Location and property

Property charged me twice and whole hassle to chase them and convince them was very unpleasant experience. Especially Vijay who took my call was very irresponsible and had can’t be bothered attitude.

Clean, Hygienic well maintained

Didn’t live up to be a resort. It’s a good 5 star hotel room. That’s all. There was no child playing area. Pool was just decent. There was no protection gear for kids to get in.No engaging activities for the guest. Tennis which was present is not part of resort and additionally chargeable. What you expect from a resort was absent

We had one super delicious baked nolen gur rosogolla and veg cutlet at super snax , mayfair lagoon. Its a must recommend place . The staff are really kind especially mallicka. A must recommend place to go for .

Had a wonderful experience at Super Snax at MAYFAIR Lagoon, Bhubaneswar. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. Every dish reflected excellent quality and authentic taste. The staff were exceptionally courteous, attentive, and welcoming, ensuring that every guest felt comfortable and well taken care of. The service was prompt, the ambience was clean and pleasant, and the overall hospitality was truly impressive. A perfect place to enjoy quality vegetarian food with family and friends. Highly recommended, and I look forward to visiting again!

I visited Super Snax the ambience and food quality was superb. Also the welcomeing style of the hostase named as MALLIKA , sumanta, tapan was excellent.

There were mice in our room. Unfortunately, we didn't notice this until morning, when a mouse greeted us in the bathroom. It then scurried away from us, ran a lap through my suitcase, and hid. Afterward, we inspected the room and found mouse droppings in several places. My girlfriend’s pajamas had several spots of mouse droppings on them, and we found some in my bed as well. While these are unpleasant issues, they can never be 100% ruled out. However, the accommodation's subsequent reaction was a major disappointment. I went to the reception. Their initial reaction was simply to ask if I wanted an exterminator. Only after I specifically requested and insisted on it were we allowed to move to a new room—though not until the evening. When I mentioned that the mice had been in my suitcase, my girlfriend's pajamas were soiled, and there were droppings in my bed, I asked for our items to be laundered free of charge. After some waiting and discussion among the staff, I was told that four (!) items of clothing could be washed. Again, we had to ask for this explicitly; the resort made no such offer. No further compensation was offered for the fact that we had to pack up our belongings ourselves, were unable to use our room for half the day, and saw an entire day of our trip severely disrupted. For a resort that prides itself on high standards, this reaction was not merely inadequate—it was unacceptable. I would have expected a more accommodating approach to the situation. Instead, I was disappointed to find myself having to argue just to get a new room and to have only four (!) items laundered. Apart from this, we had a very pleasant stay; the rooms themselves are lovely, and the staff are generally friendly and professional. Nevertheless, the negative impression outweighs the positives.

Cleaniness of the room can be improved

Ambience was good. They gave me room on early arrival at 11 am. Staff were humble and very responsive. room size was good with a balcony. Breakfast had many variety and taste of food was excellant and staff at breakfast area was very cautious.

I had stayed in Mayfair earlier also and was hugely impressed by its facilities, food, and people. I can only say that it has become even better. Property looks like a palace, rooms are beautiful, especially the balcony, food was great and staff is so very helpful. It is a bit expensive but value for money.

Breakfast was average. Missing variety of items as compared to other 5star rated hotels.

Mayfair gopalpur was serving evening snacks and tea as well as in the morning as a compliment for the guests, but the same was not available at Mayfair Lagoon bbsr. They didn't provide us battery operated vehicle for the in-house movement. There is no good place for children amusement. No theater is there as compared to other 5star rated hotels.

I stayed here with my wife and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The entire team—from the reception staff to room service and restaurant personnel—was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The food was outstanding, especially the non-vegetarian dishes. We also enjoyed the tea service, sandwiches, and fresh juices, all of which were excellent and well-prepared. The property itself is beautiful and picturesque, with charming antique décor that adds to its unique character. There is a good-sized swimming pool for relaxation, and the man-made lake within the resort creates a peaceful and scenic atmosphere. The rooms surrounding the lake make the setting even more special. Our Executive Cottage with a garden view was simply amazing—spacious, comfortable, and offering lovely views. It was the perfect place for a relaxing getaway as a couple. Overall, this was an excellent stay with great food, outstanding service, and beautiful surroundings. We highly recommend this property to couples and families looking for a memorable and relaxing vacation. We look forward to visiting again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Amazing experience. They did a special decoration for our anniversary. Provided us a great lagoon view room. Service was top class. Throughout the stay, shivani took great care for us. Thankful to her and whole Mayfair team.

I realised that you did not developed it to earn money as you are already rich in creativity and creative people don't need materialistic things.These properties are a reflection of your passion and aesthetic sense.Every corner is well thought of and well maintained. The small..small things are not cluttered and dust free inpite of it's place in such a huge property. To me,it seemed like a new property in BHUBANESWAR...the staff told that it is about 26 years old....then I gazed at the tall trees and they proudly said YES...Kudos to your staff for flawless maintenance. BUFFET spread is lavish...have to workout after returning. This time I came with my mother(75 years old) and she really enjoyed and felt comfortable. NEXT TIME....it will be with my children.....another generation.....hope we continue enjoying your hospitality generation after generation. Excellent overall experience : I constantly travel pan-India and i always prefer to stay at Mayfair property when available, this was my second visit at Mayfair Lagoon, Bhubaneshwar and as always the overall experience was amazing and up to my expectations. Lily in housekeeping gave me and excellent level of service. while, Prakash Sahoo and kala handi at tea pot restaurant provided me with an magnificent and delicious lunch and dinner experience. The overall location was value for money the ambiences and staff service were up to the mark, they were responsive to all my needs. Room was clean and everything was working perfectly. Overall it's value for money experience, noise level was minimal with a clam environment with good amenities.

I had a wonderful stay at Mayfair Lagoon. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a truly relaxing atmosphere. I would like to give a special thanks to Mrs. Lilly from the housekeeping team. She was extremely polite, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect during my stay. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly stood out and added to the overall experience. The service at the hotel was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure comfort and satisfaction. This was a great property at the centre of Bhubaneswar, and also not too far from the airport. The property is in a lagoon and has great art and craft work from Orissa and elsewhere , the food was superb and the rooms were spacious and well appointed. Great place to stay in Bhubaneswar.

The property is one of it’s kind. It is an urban resort with full of nature feel. But it is now a days detonating it’s quality with its poor maintenance.

The room ambience is poor with its ageing. Needs proper upgradation of the rooms. The mattress / carpet / curtains everything is stinky and with bad odour.

Beautifully landscaped hotel. Lots and lots of greenery, lovely swimming pool, large water bodies, excellent food, 6 multi speciality restaurants, tennis court, excellent gym. I stayed for 3 days. Grand experience. Well done Mayfair

The general ambience of the hotel with nature integration , particularly the cottages beside the lakes, even the club rooms with abundance of nature,birds chirping in the morning around the hotel are pleasant surprises

The first floor cottage needs lift for the sixty plus citizens, the cottage at the first floor to climb through stairs for sixty plus citizens are a little disappointing

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautifully maintained and the staff is really thoughtful. Loved the tropical vibes.
