Free breakfast and great location. Swimming pool. Staffs are nice. My son left his phone on a taxi, and the staff helped to connect to the taxi driver and could find the phone back

Great location in old town Hoi An, easy to walk around to shops, cafes, restaurants etc. Good pool with a shallow end that's good for kids. The included breakfast was basic but nice. The airport transfer they arranged for us was cheaper than using Grab and had great service. Fast and affordable laundry service. The room was clean and comfortable.

Our room was a little different to what we had expected, though it was hard to know the layout etc from the few photos of the room type. The room had two large beds and a small couch in the living area. There was a third bed on a loft up some very steep steps. The description said there was a balcony with garden views, however there was no balcony. We had a window with street views and a window from the loft bed looked out to the pool but was obscured by a pile of stuff outside. We were happy with the room so didn't bring it up but looking back at the description it doesn't quite match up.

Está bien ubicado, muy cerca del centro. Las habitaciones están bien. La ducha antigua y un poco sucia. El personal muy amable y atento. Hay servicio de lavandería y lo dejaron impecable.

Estuvimos 3 noches. No nos limpiaron las habitaciones ningún día, no hubo ni cambio de toallas, estuvimos con las mismas toallas desde que llegamos. Además de eso, no nos dejaron ni papel del baño, tuvimos que comprar nosotras y utilizar del nuestro.No ofrecían toallas para la piscina. Nos hicieron pagar una tasa porque las mantas de la habitación se mancharon de regla y dijeron que esas mantas se tenían que llevar a limpiar a otro lado. Bastante precario el servicio de limpieza.

我们付了隔壁四星的价格，住了这家酒店。床单被套都是污点。卫生纸也是被水淋湿，这和2星的服务没有关系。不建议入住。

Die Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals, insbesondere der Rezeption. Die kurzen Wege in die Altstadt, welche problemlos zu Fuß zu bewältigen waren.

Das Frühstück war sehr spartanisch und rechtfertigt den Preisaufschlag nicht.

Giá phòng hợp lý, phòng đầy đủ tiện nghi và có phục vụ bữa sáng. Địa điểm khách sạn gần với khu phố cổ, có thể đi bộ rất gần.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the location was excellent.

The cleanliness of the room was poor, there was hair all over the bathroom floor, and pubic hair on the bathroom walls on available, the toilet paper was wet. No room turn down, so had to ask for towels. Bed linen didn’t fit the bed so sheets just ended up in a pile, and there was no mattress protector.

La piscine sur le toit était très bien. Superbe chambre familiale à deux étages avec deux lits simples. L’emplacement était vraiment bien, prêt de tout mais légèrement en retrait pour ne pas être dérangé.

L’excursion proposée au coconut village était assez dispendieuse et nous avons due payer 400 vnd pour faire le fameux tour… ce qui n’avait pas été mentionné. Nous avons fait les autres activités par nous même, ce qui est revenu beaucoup moins cher.

Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Tivemos um problema com o transporte e chegamos bastante depois da hora indicada do check in e o hotel teve sempre em contacto connosco e deixou-nos entrar após o horário Quarto bastante confortável.

Kitchen area dirty on table. Spoons and plates are not much cleaned. The pool depth change was hard to see underwater and caused a minor leg injury. Better markings would improve safety.

One of the nicest places we have stayed in Vietnam. Very clean rooms, the reception staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. There was options to have our laundry done which we did and the service was very good. The pool area was nice. Location was really good. Just a few minutes walk away from the main area in the old town. Would reccomend this place for anyone thinking of staying.

The hotel is in such a handy location. It’s tucked away from the main area, but in easy walking distance of everything. It’s only a 10minute walk to the river. Really nice street with spas & grocery shops at hand. It’s only 10mins by grab to the beach, or a nice 20min bike ride through the rice fields. The staff were very friendly & always ready to help. The rooftop pool was very welcome, as the weather was incredibly hot. Great value for money & a nice place to stay.

No lift & we were on the top floor, but the staff kindly helped us with our cases. Not a lot of space to put anything. We put our suitcases outside on the balcony! Breakfast was very basic (although really good homemade bread!). We bought some things of our own & were able to eat it at the hotel. The bed was quite hard, but not as bad as our first hotel. There was quite a lot of dust in the headboard. The bathroom was very dark. All of these things are small, nothing was an issue to be honest; just things we noticed.

Das Personal war super zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Bei Ankunft haben sie uns Tipps gegeben, wo es gutes und einheimisches Essen gibt, welcher Schneider billig und gut ist uvm. Das Zimmer war sauber. Die Lage ist super zentral.

Frühstück war gut, hatten nur wenig Auswahl.

Great location close to old town and excellent value for money with breakfast included. Hotel is located in a Beautiful small lantern street with minimart, laundry, massage and food options within 100 metres.

Pannenkoeken bij het ontbijt mochten iets langer in de pan voordat ze werden uitgedeelt. Waren nog niet helemaal gaar in het midden

Khách sạn gần phố cổ nên đi lại tiện. Nệm của giường khá êm.

