Le petit déjeuner est pantagruélique et délicieux. Le personnel est aux petits soins, l'ambiance très familiale et fort agréable.

Les bruits de plomberie dans les murs sont surprenants au début, on s'y habitue et on peut même y trouver un certain charme ancien.

Nous avons séjourné dans la chambre 31, une très belle chambre, accueillante et spacieuse, avec des fenêtres de chaque côté et une jolie vue. La literie est très confortable et nous y avons très bien dormi. Les petits-déjeuners sont servis dans une belle salle, avec un personnel efficace et attentionné. Les propriétaires sont adorables, chaleureux et vraiment soucieux du bien-être de leurs clients. Ils proposent même de vous réserver une table dans un restaurant situé à proximité, une excellente adresse à l’ambiance conviviale et à la cuisine de qualité. Pour rejoindre l’hôtel depuis Saint-Peter-Port, il est très facile de prendre un bus à la gare routière : le bus 92, ou un bus en direction de l’aéroport, permet de s’y rendre simplement. Une très belle expérience à Guernesey, dans un établissement où l’on se sent véritablement bien accueilli. Nous y reviendrions avec plaisir !

Un seul petit point pourrait être amélioré : la tuyauterie fait parfois du bruit par intermittence, ce qui peut surprendre, notamment la nuit. L’aéroport, pourtant tout proche, ne nous a occasionné aucune gêne particulière.

Het gebouw en de kamers hebben wat onderhoud en update nodig. Op het tapijt op de gangen en in de kamer zaten vlekken en de kamer rook niet prettig. Het hotel ligt aan een drukke weg en dichtbij het vliegveld. Dat geeft veel geluid.

Im Schrank roch es sehr muffig. Unser Zimmer könnte ein paar Reperaturen vertragen ( lose Tapeten und Löcher in der Deckenverkleidung).

Customer service: From the front desk to the breakfast area, the staff were very cordial, welcoming and respectful. Information regarding room allocation and navigation around the property was clearly provided before we arrived, which made everything very easy. Breakfast: The full Guernsey breakfast was especially good, and the service was excellent. Access: The property is conveniently located just off the main road and is very easy to find. Parking: There is a very good parking area, and we had no issues finding a space. Environment: The property was very clean, peaceful and quiet.

Room: As the property is a B&B, I was hoping there would be a small fridge in the room. Having one would have made our stay even more convenient. Bathroom: The bathroom window has a small opening at the bottom. Because the window faces the street, I was slightly concerned that someone passing on the main road might be able to see through the opening. For peace of mind, I covered that part of the window with a towel. Perhaps it would be worth considering whether the opening could be positioned at the top instead, or whether some additional privacy covering could be provided. Overall, however, we had an amazing experience and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast was exceptional, there was a full selection of meats and cheeses, fruits, pastries and yoghurts in addition to a good range of cooked options. The proprietors were really friendly and helpful and as we were returning for another night in a day or two allowed us to leave some of our baggage there. The Hotel has an arrangement with the nearby pub giving a 15%discount to guests (the Hotel itself does not have evening dining facilities) although there is a small residents bar open for a short time in the evening.

The road traffic is audible from the rooms at the front, which seems to be going all night. Just ask for a back room if this would worry you.

Bit dated and in need of revamp of decor but perfectly clean. The casters on the beds meant they kept sliding across the floor. Brakes or wedges on them would have been useful Swiss bikes took a little getting used to but that's a minor niggle

Didn’t like the entrance as it had lots of bike stuff in the lobby also my room was on the top floor and I have bad knees , I believed I booked a twin room but the beds were made up as double, i didnt get a chance to say a anything as their was t anyone there and we was in and out cox we were at a funeral.

Das Zimmer war gross mit einem riesigen Doppelbett. Das Frühstück wurde von sympathischen Angestellten serviert und war sehr schmackhaft. Wir konnten in der Unterkunft E-Bikes für 35 Pfund pro Tag mieten. Der Gastgeber gab uns Restaurant-Tipps und zeigte uns auf der Karte, auf welchen Strassen wir mit den Velos am bequemsten fahren. Wir haben diese Unterkunft in der Nähe des Flughafens auch gewählt, weil wir am Ende unseres Aufenhalts mit dem Flugzeug zurück in die Schweiz flogen und somit mit dem Bus in wenigen Minuten am Flughafen waren. Die startenden und landenden Maschinen hört man war gut, doch störten sie uns nicht sehr. Der kleine Flugplatz ist nicht sehr geschäftig.

