Ming Garden Hotel

i like the staff service and lift .

room , toilet and Carpet not clean, dust, and have sticky things at sink and toilet wall. and act . i also alredy tell mr Bernard about this issue.

suitable for family & holiday season. For relaxing & release stress. Easy access to mall & food court

Close to shopping mall

Facilities very poor

Staff were excellent and the rooms were very clean. Pool was nice.

Located on the "wrong" side of the freeway meant walking through the tourist areas meant locating a footbridge and crossing. The location had very poor local habitation next door and construction. Food was not "hot" in the restaurant but room service food was. Very limited snacks etc on offer. Overall, the hotel is much "tireder" on the inside than the pictures represent.

Breakfast was ok

They charge me more than I booked for the room. Not happy for the price paid

Room Was the best, and staff was friendly, and polite

Wifi down

The breakfast selections menu and quality can be improved.

The location is quite isolated without any shops nearby and taxi has to take a longer time to reach.

Room was massive. shower was good. pillows were comfortable. under hotel parking safe and convenient

didnt make up the room a couple of times. No extra towels. TV waster tuned so had no TV. A little bit noisy from the road

Room Design provide great exposure of view, Location is near to town Access is must be vehicle, Shuttle previously is removed Free Parking Coupon at Basement for vehicle access

very spacious room and near to shopping malls.

the bed is comfortable and the toilet is clean

the jewel here is the kindness of all the staff: managers, receptionists, people taking the room clean...room very clean and spacious, tidy... buffet breakfast many options to choose from... well everything's perfect...

.... new samsung external hard disk and new pair of samsung earbuds (more or less 160€) disapeared from my room...

The room are spacious with the city view. The breakfast was average.

One of the reception staff make mistake and provide wrong info on our booking until we almost checked out after 2 nights. Luckily Booking.com and the reception Manager interfered and made correction. Human error is forgiveable, however, there should be mitigation to ensure similar mistake not to be experienced by other customer. Do refer to 'Swiss cheese' metafore.

The women at the front desk was very helpful ,the AC system is awesome and the bedding metarials was very comfortable.

No smoking area

Everything. Next time, will surely stay here. Very recomended

Nothing

Fast check in and check out

The room was clean.

Everything was fine. However, our window faced the swimming pool. When we opened the curtains, people using the pool could see into our room. Therefore, throughout our stay, we had to keep the curtains closed. If possible, it would be better if card scanning was not required to use the lift. It is slightly inconvenient when going out to smoke while someone remains in the room.

Room are cleans, near to IMAGO Shopping mall, staff are friendly and breakfast are good and varieties. They have gym and pool open at 7 am - 8 pm. Can bring kids enjoy the pool. They have parking at Basement B1 & B2.
