I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The atmosphere was relaxing, the service was excellent, and everything was handled professionally. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Desde el primer momento he encontrado amabilidad, atención, profesionalidad y un trato cercano por parte de todo el personal. Se nota cuando detrás de un servicio hay un equipo de personas que trabaja con dedicación, esmero y verdadero compromiso con su profesión. Quiero destacar especialmente que, independientemente del puesto que cada trabajador desempeñe, todos contribuyen a que el huésped se sienta atendido, cómodo y bien recibido. Desde recepción, cafetería, limpieza, restauración y todos aquellos profesionales que, muchas veces, realizan su trabajo de manera discreta pero imprescindible, mi reconocimiento y agradecimiento. La calidad de un hotel no se mide únicamente por sus instalaciones, sino también —y para mí, especialmente— por la calidad humana y profesional de las personas que lo hacen funcionar cada día. Y en ese sentido, mi experiencia ha sido realmente positiva. Gracias a todo el equipo por vuestro trabajo, vuestra atención y por hacer que una estancia tan corta haya dejado un recuerdo tan agradable. Very helpful staff. Beverages, beer and vine are included in dinner. WiFi is (even though first connection was not really easy) is extremly fast and stable compared to other hotels. Food was delcious.

Los shows nocturnos en el bar piscina. Y el mal uso de las instalaciones de los clientes, por ejemplo el apoderarse de las hamacas desde muy temprano y durante todo el día y el dejar todo lo que usan por todas partes. Aunque el equipo del hotel lo recoja. No veo muy justo cobrar un day pass por querer disfrutar un ratito de la piscina y almuerzo.

Está muy apretado para caminar o sea no hay casi espacio. Había mucha gente para una sola piscina la cual estaba llena de gente bailando y otros jugando pelota , yo quería estar tranquila y no fue posible por lo cual no me pude bañar solo estuve en la de niños que es muy bajita , para tantas habitaciones necesitan más piscina .

Se proprio devo lasciare un commento ma solo ai fini di migliorare sempre più, migliorerei la pulizia delle camere... Spesso trovavo miei capelli sul pavimento o dietro la porta del bagno. Lo staff delle pulizie comunque anch'esso molto cordiale

Just back after a very relaxing week here. Check in process was easy and arrived after dinner and was told that the restaurant reopens after 2230 so we could get a bite to eat. Lift was a bit slow at first as only one was working in block C but this was fixed the next day however only works if you press the button on the left. Plenty of sunbeds never had an issue of getting sunbeds although some people reserve them. Typical all inclusive breakfast style with freshly made pancakes. For lunch I preferred the snack bar which had burgers Hotdogs toasties chicken nuggets and chips. Dinner I already found something to eat. Puddings were amazing from freshly whipped icecream and chocolate fountains. Bar was open from 10:00-00:00 and had slush puppies included with the all inclusive. I drank a lot of peach schnapps and slush also with my all inclusive I had blue lagoons which were only advertised as all inclusive plus. If you dont ask you don't get. All the bar men were lovely. Entertainment every night which was good. Close to the yumbo centre if you would like something more lively. Nice walk to the beach. Also used the free bus to go to shopping centre and public bus to go to waterpark recommend also booked a boat trip. Good central area. Rooms were basic no fridge however was ideal as a base.

If I could give this hotel 0 stars, I would. £1,800 completely wasted. This is genuinely the worst hotel my partner and I have ever stayed at, and I would not recommend it to anyone. Firstly, the hotel looks nothing like the photos advertised online. In my opinion, the photos are extremely misleading. They have even used an exterior photo of the hotel next door as though it is their own, which I think is completely unacceptable and gives people a false impression of what they are actually booking. The staff were incredibly rude and unwelcoming. Every time we entered or left our room, the hallways had an awful smell, often like sewage. It was horrible having to walk through that every single day. The food was horrendous. We paid for an all-inclusive holiday, yet we ended up eating out every single day because the food at the hotel was so bad. This obviously meant spending even more money on top of what we had already paid. The “all-inclusive” package was also extremely disappointing. Alcohol was not included as we expected. We were told that if we wanted alcohol included, we would need to upgrade to their Premium All Inclusive package for an EXTRA €20 PER PERSON, PER DAY — and even after paying for the upgrade, some alcoholic drinks still had an additional charge. There was practically no entertainment whatsoever. In the evenings there was nothing going on, and during the day the most we saw was a Zumba/aqua class in the pool that lasted around 10 minutes. That was basically it. Even the layout around the pool made no sense. The sun loungers were positioned facing AWAY from the pool rather than towards it. My partner and I paid approximately £900 each — £1,800 in total — and we are absolutely gutted that we spent that amount of money on this hotel. We have stayed in plenty of hotels before and this is by far the worst experience we have ever had. In my opinion, what is advertised online does not accurately represent what you actually get when you arrive, and I genuinely cannot understand how this hotel is rated as a 4-star hotel. If you are considering booking and you take notice of just one review, please take notice of this one. We wish we had listened more carefully to the negative reviews before we booked. £1,800 down the drain. We would never return.