Das Fenster unseres Zimmers führte direkt zum Garten, der rege benutzt wurde. Vom Garten aus sah man direkt in unser Zimmer, so dass wir auch tagsüber oft die Vorhänge zuzogen. Dies war aber nicht sehr störend. Der Garten wurde auch abends rege für Treffen unter den Gästen benutzt doch wurde die Nachtruhe gut respektiert.

Das Frühstück war gut und der Aufenthalt im Garten ist angenehm.

Das ganze Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen gut. Das Bad ist so klein, dass die Tür gegen das Waschbecken stößt. Alles wirkt alt und teilweise eklig. Es gibt einen Platz für den Wasserkocher, jedoch keine Steckdose.

Top Lage, Fußläufig zum Flugplatz, Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus. Frühstück sehr reichhaltig, besonders die warm zubereiteten Varianten von Eierspeise und englischem Frühstück. Großer Garten mit Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Bar ist bis 21 Uhr geöffnet. Wirklich sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Great breakfast. Really nice and helpful staff. The room was clean and what we expected. We didn’t have a car and the B&B was easily reachable by bus, and there are still things to do/see within walking distance. Overall a great place to stay! Would love to come again.

Fairly close to the airport so keep the windows closed to avoid being woken up by the planes. With windows closed very calm. Water pressure in shower not great but OK.

Welcoming staff. No dinner available but reception booked us into a pub/bistro close by. Leaving too early for main breakfast but were able to help ourselves from the buffet before official opening hours before leaving (mainly my 14 year old son who doesn't leave food if possible!)

We had two rooms and both had very low water pressure in the showers - we managed to have showers but they were almost barely usable. Secondly, we visited during a heatwave and the lack of air conditioning was a bit of an issue for our stay - fans were provided but the were very small desktop sized and didn't really do much, but I guess most of the year this would not be an issue.

Breakfasts are first class. Location is good even if you haven’t a car. There is a lovely private garden. It is a very relaxing atmosphere both indoors and outdoors.

A traditional hotel close to the airport and St. Peters Port. Hospitality was excellent, so friendly and helpful- a table for dinner was quickly booked at the nearby Farmhouse which was amazing. The breakfast was excellent and a lovely garden to sit in, in the morning sunshine.

On arrival we were very disappointed, the first room we were shown to was awful like being in a dungeon, so we asked to change still not brilliant. The reception smells, very shappy and dated.. stains on the carpet. And you could see hoovers dumped in the corner. Would never stay there again. Stains on the carpet. Sink in the bedroom. I just wanted to go home.

The breakfast was excellent as there was so much choice.

We really enjoyed our stay: the owners and staff were very welcoming and friendly. Our room (7) was reasonably spacious and comfortable, breakfast was excellent, and there was ample parking. Bus stop right outside to access the whole of the island, and a great pub less than 10 minutes walk for evening meals. Nice conservatory to sit and chat, work or relax. Bike hire and use of walking poles and brollies on site. Within minutes you could walk into the heart of the countryside or coast. And although 15 minutes from the airport (a plus) there was little noise to intrude into the calm.

The hotel's facilities are a throw back to the 1990s, much like the rest of the island! Bathroom and shower worked but a bit dated. Decor similar but in keeping with rest of hotel. There was some noise from other rooms but not intrusive. The TV was pretty small, mounted high on the wall, so barely fit for purpose. Corridors nearby were cluttered with outside furniture furnishings and looked like they were past their best, hopefully not a H&S/fire safety incumbrance. However, none of this was a major detraction from our stay.

