Le jour de notre départ on nous présente une facture, pour ces repas, justement, qui correspondait à une autre chambre et non la notre ... un petit doute s'installe quand même !

All good was superb, just found the wine choices to be poor and quite pricey. Lovely atmosphere- felt very calm and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

Some areas are a little jaded and it’s a good walk into town if you don’t have a car.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. From the moment we checked in to leaving our stay was comfortable within a relaxing environment with all staff friendly, and efficient at making our stay special. Every staff member was helpful and attentive with facilities that are made to help you relax and be comfortable. The food was delicious and the rooms clean and comfortable

The swimming pool, the terrace bar was good, there is a bus into town just near the hotel. The staff were all very pleasant.

At the buffet breakfast the tea & coffee was made for you as soon as you went in rather than help yourself when you wanted it. ( very old fashioned) It is stuck in the 1980's generally, the balcony needs some tlc.

Breakfast was great. Staff there, and in the bar were exceptional. Reception very helpful with excursion arrangements. Indoor pool very good. A pleasure to find all the facilities functional.

When walking from the hotel to the golf course, one encounters a very steep hill between the golfers car park and the clubhouse. It would be of benefit if the hotel had golf carts available to facilitate guests in getting to and from the clubhouse, either that or some sort of complimentary bus transport. I recognise that the golf club is a separate business, but the hotel does title itself the St. Pierre Park Golf Hotel and Spa.

Lovely spaces, all clean. The Spa facilities were fabulous.

The staff were amazing - so friendly and kind and great with children. The little extras like milk and cookies before bedtime and birthday breakfast pancakes for my daughter were just lovely and we really enjoyed family time in the pool.

Malheureusement, le service du diner n'est pas à la hauteur, une heure d'attente pour être servi, on nous a donné les plats de la table d'à côté .... et c'était à prendre ou à laisser. Plus que moyen pour un hôtel de cette gamme. Le soir précédent, le chef de rang tape sur l'épaule de mon mari !!! pour lui indiquer notre table.

Spacious rooms, a bit old-fashioned, but still comfortable and very clean, with very large comfortable beds. The hotel is located a bit to the north of St. Pierre Port, a few minutes by car or 30 minutes by foot away from the main attractions. The hotel offers a great breakfast (and breakfast service), with a good variety of food. There are also facilities that we didn't have time to enjoy, but are available and are in good state: swimming pool, gym and spa.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I can't fault them.. Breakfast was excellent and lots of choice, food quality ingredients. Toiletries were provided which was nice and you were given 2 large bottles of water every day and free fresh fruit The room was cleaned and beds made daily. The tea tray provided was very good. Nice convenient location. Everyone worked so hard to ensure you had a lovely stay from reception, housekeeping and restaurant staff and it was very much appreciated.

The room was a little dated and in my opinion needing a bit of a refresh. There was a very small balcony and one chair but it was a double room. Only one person at a time could fit on the balcony. The restaurants charge 12.5% service charge on all meals but you are not told about this in advance. I only spotted it when I looked over my bill. The sausages at breakfast were Cumberland and though nice enough it would have been nice to add some pork ones too.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The best hotel I’ve stayed in Guernsey.

The food in the golf club was excellent, slightly better than the hotel. I thought this would of been the other way round.

Staff, facilities, breakfast, especially coffee were all excellent. In room supplies were good. Lovely pool with outside access. Comfortable room and good ensuite. Terrace bar had reliably good and varied food.

Balcony was very small, but at least it was private. Another time we might choose somewhere closer to nice evening walks, but it was very convenient.

the booking was made as a silver anniversary celebration. I booked a table in the restaurant expecting a high level of service and wasn't disappointed. the restaurant was adjacent to the main restaurant and it is possible to order from the a la carte menu and the bar menu. Breakfast was excellent - a choice from the menu or the pre prepared buffet service. All high quality.

Restaurant service was excellent from the main restaurant manager, Sara. When food was brought to the table there was a distinct lack of training. Plates were placed on top of cutlery and not central to the diner which let down the quality. Silver Service training would enhance this.

Staff were all friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable. Food was good especially breakfast. Will definitely be back.

The staff were always so friendly and helpful. If they said they would do something they definitely always did. We were particularly impressed by the staff serving breakfast who were so helpful and kind. The food at breakfast offered a wide selection and was delicious. Everything was very clean and hygienic and we felt confident eating at the hotel in all areas. The rooms were clean and well equipped. It was a wonderful bonus to have a balcony with a sliding door we could open for lovely fresh air and a view of the garden. The gym was very very well equipped, had a good sauna and was excellent for us. We really enjoyed our stay here. It was also handy for the bus route for public transport which we used a lot. Also very handy to have a Waitrose just across the road for little things we needed from time to time. We also really appreciated the hotel putting fresh, chilled water in the fridge every day. Wardrobes a decent size. Bed was very comfortable indeed. Slept well here.

There’s nothing we didn’t like.

The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond. On the first night we ate at the bar and had a long wait for food and we had kids with us- they comped us the entire price of the meal and brought out free cake for the kids. The family room was really well equipped for a family of 4. We loved the duck pond and beautiful grounds and the pool and wet facilities were awesome

The room did not have air con which made it hot on some nights. The decor in the room was a bit dated. The food in the bar tends to take a long time. Sometimes bar staff were amazingly friendly and on other nights the service was quite slow and bad. Having a wider slot of time for kids swimming would have been nice.

