Recepcionistas muy amables y dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento. Camas y almohadas muy cómodas. En general todo estaba muy limpio.

A través de BOOKING no se podía reservar plaza de parking y cuando llegamos no había ninguna libre, remitiéndonos a uno cercano que era bastante caro. La habitación no estaba bien insonorizada y a veces era muy molesto el ruido de los otros huéspedes.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Utonia in Barcelona. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to walk to many attractions and get around the city by public transport. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for my stay. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the hotel was quiet at night, which made it easy to rest. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it’s a great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel in Barcelona. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel, modern rooms with everything you may need. Very good breakfast. Hotel ist located in walking distance of the ancient part of the town, including lot of nice restaurants and bars. Great choice for a stay in Girona!

I had difficulties to operate the air condition, the room was quite chilly. The car park might be a challenge if you drive a big car, quite narrow - so i was lucky with my tiny rental car 😉

Loved our stay here, Great location just a 5 minute walk to main square over the river. Great facility's bike lock up/workshop, Brilliant breakfast covering continental and cooked something for everyone. Friendly staff. Special mention for housekeeping who did an amazing job looking after us 4 males in a quad room we came back to a spotless room every day Roof terrace will take some beating on a sunny night

I liked that it was in Girona, and the rooms had a view of the city.

I wanted to revisit the rooftop bar because I had been there before during the winter season. However, I do not recommend visiting in the summer. The service staff seem unaware of basic hospitality; they might roll their eyes if they disapprove of your order, and they are intrusive enough to try and make you leave your seat while you are still finishing your drink. A rooftop bar where you go to relax might end up stressing you out instead. The service manager, who clearly disliked his job, ruined the magnificent view of the cathedral.

A localização é muito boa , próximo ao centro histórico , restaurantes e comércio. é possível conhecer a cidade velha a pé. Nosso quarto era bem confortável , com ótimo tamanho e cama grande. O café da manhã é bem completo e variado.

Great location, right by city center and the night life, but also 15min walking away from the train station and the Palau de Congressos. Staff was also very helpful and nice.

Het personeel kon wel wat vriendelijker zijn en wat meer moeite doen. We waren een aantal dingen in de kamer vergeten en gingen na het uitchecken terug. Het boeide hen niets dat we het niet zouden terugkrijgen en deden amper moeite om bv aan het kuis personeel te vragen of ze bepaalde zaken hadden gevonden. Er stond niets op de computer over onze kamer dus dan was er volgens hen niets gevonden. We moesten er zelf achter zoeken en pushen tot we uiteindelijk wel terugkregen wat we effectief waren vergeten. Zonder zelf verder te vragen kregen we onze spullen nooit meer te zien omdat er in het systeem geen verloren spullen waren. Ook voor een taxi te bellen zeiden ze 1 knop en er komt een taxi voor 6 personen. Ze zagen dat we een paar grote koffers hadden en toch bellen ze maar 1 kleine taxi. Daar moesten we dan zelf ook ons plan trekken en verder pushen zodat we een taxi kregen.

The downstairs areas, all Common areas, bar and breakfast had all been renovated to a very good standard but our room 701 had not, I am unsure if all the rooms were like this, barely any AC in the room, no windows and no fan in the bathroom which was boiling. Very basic beds.

The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the old town and much of the cultural activities and also very accessible by public transport. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable while the air con was very effective.

My room was quite close to the terrace, so I was woken a couple of times in the night by people leaving at 1-2am. On the terrace, it is a shame it isn't open to guests during the day, as it'd be a lovely place to go read a book, etc.

Nuestra habitación para 3 personas es interior total, el oler terrible. No es limpio. El desayuno está bien pero hay una mujer limpia o organiza frente de mi 4 veces, a lo mejor no le da cuenta que estoy esperando su limpieza pero este trabajo tendría que hacer posteriormente si no es tan urgente. El parking es pequeño.. me da mucha pena que un hotel con mucho años de historia tiene este servicio y la instalación.

Da wir am letzten Tag sehr früh abreisen mussten hatten wir ein Picknick Paket bestellt anstatt des Frühstücks. Leider wurde dies vergessen und der versprochene Rabatt als kleine Wiedergutmachung für das verpasste Frühstück wurde auch nie eingelöst.

L'hôtel se trouve tout près du centre historique. On peut tout faire à pied si on marche bien. Le parking pour la voiture en sous-sol est très pratique avec accès direct aux chambres par ascenseur.

