The property failed to maintain basic health, hygiene, and safety standards, resulting in severe emotional stress and an unsanitary environment. The hotel staff and management repeatedly failed to handle our situation appropriately. As we discovered cockroaches we have complained directly to the hotel reception. We explicitly requested to be moved to a different room. The staff refused the room change but promised to perform a "deep cleaning." Upon returning to the apartment, we found no evidence of a deep clean — only a can of commercial insect spray left behind. The infestation was not resolved, and we had to kill 3 more cockroaches that night. We returned to the reception desk with photographic evidence of the pests and asked again to be moved to a different room. No help or alternative accommodation was provided. That night, we had to kill another 4 cockroaches. We escalated the issue again. It was only at this point, on our final full day, that the hotel provided cockroach traps in the apartment and cleaning. Leaving bug spray for guests to handle an infestation themselves is completely unacceptable. Waiting until the last day to provide proper traps shows the hotel did not take our health or comfort seriously. Corrective measures and a room change should have been provided on day one. The hotel breached its contract to provide habitable lodging and failed to offer a meaningful, timely remedy.

La ubicación es perfecta

Το σημείο, ήταν κοντά σε μαγαζιά και θάλασσα, Είχε ωραία πισίνα. Το δωμάτιο είχε πολύ ωραία διαρρύθμιση. Ωραία θέα. Πολλά δέντρα. Αρκετές θέσεις στάθμευσης. Το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικό!

Οι εγκαταστάσεις είναι παρατημενες. Διάδρομοι με σαπισμενες ξύλινες ντουλάπες. Ασανσέρ τουλάχιστον 20 ετών. Το δωμάτιο είχε σκουριασμενο ψυγείο, φούρνο μικροκυμάτων και μουχλιασμένο πάγκο. Τα έπιπλα ήταν παλιά και φθαρμένα. Οι πόρτες είχαν κενό από κάτω και μπορούσαν να μπουν έντομα. Πρίζες σε επικυνδινα σημεία. Στις φωτογραφίες αυτά δεν φαίνονται. Θα μπορούσε τουλάχιστον να είχε ένα φούρνο κι ένα πλυντήριο πιάτων.

El apartamento tiene una cama muy cómoda, tiene parking privado, cercanía a una playa linda y grande.

No breakfast included, but close to the appartment were restaurants and shopping area. Close area to the beach and Solar Eclipse watching. Very good impression of the place

Lack of place for car (payable EUr 40/night ) and swimming pool only till 6pm. It should be open till 10pm or longer. Nearest beaches a bit dirty

De airco deed het 1 dag niet. Later bleek dat de schoonmaakster de balkondeur open had gezet. Daardoor werkte de sensor niet. Wel handig dat ze dat niet nog vaker doet bij anderen. Nu moest de technische dienst komen.

Location was great

Poor maintenance. The bedroom door was scraping and hard to shut. Soap dispenser hanging off wall, toilet cistern constantly flushing and loos toilet seat. Just didn’t feel like they had a maintenance checking system in place

Wszystko bez zarzutu. Obsługa miła i pomocna, panie sprzątające mile i dyskretne. Pokój czysty i wygodny.

Swietna lokalizacja okazała się jednocześnie małą wadą - od wczesnych godzin porannych zjeżdżały się śmieciarki zabierające różne rodzaje odpadów z restauracji które są naprzeciw balkonów. W przypadku koncertu na plaży również czuliśmy jakby był u nas w pokoju.

Had ants kept coming back. Didn’t clean the property and said towel change 4 days but no one came and changed towels

The location, the space and the staff.

The doors were old, and the sofa cama was not very comfortable. And the pillows were very low.

Great location only a few minutes walk from the main beach, shops and restaurants. Attractive building and pool area with plenty of sun loungers. Decent size balcony with great views.

Poorly equipped kitchen. Low quality pillows.

It's the eternal problem with sunbeds by the pool , people getting up at dawn , putting towels on sunbeds then ignoring them for most of the day ..

As always the area and close to shops/ restaurants is fab. The pool area is also great.

