Showers were tiny, pool was shady and very little sun loungers ! Vending machine never worked, can hear everything through the walls ! Rat on my balcony

Should have stayed 7 nights,but came home after 5.our room was 106,3 out of 5 nights we wer locked out by the people staying 107 aa theirs was a family they kept locking the door.reception miserable and not polite or helpful.young man behind bar had no manners.wont be back..

Hotel location close to the center, very good breakfast in a nearby restaurant, pool clean and free (beginning of September)

Overall small room, very narrow double bed (160 cm), fridge in the room only for a fee. But mainly some insects in the room, I'm afraid bedbugs, but we didn't find anything. However, we were very bitten all over our bodies after every night. That was very unpleasant.

La mentira de unos servicios y unas características a pagar por ejemplo una cama de matrimonio y me dieron 2 individuales como si fueramos hermanos Otra pareja ni se hubiera instalado y la recepcionista cuando le explique lo de la cama de matrimonio, en pocas palabras, Es lo que hay y no queda otra, porque me freno mi pareja sino por mi no me quedo

Nous avons apprécié la localisation de l'hôtel, l'accueil du personnel très agréable mais également la piscine (bien qu'un peu petite quand même). Les chambres étaient très propres et le personnel de chambre était adorable.

Les chambres ne sont pas très bien isolées, et en fonction des occupants d'à côté, nous pouvions en entendre un peu trop, cela était très désagréable. Nous avons moins apprécié l'accueil du petit-déjeuner qui n'était pas très agréable, et en fonction de l'heure à laquelle nous arrivions, il n'y avait plus grand chose. De même que la dernière heure pour s'y rendre est à 9h30 donc si nous souhaitons dormir un peu, il faut faire un choix :)

El último día nos pusieron sábanas sucias, el aire le caían gotas y nos mojaba cuando estábamos en la cama y aparte desconocía que la gente que estábamos en la planta 5 compartíamos balcón

Hlučná lokalita, plastové vybavení, malý pokoj, kouř z cigaret na chodbě (kouřil personál), nefunkční výtah, mizerná snídaně z nekvalitních surovin, během ní probíhal úklid po předchozím večeru. Rozhodně se nevrátíme.

The location was good

The whole hotel is quite dated and could benefit from a refurb. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and desperately needs new mattresses. The room was small and in need of some maintenance. The bathroom door and doorframe was decomposing because they had soaked up so much water. An electrical socket was hanging off the wall.

Breakfast was fine, although it is served at a restaurant nearby rather than inside the hotel. The staff were very friendly and polite. It was possible to store our luggage, and check-out was at 12:00, which we appreciated. One of the best beaches in the area is also nearby. There was plenty of useful information available about public transport, tourist activities and services, including car rental options (although, of course, not necessarily the cheapest ones).

There is no fridge included in the room, but you can “rent” one for an additional €6 per night. This gives a slightly unpleasant feeling when you have already paid for the accommodation, especially considering that the hotel is not necessarily the cheapest option compared with nearby alternatives. Even if you decide to pay for the fridge, it may not be immediately available. We arrived in the evening and were told that it could only be arranged the following day when the responsible person was there. For a stay of only two nights, this already makes renting it much less useful. Another strange detail is the balcony light. It is centrally controlled, so you cannot switch it on or off yourself when you want. It simply stays on and is switched off centrally sometime after midnight. There is no private hotel parking. Public parking is available approximately 5–10 minutes away on foot. We managed to find a space, although the parking area was almost full during our stay.

Beds were comfortable,

Our air-con didn’t work for the first couple of days, only one half roll of toilet paper left for us on check in and we had to ask for more and then met with what did you do with the one that was there. We had to pay €5 for a second key card for the room ( which has 2. People so we should have gotten two key cards anyway) which was supposed to be refunded on check out and it wasn’t. The staff on the check in desk were extremely rude and had no customer service skills. When we went down to say our air con wasn’t working on check in we were told by a very rude lady that it was working for the previous guest so there’s nothing she can do just make sure Doors were closed.

The location cleanliness and staff were lovely. The roof terrace was a bonus too beautiful views.

The shower was way too small and flooded the bathroom.

nella stanza non c’era un mini frigo , la colazione non era all’interno della struttura e si doveva camminare per 200 metri, e poi durava soltanto 2 ore (dalle 7.30 alle 9.30 ) e se arrivavi tardi non trovavi nulla, se arrivavi anche alle 9.40 non te la facevano più fare senza neanche dirtelo.

The staff was nice and I think the apartment has a good location. A bit outside of the city but still close and the bus stop is only 5mins walk away and there was many shops and restaurants around the area. I liked having the pool there as well and the view to the water.

I don’t think the place was clean enough. We could hear everything the neighbours said. There was a bad smell in the room for the whole time which we couldn’t manage to get rid of. The air conditioning was quite useless because it was not cooling down the whole room only a small section of it. It was not possible to lock the balcony’s door and the neighbour’s balcony was pretty close.

le camere sono pulite , le puliscono tutti i giorni la piscina è curata e la colazione (che si fa a mercader del mar ) è ottima e con una bella vista Anche la posizione è ottima , a 25 min dall’aeroporto e 20 da palma centro

i bagni sarebbero da rifare , soprattutto perché sono scomodi , ci sono le vasche (scomode) con addirittura ancora le tende per non bagnare a terra

C’è un addetto alla reception che è stato molto gentile e disponibile con noi, la camera era pulita.

