Location. Close to shopping mall and shops

The table in the room is very small, making it difficult to work on a business trip. Dining area for breakfast is small and can be crowded in the busy morning

I stayed for 2 night, at first morning i leave my blazer and shirt for laundry, they dont send back on the same day, next morning i called housekeeping to get my laundry back, after paid i check but they sent without washing, the clothes still dirty. I remember i spilled sauce on my blazer, and it was still there, the dont do the laundry.

Het hotel is tegenover een shoppingmall wat erg handig is omdat je veel keus hebt uit restaurants en elke dag schone lakens en handdoeken.

Het was pal tegenover een moskee dat best veel lawaai gaf als er opgeroepen werd voor gebed en onze kamer lag aan de straatkant wat ook veel lawaai gaf van het verkeer. Nog een irritant punt er werd teveel gebruik gemaakt van plastic hoezen door de wasserij voor elk kledingstuk een gigantische plastic zak. Ban het plastic uit het hotel dan help je echt het milieu

The location is nicely near the bus terminal to the Soekarno–Hatta international airport and also near the Botani Square mall. Within walking distance, you can start walking around the famous Bogor Botanical Gardens. The staff were friendly, and the room was comfortable with two water dispensers in the aisle.

Close proximity to mall and mosque

Rooms was not really sound proof. I can hear guests talking in my neighbouring room.

1. 5 mins walking to the Botanic Square Mall -very convenient with ample dinning and shopping options 2. Near the Mosque - so call to prayers can be loud for those that need a quiet environment, do take note 3. Breakfast is affordable but minimalist in buffet spread 4. Bogor generally is safe but roads can be hazardous, watch out for motorcyclist and cars when crossing. 5. It takes about 20 mins walk to the Botanical Gardens as you can only enter by the main entrance in front of Chinatown. So after your walk, just cross the road and you will reach busy Chinatown 6. Outside walkways can be dirty and full of potholes On the whole it was good, very friendly people

There is bug in toilet. Level 2 open holden infrot of parking. So we should close holden all the time.

The shower room is quite small, water flows out as there's no shower door. As a result the floor in front of the wc and sink area becomes messy. Note to the hotel management. Tq

It took quite a long time to reach the property due to heavy traffic. The room itself was very small, and unfortunately, there was no fridge inside. There was only a shared fridge at the reception.

staying at this hotel I really like, because of the strategic location and close to anywhere, besides that the service provided at this hotel is beyond my expectations, so I say this is perfect for you to stay together with family, business needs, or stay alone.

We do regular stopovers here since part of our family lives in Bogor. Rooms are good enough and beds are convenient. Breakfast has improved over the years and now offers also good standards for western people. Dining is possible. No alcoholic beverages served. Very centrally located (central bus station, tollroad to Jakarta and airport, shopping mall and botanical garden)

The cleanliness was good, the towels bit old but clean. The Air Con is The staffs were amazing. Especially Yusi and Rahma were really helpfull and proffessional. The food was decent with the price we pay. Great location, on walking distance from mall. Overall it was good.

this time, my room didn't have the hand soap. The staff forgot to refill the bottle. No daly clean up (at least i expected they will come and empty the trash bins)

The location is good. Close to the botanical gardens. A massive mall two minutes walk from the hotel, where you have everything.

The hotel is the loudest hotel I've stayed in, in over 60 countries. The constant sound of furniture getting moved around, possibly due to staff cleaning, showing no consideration for guests. I asked to change rooms, I requested a quiet room. I was moved from the 3rd floor to the 9th. Unbelievably loud on the 9th floor, the whole room was shaking from the water pump located on the roof. After I left a Google review, they called my room and insisted I get a massage (I am not joking), which I declined, this was around 8pm. I fell asleep, around half past midnight I jumped out of my sleep because someone was knocking on my door, the "masseuse" was standing there, insisting it was booked and that she should come into my room. The whole thing was so creepy. Of course I declined. All I wanted was a quiet room. I ended up listening to that loud noise for several days, got no sleep, and survived on painkillers. Avoid this place, unless you're a creep of course, or young, it'll suit you just fine.

Noisy AC unit outside my room that wasn't mine. It sounded like a general one, not a room unit. So loud. No water supplied in the room, which is strange.

The best hotel compare to the rest at the same stars rating. Downtown area with lot of avenues to visit and close to big shopping mall. The staff are welcoming and caring (Nice hospitality). The room is well maintained and new amenities. Latest tv with android.

Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Close to shopping center such as Botanical Square. Very easy access to airport bus terminal and Baranang Siang bus terminal also only about 15 minutes to train station. Furthermore, we can enjoy fresh air by visiting Bogor Botanical Garden.

Very upset with the broken link between Booking.com and Fave Hotel Information. I booked the room for my friends and they are sharing the room, so the room was booked with 2 single bed or twin bed, but the hotel said no information was transferred to their Hotel System. As the hotel has accepted one large group booking, there is no other twin bedroom available. This has making me and my friends upset with both Booking.com and the Fave Hotel. As we insits, only then the next day we managed to get the room we request. But overall, this is very bad and why I need to call the hotel to confirmed my request. It is ridiculous, might as well I booked directly with hotel if Booking.com cannot managed the request.