Le wifi n'était pas très stable pour regarder Netflix et le restaurant de l'hôtel ainsi que le bar terrasse étaient un peu chers à notre goût.

Perfect central location, everything is at walking distance. Very good service. The airconditioning was not working well and we immediately received an upgrade to a bigger room. And all for a very reasonable price.

It's kind of nitpicking but the rooftop bar is not as spectacular as it seems in the pictures.

We were just passing through Girona so only stayed one night but the hotel was excellent value for money. The roof top bar was lovely and the cocktails were delicious. The options for breakfast were also excellent. I would recommend and will return if in Girona again. The location was perfect for both the old and new town.

This was the first of two visits to this hotel in the same month. Our first experience was fantastic- lovely clean room on 4th floor with views. The location is fantastic - very close to the historic centre. The hotel is bright and airy.

The parking - our parking spot was on -3 and the parking is tight.

The location and rooftop bar were fantastic but we had a mixed experience at this hotel. We did a road trip to Spain with our dog this summer and stopped at the Gran Ultonia on our way there and our way back.

The room on the first floor was terrible. 😞 It was an accessible room which we didn’t need and the window opened to a small courtyard with all the air conditioning tubing for the hotel. Noisy and ugly.

Der große Pluspunkt dieses Hotels ist seine Lage. Man wohnt wirklich am Rand der Altstadt, die man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichen kann. Gleichzeitig kann man das Hotel aber auch problemlos mit dem Auto erreichen, falls man das möchte. Ich habe Girona als Ausgangspunkt für zahlreichen Ausflüge genutzt, weswegen ich sehr froh über die hoteleigene Tiefgarage war. Ja, sie ist verhältnismäßig teuer und wirklich sehr eng, aber man kann von ihr aus direkt die Zimmeretagen erreichen, was es doch einfach macht. Positiv hervorheben möchte ich auch die Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals an der Rezeption. Das Zimmer, welches ich zu erst bekam, sagte mir so gar nicht zu, weil man beim Blick aus dem Fenster nur auf die rückwärtige Fassade des Hotels blickte. Wäre es nur um eine oder zwei Nächte gegangen, wäre mir das egal gewesen, aber für eine ganze Woche war mir das zu deprimierend, weswegen ich nach einem anderen Zimmer fragte. Man bemühte sich und konnte mir tatsächlich ein neues Zimmer zuweisen. Da ich viele Ausflüge machen wollte, bekam ich netterweise auch einen Parkplatz, der das Ein- und Ausparken einfacher machte. Das hat sehr geholfen. Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig und bei der Sauberkeit gab es nicht zu beanstanden. Das Hotel selbst ist wenig spektakulär, aber die Dachterrasse ist schön und es werden wirklich sehr leckere Cocktails serviert. Auch das Frühstück war gut, sieht man mal von kleinen Ausnahmen wie dem Rührei ab.

Was mich vielleicht am meisten gestört hat, waren die etwas lieblosen Zimmer. Kein Bild, keine Deko, nichts, was irgendwie dem Zimmer Charm verpasst hätte. Ja, es war zweckmäßig, aber das war es dann auch. Ich habe mich darin nicht unwohl gefühlt, aber auch nicht wohl. Theoretisch konnte man auch sein eigenes Mobiltelefon mit dem Fernsehgerät koppeln, aber in der Praxis wurde die Verbindung bei mir immer wieder unterbrochen. Negativ fand ich auch den deutlich zu kalten Frühstücksraum. Ich habe teilweise darin wirklich gefroren. Beim Frühstück war auch das Personal alles andere als aufmerksam. Verwendetes Geschirr wurde grundsätzlich nie weggeräumt, außer an meinem letzten Tag, als zwei sehr junge Mitarbeiter/innen den Raum betreut haben. Sie haben zwischendurch mal abgeräumt. An allen anderen Tagen stapelte sich das Geschirr am Tisch. Außer der Dachterrasse mit der Bar sollte es noch eine weitere Aussichtsterrasse geben. Man konnte sie von der Bar aus auch sehen, aber leider war sie immer verschlossen. Das fand ich schade, wenn als Hotelgast hätte ich sie gerne mal genutzt. Die Bar war meist recht voll, auch mit Besuchern, die nicht zum Hotel gehören. Und man selbstverständlich ist man in der Bar ja gezwungen, irgendetwas zu konsumieren. Eine Terrasse nur für Hotelgäste, wo man einfach auch mal so sitzen und den Abend genießen kann, wäre schön gewesen.