Our 2nd stay at Casa Vida! Reverence charge prices for apartments that have no Reverence amenities! The cleaning situation last year was excellent, this year on day 5 I had to go and ask for cleaning/towels, telephoned reception numerous times too, (only in rooms where telephone worked), last of our 6 apartments eventually got cleaned yesterday - our last day! Over €8000 for our holiday to stay here and very disappointed this year. Reverence need to look at their prices for these apartments.

Il y a eu un cafard le premier soir mais cela aurait pu arriver n’importe où . Il faisait chaud . Le personnel de l’hôtel est venu s’en charger . Cela aurait été bien d’avoir une serpillère en plus du balai .

Posizione molto comoda, a due passi dalla spiaggia, vicina ai pochi Supermarket decenti dell’area. Relativamente silenzioso nonostante il baccano di Santa Ponça.

Appartamento decisamente molto meno attraente dal vivo che nelle foto. Mobilio di scarsa qualità, alcune stoviglie inutilizzabili (le solite padelle antiaderenti ormai logore), WC traballante, vari segni di usura. Tuttavia, abbastanza ben climatizzato.

It was extremely close to the beach and to shops/ restaurants. Swimming pool was nice, the studio.. pretty much everything

The air conditioning was on and off. The shower had low debit. Cleaning made only after 5 days. We stayed 6 days, so no cleaning at all?!

There were a few things missing - no oven, lack of good cooking implements, little extra equipment such as parasol etc.

It was full of cockroaches. When we informed the place, they just sprayed something and the cockroaches kept entering the room. We were not offer the possibility of changing rooms or getting a refund. We will never come back. Horrible service.

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra , basen i 3 min do plaży ( ale do piękniejszej plaży na pewno trzeba podjechać autem ). Na miejscu wspaniała restauracja Block House !!! Steki i inne wspaniałe posiłki znajdujące się 3 min pieszo od apartamentu. Miejsce wypadowe idealne aby zwiedzić całą wyspę. Polecam dla rodzin z dziećmi bo wieczorne spacery i atrakcje dla dzieci były naprawdę fajne:) okolica spokojna . Apartament czysty, panie zmieniały ręczniki co 2-3 dni , jakoś do ceny jak najbardziej odpowiada.

Alles, meteen eerste dag al een dode kakkerlak gevonden. 2 keer gevraagd voor kamer te komen kuisen. 2 keer enkel gewoon nieuwe handdoeken gekregen en niets anders

the location was excellent, just up the hill from the beach and restaurant and bars. 10 min walk to the strip. aircon was very very good, one in every room. 2 balconies. fridge, utensils, cooked, microwave, toaster, plates and bowls all came with it. there is a supermarket just at the end of the hill, 2 minute walk away and was very well stocked. staff at the reverence were very nice and helpful and held our luggage on the last day before we left for the airport. lovely deep pool also.

for our 5 day stay, our room did not get cleaned once. had to reuse all the towels and buy our own toilet paper. beds also were not the comfiest but they were okay. i found the couches to be more comfy to sleep on.

Very clean and well equipped. Had everything you needed for a self catering holiday. Large balcony/terrace area… perfect. Good air con.

Det var inget fel på boendet förutom hårda sängar och inga vinglas .Men under våra vistelse så bodde där mycket ungdomsgäng som festade hårt . Det är extremt lyhört så sömnen var det inte så bra med då dessa ungdomar trillade in under natten till tidig morgon och förde liv och hoppade och skrek i poolen pratade och skrek. En nattvakt hade varit bra då receptionen är på ett annat hotell.

Great view from the balcony, kids loved the pool, wide beach was just 2 minutes away, close to Palma de Mallorca.

There should be more detailed instruction regarding check-in, as it needs to be done in a different hotel close by. It was a bit confusing upon arrival. The standard of the room could be better (based on the pictures in the offer we were expecting more), but at the end it was sufficient for our stay, as we spent most of the time outside, travelling around the island;)

Die Lage, der Pool, die Größe der Wohnungen. Alles ist zweckmäßig aber blitzblank sauber. Schönes geräumiges neues Badezimmer.

Mein Zimmer (die 10) hatte den balkon zum Parkplatz hin. Das war nicht so prickelnd. Allerdings war die Wohnung ebenerdig und direkt am Pool gelegen. Das hat mir gefallen.