The hotel itself deserves five stars — rooms, food, staff, and facilities are all outstanding. The problem arose when I called to add a single night to my existing booking (ref. 26042253578). The operator assured me it would only add the cost of the extra night, with no changes to the existing prices. When I received the modified confirmation, I discovered they had repriced all 13 original nights at a higher flat rate, raising the total from €2,595.77 to €2,972.77 — €164 in additional charges that were never agreed upon. I contacted the hotel and Servatur head office multiple times, providing both written confirmations (same booking code, completely different nightly prices) as evidence. Their response was that I had been informed of the new price — which is categorically false. The pattern is clear: they exploit phone-based modifications to reprice the entire booking without the customer's explicit consent, in violation of EU Directive 93/13/EEC and Spanish consumer law (RDL 1/2007). I have already filed complaints with the European Consumer Centre Italy and the Dirección General de Consumo de Canarias.

We stay for 5 days ..lovely hotel , room are nice very clean, Staff was amazing and lovely..food was good and the cocktails oh I miss them already 😂. Kids pool was great, Great location just 15 mins from the beach lots of shop around And there one in the hotel which was handy. Would highly recommended this hotel great value. I don't normally write reviews but i feel this one is needed. Just got back from a 6-night trip, and it was my first time staying there, but I gotta say, we had a lovely time! I'd totally recommend this hotel and would even go back myself. The pool is awesome—super big and nice. It's got different depths, so everyone can enjoy it. Plus, there are tons of sun loungers and umbrellas. Yeah, the rooms are pretty basic and could use a facelift, but the maids do a fantastic job cleaning them. They're fine for a night's sleep. Beds were comfy, but they do move and squeak when you roll over. The food, oh my gosh, the variety they have for each meal is incredible! I'm a picky eater, but I never went hungry once! You're spoiled for choice, and the quality of the food is really good too. Soft drinks and beers on tap—I dig that. And the cocktails are delicious, nice and strong 🍹 The location is great; taxis are cheap enough to get to the beach and Yumbo Centre. There's a local supermarket and shops close by! The staff are friendly and polite. Thanks for a great stay. See ya next year!

No se podia fumar en el balcon solo tenia dos zonas para fumar, el bufet muy repetitivo todo y habian cucarachas en el suelo del bufet donde comias, las camas eran muy incomodas tenian doble colchon, las almohadas eran demasiado incomodas y se dormia muy mal (no se podia ni hacer bien el amor) la ducha tenia suciedad y se cambiaban las toallas cada 3 dias, el champu/gel tenia olor a fairy y el gimnasio era muy reducido y no se podia hacer casi nada! :(

Pues creo que está algo viejo. En el baño tenía hormigas. Para ser un 4 estrella y pagar un todo incluido, en lo cual te dejas 912€ entre dos niños de 4 y 5 años y un adulto. El plato ducha con una mancha rosa súper fea, que no he pagado un apartamento de una llave o yo lo veo así.

Just got home from a great week at the servatur . Unusually , unless you book a superior room you don’t get a fridge . Myself and hubby had a superior but my daughter and 3 children were in a standard as you cannot have more than 2 people in a superior and her hubby and son were in a superior . They do a family room with a garden area , which looked really nice but they are a lot more expensive . Rooms were nice and clean and we had a view over the pool and we could see the sea . Food is really good, great salad options , fruit , desserts . Snack bar is ok , better than a few all inc I have stayed in . Also tea & coffee etc is available at all sittings , a lot of places only have these at breakfast . Pool is great and the nice thing is that they allow lilo’s etc in the pool ( again a lot of places don’t ) . There is also a really nice adults only area if a lively pool is not your thing . Daytime entertainment for the kids is great and the mini disco in the evening . They do aqua aerobics and ball games during the day . Adult evening entertainment is not the best but didn’t bother us . They have a nice children’s pool with play equipment in , but because it’s so shallow our grandchildren preferred the big pool . Plenty of sunbeds . Location is good , basically in a central location to yumbo centre or the bars and restaurants near the beach . We were a little worried as lots of reviews said 45mins walk to the beach , this is not the case , it was 10-15mins . There is a curtesy bus but we never used it . Restaurant does get very noisy . We found the conservatory to be a much nicer area and at breakfast they have the outside area open on the other side of the restaurant. Shower room for your departure day are available at no extra cost , you just book your 30min time slot . We had a great stay and will definitely be back 😊