I booked this hotel because it was one of only two available options for the dates I required. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing from the moment I arrived. Upon entering the hotel, there was nobody present at reception. Instead, there were several pieces of paper left openly on the desk, one of which displayed my full name alongside the key to my room. I found this deeply concerning and entirely inappropriate. It compromised both my privacy and personal safety, as any guest entering the property could see my identity and room number. As a lone female business traveller, I found this particularly unsettling, especially given recent high-profile cases in the UK involving women being assaulted in hotels after strangers gained access to their room details. I believe this approach to guest check-in is irresponsible and unacceptable. While trying to locate my room, I also encountered a door displaying a “Beware of the Dog” sign. Frankly, the smell of dog throughout the corridor was noticeable long before the sign itself. The overall cleanliness and atmosphere of the property were very poor. For £165 per night, the hotel was exceptionally poor value for money. The walls were extremely thin, and I could clearly hear other guests snoring and other bodily noises throughout the night. The experience felt more like staying in a youth hostel or YMCA than a hotel charging premium rates. The room itself was dated and poorly furnished, with mismatched furniture that appeared cheap and second-hand. Overall, the accommodation felt tired, neglected, and far below the standard expected for the price charged. The only member of staff I saw during my stay was briefly at reception while I was rushing out for a business appointment. I received no greeting,no eye contact, and the individual appeared completely unapproachable, which only added to the poor overall impression of the hotel and its customer

Very convenient for the airport and buses. We walked from the airport in minutes. Staff were super organised and helpful. My mother was a bit ill during the stay and they were incredibly helpful and thoughtful.

Noise from main road

Tout était parfait. Le personnel est sympathique, l'emplacement est parfait aussi et le petit déjeuner est tout à fait à l'anglaise, vraiment très bien. On y retournera sans problème. C'est un endroit à recommander. En plus le responsable nous a indiqué des endroits où manger et c'était très bon et avec des tarifs raisonnables.

La température de la douche est un peu juste mais ça ne m'a pas vraiment dérangé. Il n'y a pas besoin qu'elle soit bouillante.

Le lieux est calme. L'hote formidable. le petit dejeuner delicieux et varie. la chambre est grande et la literie bonne.

The manager was very flexible and accommodating.

The mattress was either old or very poor quality. It felt of springs in every position. Really uncomfortable. Proximity to the airport so it was noisy as soon as flights started at 5am ish And on Booking.com it was recommended as being in/near St Peter Port. It was over 3 miles out of town via steep hills.

Staff were very friendly and helpful (booked my evening meal for me at a nearby restaurant). Breakfast was excellent, very varied choice and cooked to order, none of the buffet type menus you have to endure at larger hotels.

Guernsey is very busy in August and hotel prices go through the roof, so whilst the room was a little on the small side and a single bed (I was travelling alone as on business ) it offered value for money.

Rooms had everything you need, good size, skylight in the bathroom was a nice, bright and airy touch. The hotel isn't modern but this just added to it's character and evoked nostalgia. We had breakfast for the two mornings of our stay and was very impressed with the full english and avocado, pouched egg on sourdough bread and also there were very polite waiters to take our order. The staff/receptionist were very helpful and Niek really helped us out as we couldn't get a taxi to the little chappel which we really wanted to visit by giving us a lift himself, Thank you so much for such a lovely stay, would definiitely recommend it to friends and family.

Only that the swimming pool wasn't open but there was a nice hottub which we made use of so not a problem.

The hotel’s location was very good. This was main reason we chose the hotel. We also looked how this hotel was rated. The bus station was very accessible and we had no problems getting around.

Confort moyen de la chambre: - sanitaire vétuste, mauvais fonctionnement de la chasse d'eau, porte coulissante séparatrice de la partie chambre non isolante, pas assez de ventilation (wc et douche), verrouillage des fenêtres, j'ai demandé et obtenu la suppression du plafonnier électrique au plafond à l'intérieure de la douche (risque d'hydrocution). - environnement bruyant, manque d'isolation phonique surtout des bruits de l'étage au-dessus - ménage à revoir, salissures sous le lit

My room No 30 was in the attic space with I believe the hot water tanks overhead or anyway something that created guide a noise through which I lost sleep

Das Hotel ist nicht weit entfernt vom Flughafen. Ruhige Lage mit bereits einigen Aussichtspunkten in der Nähe. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit einem Büfett und einer Auswahl an Menüs..Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Zusammenarbeit mit einem Pub in der Nähe, hier bekamen wir Preisnachlass als Gäste des Hotels.
