Handtücher gewechselt. Meinem Sohn hat der Fitnessraum gut gefallen. Das Personal war freundlich.

Check-In hat etwas lange gedauert, da die Mitarbeiterin zwischendurch andere Gäste bedient hat. Beim Frühstück hätten wir uns mehr Auswahl an Käse, Wurst, Obst und Gemüse gewünscht. Es gab im Zimmer keine Klobürste.

Je telefoon kon je slecht opladen Ontbijt niet bijzonder maar oke Douche hangt iets te laag kon er niet onderstaan

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. We hadden ons kleinkind van 7 mee, die bij ons op de kamer sliep. Er werd een medewerker meegestuurd om de bedbank gereed te maken. Bij het ontbijt wordt er zelfs een versgebakken wafel aangeboden. Hotel ligt op loopafstand van treinstation Croydon East. Met een kwartiertje sta je op Victoria Station.

Het ontbijt was goed maar er was enkel toast. Misschien ook wat brood/broodjes pistolets sandwiches voorzien? Als beleg was er enkel kaas. Salami, ham, kipfilet zou een mooie aanvulling zijn.

Het ontbijt mocht wat uitgebreider zijn. Verder geen negatieve opmerkingen. Vlakbij ligt het treinstation East Croydon waar ja makkelijk de trein naar centrum Londen neemt.

There were holes in the curtains, high prices for the room and having to pay parking ontop of that across the road. No utensils in the room. No room service. Air Conditioning quality was low and the hotel consistantly felt humid.

Personalet var veldig høflig ,vennlig og hjelpsom! Hotellet har en veldig god sentral beliggenhet, rett ved siden av East Croydon togstasjon og noen få minutters gange fra shoppingområdet og sentrum. Alt er i gangavstand. Mange spisesteder med god mat. Rommet var romslig og rent Frokosten var enkelt og bra, manglet ferske grønnsaker.

Stolene og sofaene i frokostområdet trenger en veldig god rengjøring. Lite valg av påleggene og grønsaker. Manglet en del ting som må spørre og få det. Står minibar på rommet, men ingen produkter er inne, må ha minst vannflaske på det(forhold til 4*). Vi kom sent på kvelden og ikke mulighet til å gå ut og kjøpe noe.

Extremely small size room for family. No space for walk around the bed. Secondly the breakfast is same every day with no chicken or Egg option , like no boiled eggs and any chicken sausages.

My sink was blocked up the plug in it was jammed into the hole took all day for the water to go.

Really good location, close to transport links. Very nice sleek modern room and decor.

My room has a connecting door the room next door and it felt like they were in our room at times. I would request a room that doesn't have this next time.

Sin duda la ubicación. Estación de tren a 100 metros y a 15 minutos de la estación Victoria (centro de Londres).

Todo estaba correcto. Pero si tuviese que destacar algo diría el funcionamiento un tanto raro del aire acondicionado en las habitaciones (en los pasillos no existe).

Breakfast was good, guy making waffles was so friendly and lovely wiht the kids.

The fire alarm going off at 8am on the sunday morning saying to vacate the building. no follow up to say it was in error, gave the kids an awful fright. and barely a mere acknowdgement from the reception afterwards to say it was a mistake when i asked.

Staff were so helpful in getting an early room so we could go to a gig in Crystal Palace. Couldn't have been more helpful.

Breakfast was good and the staff were nice.

It was a hot day and the air conditioning was not working, the staff gave us some fans but it’s not the same. We also had such problems getting checked in, the hotel require photo id, they emailed this but it’s not common, I did not have my drivers license or passport and it took some convincing to get checked in.

East Croydon as a place. Unfortunately we had to stay there and this in no way detracts from the excellent high standard of the hotel

Fire alarm on Sunday at 8am. Room was clean, bathroom was ok but the " restaurant "was a nightmare. Super badic food but the floor was very sticky and dirty, fabric on chairs and sofas filthy but the waffle maker...I've never seen anything like this in my life. Covered in so much grease and burned batter that it literally looked scary. I don't believe it's safe and definitely shouldn't be legal to use.

Breakfast was very good. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was good with a supply of toiletries. Good links to train services. Good security with room key and access to lift, plus safe in room. All staff very helpful and pleasant.

Room was quite small for three of us but adequate for a one night stay. Check in for us was a bit chaotic but was done with no problem after a wait for the room.

limited choice of cereals. some cooked food e.g. baked beans were only luke warm - too big a container to keep the quantity hot. No choice of eggs, fried scrambled etc

The staff were amazing. Very polite friendly and helpful! The hotel is in a very good central location, right next to the East Croydon train station and a few minutes walk from the shopping area and centre of town. Everything is walking distance. Lots of places to eat with good food. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. It was on the 8th floor so we had a good view as well. Air conditioning worked well too, reliable and quiet. Breakfast was good with full English and cereal and some continental and fruit. They also have a waffle maker. The only thing missing was fresh vegetables.

The chairs and sofas in the breakfast area need a very good clean. I looks well overdue. Apart from that all was good.