Colazione fuori hotel, nessun posto auto per parcheggiare, doccia con acqua o bollente o congelata, non abbiamo trovato il bagnoschiuma che ci hanno consegnato dopo due giorni nessun frigorifero per poter mettere bevande e/o cibo che compravamo.

Colazione buona, ma in un ristorante poco distante dall’hotel. Posizione tranquilla, anche se, avendo la macchina, si può fare fatica a trovare parcheggio nei dintorni.

L’arredamento (un po’ antiquato) e altre componenti della camera che dalle foto sembravano essere più recenti.

Hotel bzw. Zimmer sieht nicht wirklich so aus wie auf den Bildern - ist in die Jahre gekommen, Frühstück in einem anderem Restaurant und nicht wirklich appetitlich.

Nous avons été très déçus dès notre arrivée. L’établissement ne correspondait absolument pas aux photos ni à la description. En arrivant, plusieurs personnes étaient en train de boire de l’alcool autour de la piscine, une femme de ménage fumait dans les escaliers et l’ensemble de l’hôtel était très sale. L’état général des lieux nous a mis très mal à l’aise et ne nous a pas donné confiance. Nous tenons toutefois à préciser que la personne à l’accueil a été très gentille. Malheureusement, cela ne compense pas l’état général de l’établissement. Face à cette situation, nous avons préféré quitter l’hôtel immédiatement et trouver un autre hébergement. Nous avons donc ouvert un litige via Booking afin de demander le remboursement de cette réservation, l’hébergement n’étant pas conforme à ce qui était annoncé. En toute honnêteté, nous ne recommandons absolument pas cet hôtel. C’est un établissement à fuir, même pour une seule nuit.

Ascensor que no funcionaba y tocó subir 5 plantas x la escalera. No funcionaba el tfno de la habitación, no había servicio despertador, no había nada para enfriar bebida, y para el desayuno había que desplazarse varios locales calle abajo.

Una recepcionista de media edad que casi nunca saludada y cuando contestaba un buen día ni siquiera mirabas a la cara. Nada profesional.

Lo mejor fue el precio. La habitación nada calurosa y las camas cómodas.

La piscina, con marcas verdes en los bordes donde termina el agua. Denota falta de mantenimiento del agua como corresponde. Las instalaciones en general son muy mejorables.

Chegamos às 18:00 não estava ninguém na recepção . Chamamos tocamos a campainha e 20 min depois apareceu um senhor . A recepção estava toda cheia de marcas no chão . Chegamos ao quarto e ficamos decepcionados . Faziam lembrar os apartamentos de loret del mar , bonito por fora e velho por dentro . O chuveiro não funcionava , o gel de banho acaba na primeira noite , o hotel tinha muito barulho , colchão era muito muito duro e fino . Pagamos o pequeno almoço e nunca fomos a tempo . Horário é das 7:30h às 9:30 e não é no hotel é num restaurante fora do hotel a uns 5 Min a pé . Dá-me a entender que foi feito para ninguém ir

Arredi molto datati, e bagno con vasca e tenda , ad ogni doccia l acqua cadeva sul pavimento. Anche il bagno era molto datato.

We had a late flight and home and we couldn’t keep room on as hotel full, but they don’t have any facilities for you to have a shower which if I have a late flight again I wouldn’t book this hotel

Lokalizacja idealna przy plaży i sklepach, w hotelu winda, pokoje w porządku nie jakiś super standard ale okej, czysto, nie każdy pokój z balkonem ma widok na morze więc warto o to wcześniej dopytać, obsługa pomocna można zamówić taksówkę na lotnisko w recepcji, basen mały ale też nie korzystałem, ponieważ plaza jest bardzo blisko, w pokoju było dosyć ciepło ale w sumie nie zgłaszałem więc nie wiem czy klimatyzacja działała czy nie

Gute Lage, in der Nähe von Strand. Gute Frühstück in einem Restaurant,1 Minute entferne von Hotel . mit öffentliche Verkehr kann man so leicht überall kommen.

Es gab kein Kühlschrank,für Wasser.

Pas d'eau en arrivant, problème résolu apparemment, mais au moment d'enfin me doucher, l'eau ne fonctionne plus de nouveau... La chambre la plus petite et moins bien entretenue et la plus chère de tout mon séjour ! La proximité avec la plage ne devrait pas justifier ce rapport qualité prix décevant...

They didn’t have an iron in the room, had to go downstairs to ask for one every time I needed to iron my clothes.

Horario de piscina muy limitado, camas algo duras, falta de productos de aseo en el baño (champu-gel), bufet regular, no está insonorizado (se oye todo). Éramos 3 y en la terraza había solo dos sillas, pedimos que por favor añadieran una e ignoraron nuestra petición. Oímos la misma problemática con otras huéspedes.

The breakfast was excellent. You need to cross the street to get to the breakfast area. While the hotel itself is quite simple, the breakfast was comparable to that of a 4-star hotel. There was a beautiful sea view and a wide variety of buffet options. The hotel's location was perfect as well. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay.
