Homely :) loved all the niknaks. It was like a museum! We had great fun browsing the shelves of memorabilia. Room was fab. Well maintained and clean, good size too.

Shower took some getting used to and would have liked a magnifying mirror for make up :)

The hotel had a lovely family feel and the owners and staff were super helpful. The room was clean and well equipped and the breakfast was wonderful. Loved the homemade muffins. In our booked room the internet was a bit patchy which was awkward as my husband was planning to work during our stay but they soon moved us to another room where wifi great so very greatful. Location is perfect, right on the front but an easy walk into the centre.

They keep early hours and we foolishly forgot to memorise the code to return one evening and found ourselves locked out. However a quick ring on the doorbell and all was sorted.

The room was not wheelchair accessible because you couldn't get the chair round the beds and couldn't use the shower

The Hotel is our choice to stay when visiting the local theater/venues etc. Exceptional breakfast menu and service throughout our stay.

The location was great and all the staff were lovely.

Shane the bar closes early sometimes but completely understand if there aren’t and people drinking in there.

The breakfast was really good and there was a nice selection of food. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and overall we had a really enjoyable experience.

The only small issue was that it was a little noisy at times, particularly later at night. However, it wasn’t a major problem and it didn’t spoil our stay at all.

Location was good for the purpose of our stay.

I sent an email directly to the hotel to bring many concerns to their attention regarding a significant issue about mould from one of their ground floor rooms. This was sent 4 weeks ago and no response received. This made for a very unpleasant stay and was poor value for the room rate that was paid.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from the beach and local attractions. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be coming back!

Fantastic decor and spotlessly clean. Owners and staff hospitable and friendly they all work well as a team. Breakfast was fresh, hot and with lots of choice. Room itself had supplies for towels, toiletries, tea, coffee etc. Every last detail was thought of.

The host and staff were brilliant. Nothing being any trouble. Hotel was spotless. Breakfast was second to none with multiple choices. A beautiful setting with a small but hospitable courtyard outside the well stocked bar.

The only small “hitch” was the tv aerial is a bit frayed causing the picture to pixelate at times.

The friendliness of the owners and staff and the trouble they go to to make my stays with them so perfect . Nothing is too much for them. As a single traveller I feel safe and comfortable from the moment I arrive . Best hotel in Great Yarmouth by far . And there are lots of places to eat within a stones throw , if you want a takeaway they are more than happy to give you plates and cutlery . In my case I always save myself for the magnificent breakfast with homemade sweet treats and high quality local produced served up in a delightful break room .

Bathroom was dated and no handle to help get in and out of shower not very good when the bath was wet …noisy road with motorcycles speeding along at night at all hours seemed to be making a noise on purpose ..and it was a shame there was no chef for evening meals ..

Die Lage sehr nah am Strand. Zimmer mit Balkon top. Personal, besonders die Damen an der Rezeption sehr freundlich, gaben Tipps. Frühstück ok. Parkplatz vorhanden.

Queensizebett natürlich eher knapp in der Breite.

We had a great stay at the Knights Court which is quite convenient for the town. The breakfasts were excellent and couldn't be faulted. The room was nicely decorated and we had a little balcony which was cool in the very hot weather.

Breakfast was absolutely delicious! Room had absolutely beautiful views! Even had a pair of Binocculuren we could use.The staff were wonderful. Especially Jane ! Only things I could I would have liked was bottled water in room, also the curtains where a bit worn at the bottom edge!! But over all it was beautiful.🤩

Lovely stay had one of the ground floor motel style rooms which was exerlant even had own patio to sit outside Breakfast was exerlant lots to choose from and nothing was a problem for the staff Highly recommend 👌

A short walk into town,and the best breakfast I've ever had in a hotel

We could hear other guests above us walking around as we had ground floor with terrace but that didn't bother us too much

Room was compact clean and comfy, staff were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast had a good range of choices and staff were quick to offer a range of juices and tea/coffee. Toast was presently quickly and our cooked breakfasts were of a good size and quality. We were also offered extras which we were too full to accept!

The only disappointing thing was there was no air conditioning or fan in the room, it was very hot in our room and we did not risk leaving the door open for air flow which did lead to me acquiring a migraine at 4.30am.

The breakfast was good except the first morning they forgot to add the fried bread and beans on the plates.

The one person we met was lovely

When I booked i felt sure it said breakfast included but when we arrived the lady said it wasn't, then she said they made a mistake and it was included. When my partner went down a bit later she was told that they had changed our room for some reason and breakfast wasn't included so we left early.

There is no lift (we stayed second floor) and when I tried to run bath very hot water splashed from the shower and from the tap at the same time, which was little dangerous. The sound of running water was noisy (from tap, shower and toilet)

Step to the balcony was really high. It was OK for us but someone with mobility problem might struggle

The food was outstanding - particularly the evening meals. The motel rooms were the main reason for choosing Knights Court - my mother-in-law is disabled. You also organised to have our rooms next to each other (which we didn't expect you to be able to do). It was so convenient to have two rooms together with parking right outside for easy wheelchair access.

Room we stayed in was very cluttered. Twin beds probably should have been a double.

Traditional seaside hotel that wasn’t too big, but housed more rooms than you would imagine. Good location and nice staff. Little touches like the pair of binoculars in our room to scan the North Sea!

Bed was on the small side for a double which was ok for a short stay though.

Room at the front with a Seaview was clean and comfy, staff were attentive and helpful and breakfast was a real treat.