Just returned from a 6 night stay Never really write reviews but the hotel and staff deserve one Firstly let me compliment the kitchen staff the food was great huge selection and tasty Restaurant was clean never struggled to find a table and staff were very polite and always smiling Rooms beds Reception staff were very helpful Cleaners always said hello and done a wonderful job Entertainment always something going on and staff again always spoke Rooms where clean tidy and had everything you need beds were comfortable Even though this hotel is showing its age the hotel staff worked hard to keep it up together and spotless and take pride in what they do Only one downside is the air conditioning it does not seem to work tat well anymore or possibly set up more for cost saving than cooling Apart from being rather warm whilst trying to sleep a lovely place to stay

The hotel is located very near local amenities such as the Yumbo Centre. The communal areas of the hotel are decent with a nice pool area and a designated adults only area. The adults only area is a decent distance away from the family areas so there isn’t too much disruption. We did bed and breakfast only and the food was decent with a good range of options. The rooms are somewhat dated with basic furnishing. The beds are typical European standard of two singles next to each other to form a double. It would have been better if these were physically connected as they kept moving apart. The room would also benefit from a fridge. The WiFi worked generally well throughout the hotel though wasn’t functional in our room in block E. We did raise this but it didn’t get fixed although we didn’t chase as could use elsewhere. The aircon in the room worked though wasn’t particularly powerful or effective. Overall for the money we paid for our package holiday this hotel is decent although not stand out.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the housekeeping and maintenance staff. The maintenance man fixed an issue with our toilet immediately and was very keen to help. Most staff, with the exception of one man in the restaurant, were smiley and welcoming which makes all the difference. The rooms were clean, light and airy with a daily service. The only issue we had was with a problem getting into one of our rooms (and then the wristband opening another guest's room) but this was solved immediately by Reception staff. The food offered a good variety and the entertainment was good. Always lots of sunloungers available. Good location with the beach only a 10 minute walk away and a good bus service to go further. Would definitely recommend.

Unreal location. Short walk to beach as well as to all the main restaurants and bars. Loved the pool, pool bar, mini games and the activities and stuff you could do in the hotel such as water polo and bingo.

Room was unbearably warm. Felt like a sauna. In almost 30 degree heat with a UV of 10 the room felt warmer than outside. The air con was awful, wasn’t working originally so we had to complain 5 different times to reception who gave us a spare room for one night and eventually sent a maintenance guy to repair it. The spare room air con wasn’t much better either it was still so warm. After the maintenance guy came our original rooms air con went from being diabolically awful to being just straight up bad so even though it got a tiny bit better it was still terrible. Made it impossible to relax or sleep in. We had to keep the full balcony door open at night to be able even to properly breathe in it so we could sleep. The heat got so bad that we eventually had to check out 2 nights early and moved to a different hotel. On checkout they didn’t even ask which room number we had or anything else like that.

I returned here for 8 nights (June 23- July1 2026) after a 2 year gap and I enjoyed it just as much, if not more! The room was very nice- though I don't think it would leave much room if the bed settee was folded out... The room was cleaned daily. and someone came to fix my leaky sink. The food was very good with a large variety of dishes. I did aquagym and waterpolo- nice to see Colleen again & also Petanque, Boules and rifle shooting. The entertainments were ok and the same as two years ago. There were plenty of sunbeds (perhaps too many) so there was little need to reserve with a towel. I had a great time and met some great people making it sad to leave. I definitely recommend this hotel

Si buscas descansar muy cómodo en una cama cómoda y unas almohadas buenas este no es tu hotel, sigue buscando , horrible la experiencia no descansamos bien ni una sola noche. Incluso llamamos a recepción a ver si nos podía dar otras almohadas y no había otras disponibles. Realmente una pena porque el personal es muy atento , la ubicación es buena . Pero irte a un hotel y que la cama se hunda por todos lados, hacen un ruido increíble al moverte y luego las almohadas terribles de verdad que una pena que esto sea así porque no descansamos ni uno solo de los 4 días de estancia.