Everything about our stay was brilliant. The staff were excellent - everyone was genuinely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was incredibly clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. An excellent hotel - would highly recommend to anyone staying on the island.

The breakfast buffet had a wide range of options. The suite was spacious. Michelle from the spa was especially helpful and informative. we were impressed by the efficiency of the cleaners. I enjoyed the pool.

Dinner service was a bit slow. The children’s swimming time of 3-4:30 coincided with us returning to the hotel to relax so it was noisy.

The staff are friendly and usually I have a better experience than my most recent stay. They have a very nice pool and spa area.

There is no air conditioning so it gets rather hot, but more importantly they seem poorly resourced. My room had old towels and gowns left in the room and when I tried to call to get this addressed I could not get through to anyone. I also could therefore not get any room service either.

Der Ausblick aus unserem Zimmer auf den Weiher im Hotelpark war sehr schön. Das Personal im Frühstückssaal und bei der Zimmerreinigung war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer wurde immer sehr gründlich gereinigt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig.

Unsere Junior Suite lag direkt über einem grossen, hotelinternen Veranstaltungssaal. Bei den festlichen Anlässen (bei uns an drei aufeinanderfolgenden Abenden ) war der Lärmpegel der Musik (Bass und Schlagzeug) bis Mitternacht sehr hoch. Wer Ruhe sucht, sollte bei solchen Veranstaltungen ein ruhiges Zimmer in einem anderen Hoteltrakt buchen. Ralph von der Rezeption hat sich nach unserer Beschwerde sehr bemüht, eine für uns gute Lösung zu finden.

Excellent staff assistance, clean room and cleaning staff cheerful everyday. Breakfast and restaurant meals really the best as I had for choice. My 87th birthday celebration with 12 family members was as planned and more, with reception staff going out of their way to make my day special and memorable.

The menu for my birthday lunch could have been sent to me prior to my arriving at the hotel as it was booked a couple of months previously. I had to pass this on to my family for selection 24 hours before the function. However all went well eventually with no further mishaps and the birthday congrats on a slate went down very well.

The choice of food for an arrival after 9pm was very limited. The big issue I had was this: In the evening, booked a taxi for a meeting the next day. I went to bed thinking all was sorted. This was not the case. After breakfast in the morning, I was informed by the reception staff that they had been unable to get me a taxi for the time required. As a consequence, I was late for a meeting. One of the reasons I booked to stay in the hotel was that I felt I would not have any taxi problems. I did not expect an hotel like St.Pierre Park to have problems getting a guest a taxi. I therefore booked in a different hotel the next evening and had no problems with a taxi being booked for me a the time I required in the morning. What was annoying about the St. Pierre Park situation was being told a few minutes before I had booked the taxi for, making it impossible to try to make alternative arrangements. Although the reception staff clearly tried hard and asked me if I was prepared to share a taxi, and even persuaded a taxi driver to return to the hotel to take me, the whole scenario was unnecessary and very stressful. So I was late for my appointment. The other point which was annoying was the taxi driver charging me £15 for a short journey, saying there was a minimum fare. This turned out to be true, because a different taxi driver from a different hotel charged me a minimum fare of £15, when that hotel had told me the fare would be about £8. If there is a minumum taxi fare in Guernsey, then St. Pierre park should inform their guests.

I had two separate stays within a week. The quality of the room on each occasion differed dramatically. I left a great review for the first stay. However, on the second stay we were very disappointed.

The room had no air con whereas the first room allocated that week did. One chair on balcony for a twin room Only one spare socket in the whole room. No socket by the bed No reading light or lamps by the bed Hardly any filling in the pillows. This contrasted dramatically with the first room where none of these things were an issue. I would advise to check these things before accepting the room offered.

Breakfast was lovely. Lots of buffet choices, but also the option of a number of different cooked dishes, We really enjoyed the Eggs Benedict and the French Toast. Make sure you try the local apple juice. We had an early ferry and the staff prepared a good take away breakfast. We arrived early and were able to check into one of our group’s rooms so we could dump our bags and explore. The pool was great and the changing rooms were spotless and spacious. Sadly, no time to visit the spa. The grounds are beautiful. Really helpful staff. Very professionally run hotel. Beds were the best we’ve had on our trip.

Garden room had an outlook over the gardens and the tennis courts. Room was spacious and had a terrace so that we could enjoy sitting outside with a cup of coffee in the morning or an alcoholic drink in the evening. The Spa was excellent and the swimming pool was big and there was also a jacussi outside in the sunbathing area and inside was a sauna and a steamroom. There was a spin dryer for your swimming things and showers and hairdryers.

We had to pay for an extension to checkout, but I guess that is an accepted norm nowdays. the terrace to the Garden Rooms coulve been a bit more private but overall there were no complaints

The room was extremely dated and not very clean. The bed was terribly uncomfortable. The breakfast buffet was plentiful but all looked a bit stale. Therefore I ordered from the menu - avocado on toast, which was a strange avocado paste with raw onion - inedible. I have stayed in several Handpicked hotels but I wouldn’t stay here again as much better properties available in Guernsey.

All good. I had requested storage for our e-bikes but the desk staff not aware of this however they made every effort to sort storage out for 7 of us so our bikes were secure and could be charged. All the staff were lovely friendly and helpful.