The room was clean and the cleaner very friendly but the tv didnt work and the phone didn’t even when we try to call someone as a fight was going on in apartment next door. This property was full of group teenagers partying all night and screaming shouting.

It was full of group of young teenagers partying all night. The room rules said quiet time between 12/6 but the partying didn’t stop. You could hear bottle smashing, fights. People jumping in out the pool at 3/4 am. No security anywhere and no one cctv anywhere.

Apartamentul situat aproape de plaja, curat. Aerele condititionate functionale si foarte bune. Cladirea este dotata cu panouri fotovoltaice si puteam lasa aerul conditionat deschis si cand nu eram in camera astfel incat atunci cand reveneam in camera era racoare. Parcare gratis. Piscina curata pe care o poti folosi oricand.

Mobilier destul de invechit, figider putin ruginit, saltele foarte tari. Casa scarii nerenovata cu usi scorojite si canapele uzate. Prosoape imbacsite. In 8 nopti s-a facut o singura data curatenie. Ar fi bine daca ar exista si masina de spalat vase. Gunoiul ti-l arunci singur, nu ai instructiuni unde sa sa il arunci si nu se furnizeza saci de gunoi si trebuie sa iti cumperi. Intr-o dimineata din greseala i s-a deschis usa camerei noastre de catre personalul din hotel unei persoane starine, noroc ca eram in camera, altfel ne-am fi trezit cu ea in casa. Wifi nu functioneaza.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment hotel and really enjoyed everything. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable family vacation. It was clean, well-equipped. The location is excellent – just a 2-minute walk to a beautiful, clean beach. There are supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, and everything else you might need within walking distance, which made our stay even more convenient. A special thank you to Alberto, who gave us a very warm welcome despite our very late check-in. He explained everything clearly and was always available if we needed anything. His kindness and professionalism made us feel very welcome. Overall, this is a great place for a family holiday. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Great location, good pool never too busy always few sunbeds or chairs available & life guards not to strict, life guard goes off duty @ 6 but the pool was still being used with no issues, apartment itself was very clean & good aircon. We were family 5 kids aged 12,17 & 19 all enjoyed their stay & would stay again, apartment was quiet & peaceful,check in & out across the Rd was very straightforward without any hassle. Over all we really enjoyed our stay in Casa Vida & would stay again

Not much we didn't like,but not enough sockets in the kitchen area,kitchen needs bigger kettle & few Mugs,cups provided were to small, extractor in bathroom would be an addition, wife says one of the bedrooms needs a mirror, probably needs more larger towels,there were only 3 for a family of 5 when we checked in but In fairness to the Cleaner she gave us 5 when she saw 5 of us.beds were firm for the first night but got used of them not a deal breaker, our 2 boys said sofa beds in living area were very comfy.

J’ai beaucoup aimé l’emplacement qui était proche de la mer, le parking gratuit juste en bas de l’hôtel. Attention il y a une grande montée pour remonter à l’hôtel. Le point positif aussi c’est qu’il y avait aussi une machine à laver à la laverie, nous avons pu laver notre linge, rien à dire, c’était très calme, nous avons adoré

Il n’y avait pas le Menage de fait pendant notre semaine de vacances, mais sinon super

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und bei allen Fragen hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Wir sind als Gruppe (9P.) gereist und jeder hatte genug Platz. Wir können es nur empfehlen.

Spiegel haben definitiv gefehlt, nur einer im Bad vorhanden. Für Gruppenreisen schwierig aber wir haben es geschafft. Mehr Steckdosen wären von Vorteil gewesen.

Gut gelegen und wir fanden es war sehr ruhig, Personal war nett

Es fehlt einiges in der Küche, kein gutes Messer um zb Tomaten od Zwiebeln zu schneiden, kein Sieb um Pasta aus zu schütten und wir mussten an der Rezeption im Hotels einchecken was ca 150 m weiter weg war. Das wussten wir nicht! Wir mussten an Rufen weil wir vor den Appartements gestanden sind und für ist niemand

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Appartamento vicino la spiaggia e tutti i servizi. Carina la piscina e personale gentile e disponibile.