Overall, I’d say this hotel is pretty average. There are some good things about it, but there are also quite a few issues that need sorting out. The rooms were okay, but the air conditioning was either freezing cold or really loud, even on the warmest setting. Housekeeping could definitely be better too. The floors often still felt dirty and sometimes even sticky when we got back to the room. Our bed sheets also weren’t changed for five days, which wasn’t great. The fridge in our room smelled absolutely awful for the whole stay. Normally we would have mentioned something like that, but after seeing how some guests were spoken to by reception staff, we didn’t really feel comfortable bringing it up. The room key being built into the wristband is a good idea in theory, but it hasn’t been thought through very well. The scanner for the door is so close to the wall that you practically have to perform acrobatics to get your wrist in the right position. Some of our older family members ended up using the key card from the electricity slot instead because it was easier than trying to scan the wristband every time. There are plenty of sunbeds around the pool, but a lot of them stay in the shade until later in the day, so if you want one in the sun you’ll need to get there early. The pool itself was absolutely freezing and didn’t always seem very clean. At one point I found a wet wipe floating in it. The lifeguard didn’t seem very interested in what was going on either. Most of the time he was sat on his phone and only seemed involved during the aqua gym sessions. It didn’t affect me personally, but for parents with young children or people who can’t swim, it might not be very reassuring. The gym was decent enough for a hotel gym. The equipment was okay, although some of the weight plates on the machines were damaged. It’s not the end of the world, but it’s worth mentioning. The food was probably the biggest disappointment. If you have dietary requirements, be prepared for a struggle. There was very little information about what was in the food and staff didn’t seem to know much either. The gluten free pasta was one of the worst meals I had during the stay. It was mushy, overcooked and completely cold. The pizza was actually quite nice though. There’s also an electronic board at the restaurant entrance showing what’s being served. It’s a good idea, but it was often wrong so it wasn’t much help. The entertainment was okay and there was usually something going on, but it could get very loud and busy, and finding somewhere to sit wasn’t always easy. One thing I do want to praise is the restaurant staff. They were always friendly, welcoming and worked hard. Unfortunately, the same can’t be said for reception. A family member was trying to book a courtesy room and was spoken to quite rudely by a member of staff who wasn’t even part of the conversation. Being told, “It’s a courtesy to book this room,” in that tone was completely unnecessary and left a bad impression. Accessibility is another area where the hotel falls short. The lifts in Block C were constantly having problems. One was regularly out of service and even when they were working, they could take ages to arrive. If you’re staying on one of the higher floors and struggle with stairs, you could easily be waiting five minutes or more for a lift. There is also no chair lift for the pool. There is a ramp with a handrail, which is better than nothing, but overall I wouldn’t say this hotel is particularly well suited to guests with mobility issues. The same goes for anyone with dietary restrictions. In the end, this hotel isn’t awful, but it isn’t somewhere I’d rush back to either. There are some decent facilities and some lovely staff, especially in the restaurant, but the food, housekeeping, accessibility and attitude of certain staff members need a lot of improvement.

Íbamos con todo incluido y las bebidas alcohólicas eran de baja calidad después nos enteramos que por 20€ más podíamos ser premium con las bebidas pero al ser fin de semana ya no nos merecía la pena ya que era el último día…

La habitación no era lo que esperaba los techos del baño por la humedad con grietas. suelo WC rajado daba mala sensación .La puerta de la entrada a la habitación estaba la pintura quitada se veía otra pintura roja debajo y estab pegajosa.Camas pequeñas y colchón hundido. Moho en esquina de la ducha

I’ve just returned from my first stay at Servatur Waikiki in Gran Canaria, travelling solo, and I had a fantastic holiday. The staff were amazing from start to finish – always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help. As a solo traveller, I felt comfortable and well looked after throughout my stay. The resort itself was brilliant, with great facilities, a lovely atmosphere, and plenty to enjoy. I stayed on the all-inclusive package and was very impressed with the food and drink options. There was a good variety available each day, and everything was well organised. The only small issue was that the door handle in my room was quite wobbly and could do with some maintenance. However, this was a very minor problem and didn’t impact my stay at all. Overall, I had a wonderful first experience at Servatur Waikiki and would definitely consider returning in the future. Highly recommended!

I don’t usually write reviews, however after reading some reviews before going away I was a bit a nervous. I can say please ignore the negative reviews. We had the most amazing 10 days, the food is brilliant, plenty to choose from. We were all inclusive and the drinks were plentiful. The honey rum is amazing! The animation team are great. The hotel is very clean, yes certain parts are outdated, however you can not fault the cleanliness. For the price we paid and even if we had to pay a bit more I would not be complaining. Bedrooms are a decent size, cleaned daily. People have made comments about the noise levels, we found that depended on who was staying, and I do not feel this can be blamed on the hotel.l but the respect of people staying there. All in all we had the most amazing 10 days and will certainly look at returning in the future

We’re currently on day 5 of our week-long holiday, and honestly, I cannot fault this hotel. I’m quite fussy when it comes to accommodation, so the fact that I haven’t had a single complaint says a lot. The location is perfect, the hotel is spotless, and all of the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. There’s also plenty of choice when it comes to food and drinks. Our room has been kept immaculately clean, and our housekeeper, Celeste, has been absolutely fantastic. She is such a lovely lady, and before finishing work for her two days off, she gave my daughter and me a big hug. It was such a kind and heartfelt gesture that made our stay even more special. Our room is 846 I would highly recommend this hotel and am thoroughly enjoying every moment of our holiday.