Alcune cose non funzionavano come il copri water rotto, lo scaldabagno piccolo( acqua calda non sufficiente per tutti) e cuscini veramente troppo piccoli e scomodi (più adatti per un divano)

Karaluchy! Ogromne! W drugą noc po przyjeździe zaczęły się pojawiać. Poprosiliśmy o zmianę pokoju, byłyśmy w stanie spać nawet we 3 w dwuosobowym byleby nie przebywać w pomieszczeniu, które wcześniej było spryskane środkiem insektobójczym. Odmówiono nam tej opcji. Gdy wróciłyśmy do apartamentu smrodu nie dało się wywietrzyć. Rozbolały nas głowy. Na moje skargi na ból głowy bezczelny starszy pan z recepcji powiedział, żebym poszła do doktora. Spokojnie zasnęłyśmy około godziny 3.00 w nocy. Kolejnej nocy sytuacja z karaluchami się powtórzyła. Nie polecam!!!

Los apartamentos están situados muy cerca de la playa. Nuestro grupo valoró la piscina y que el apartamento tenga los espacios amplios para moverte de manera cómoda, que la cocina esté en parte abierta también dá sensación de amplitud y desayunar en la terraza también es agradable

Todas coincidimos en que el colchón y las almohadas son incómodos sobre todo estas últimas. Echamos de menos una vueltecita de limpieza algún día al baño al menos y que no hubiera bolsas de basura para cambiar cubo del baño y cocina

l'emplacement du logement qui donnait côté rue et sur les poubelles d'un autre hôtel. le bruit des cuisines de l'hôte à côté. le bruit des voisins du dessus. et la vue ne correspondait pas aux photos lors de la réservation vue mer ou piscine.

Beds very hard and uncomfortable pillows very soft and lumpy.we spoke to reception about the pillows and they supplied us with more of the same pillows,also no hot water in the mornings to wash up after your breakfast and lunch only hot in the evening

Good location, beach is just at the end of the road. Nice size clean apartments. Lovely pool and sun lounge area.

The check in instructions were not clear - when we arrived there was a note on the main door to say check in was 50 meters away with an arrow pointing to the left. . We didn't realise the hotel over the road was where we had to check in. To make things clearer, it would be great if the notice would say to check in with the hotel name on the sign rather than just 50 meters away. Mattress was very, very hard - obviously everyone has different likes and you will never suit all, but something to consider if you might struggle on a very hard matress or have back pain.

L'appartement était très agréable, propre, spacieux et confortable avec un bel espace extérieur. La vue y est chouette et le bâtiment est bien situé sur la côte. Proche commerces et stations de bus. Personnel sympathique.

Les vacanciers qui hurlent dans les couloirs comme si ils étaient seul au monde. Des mecs bourrés dans la piscine à 6h du matin et la réception, ouverte 24/24 qui ne répond pas. La cuisine est peu fournie. Même pas une Passoire ou un économe. L'emplacement à Santa Ponsa. Trop construit. Trop touristique.

El poco menaje y útiles de cocina, pocos artículos de limpieza de hogar y de higiene personal (que no había ninguno). La tostadora no funcionaba si no le tenías pulsado el botón hacia abajo. Las almohadas eran muy duras.

Ganska bra läge dock norrläge och aldrig sol på balkongen. Duschen fungerade bra. Trevlig personal. Nära till buss och kollektivtrafik. Vattenprover togs i poolen och samt poolområdet var välskött.

Obecność karaluchów i niesprzątanie pokoju przez cały pobyt, mimo, że była wywieszana na klamce karteczka z prośbą o posprzątanie.

The apartment was well equipped, the rooms were clean, it was quiet, close to shops and restaurants etc.. and there was a nice clean beach nearby. There is a swimming pool that I witnessed being thoroughly cleaned, sunbeds and chairs available. There was a balcony with table and chairs with a pool view. Overall very happy with our stay

If I was being super critical the coffee table looks a bit tired, but it was clean and didn't affect our stay at all.

Nice and easy to book in at Hotel 100 metres along the street, very close to everything in Santa Ponsa