Mình chọn phòng 2 giường ko cửa sổ, có kèm ăn sáng. Phòng không có cửa sổ nên khá bí, mỗi lần mở cửa đi vào là có mùi ẩm thấp. Các đồ nội thất đều đã cũ kĩ, ọp ẹp. Nhà vệ sinh và tắm ở mức chấp nhận được, có chia ngăn nên cũng đỡ ẩm ướt. Mình có đặt kèm đồ ăn sáng nhưng đồ ăn rất hạn chế, kiểu có ăn cho qua bữa ấy, thật sự rất khó nuốt. Nhân viên có giới thiệu về dịch vụ taxi của khách sạn nếu muốn đi ra Đà Nẵng, giá 300k, mình nhìn sang dịch vụ chở khách-taxi ở ngay nhà đối diện giá 250k. Ko biết nên nói gì về điều này. 🥴 Nước ở trong tủ lạnh thì đông đá, ko biết đã để đó từ bao giờ 🥱 Mình có thuê xe máy qua nhân viên ở quầy lễ tân, được đem cho quả xe máy và 2 chiếc mũ bảo hiểm ko thể tã hơn, xe đi cảm giác như các bộ phận của xe có thể rụng ra bất cứ khi nào. Thật sự rất thất vọng. Nhìn chung ấn tượng ko tốt chút nào và mình sẽ ko bao giờ quay lại đây hoặc gợi ý cho ai ở đây hết. Mình ko có chụp nhiều ảnh về phòng ốc vì quá ngán ngẩm, nhìn qua thì có vẻ ok, nhưng bạn phải ở trong 1 cái phòng ko có cửa sổ bạn mới có thể cảm nhận được cái mùi của nó sẽ ntn…

Wasn’t the cleanest .

De locatie van het hotel is erg goed, op 5 minuten loopafstand van het centrum. De kamers zijn groot en het personeel is behulpzaam. Het ontbijt is oké, niets bijzonders.

De badkamer kan naar mijn mening wel vernieuwd

The reception staff did a lot to ensure we made the most of our stay in Hoi An. They were very good at explaining our options to travel onto Hue. They booked a car for us at a very reasonable rate despite the current petrol crisis. Thank you Them and Tham. Our room was great value. Had a balcony, enormous bed, hot shower, fridge and plenty of space. Everything we needed.

It was located at a perfect spot close to everything. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was simple but good.

We were given some towels that had stains on them and seemed dirty. Also there was a smell of mould in the air inside the rooms but after opening the windows it was okay. The shower was old and generally many things need some maintenance but otherwise it was a comfortable hotel and clean.

We chose this property based on its location which was incredible! Staff were super friendly and full of information.

Bed sheets were tired and full of dirty stains, room was not clean and electrics within the room were also tired!

The location was close to everything and the concierge staff were very helpful and friendly. They arranged cars for us to get around at reasonable prices and were very happy to answer questions. Good free WiFi in the rooms!

They got one of our room reservations wrong, asked for 2 single beds and got 1 double. They didn't offer to fix it either. The rooms had no windows which we knew, but they had mildew and smelled like old damp which upset my asthma badly, so if you're sensitive be wary. The bathrooms didn't drain well and weren't really that clean with mold and mildew as well. Zero phone service in the rooms, you have to use the WiFi. Only stairs everywhere.

Es war die dreckigste Unterkunft der gesamten Reise! Erstes Zimmer: Haare auf dem Boden, Ablagefläche klebrig und dreckig, fleckige Bettwäsche, Schimmelgestank, abgerissener Klodeckel. Auf Beschwerde zweites Zimmer, etwas weniger Schimmelgeruch, Restzustand eigentlich identisch, Klodeckel diesmal nicht abgerissen, dafür beim ersten Händewaschen Teile des Wasserhahns in der Hand! Erneutes Putzen des Zimmers auf Nachdruck. Manager war anwesend, hat sich aber nicht blicken lassen. Blick in die Frühstückstküche: Eiern lagern auf dem Klo….

Le personnel était top ! Ils nous ont conseillé pleins de bons plans et nous ont même réservé les billets pour le memory show et pour l'excursion sur les îles Cham 😁 De plus l'emplacement était idéal à 5min à pieds du centre ville. La chambre était spacieuse et les deux lits simples confortables. La piscine était agréable.

La chambre était un peu humide. La salle de bain mérite un coup de rénovation. La cuvette des toilettes était cassée et ce n'était pas pratique. Malgré la réparation de l'hôtel, elle ne tenait toujours pas...

Værelset bestod af en kæmpe seng (med plads til 5-6 personer) der var 2 spisestuestole (træ) og et mega lille bord. Men så kunne vi heller ikke derud, og udsigten fra balkonen ned over et beskidt/defekt bliktag. Der var ikke elevator, og poolen var på 4 etage.

Bữa sáng nhẹ nhàng, tôi đặc biệt thích nước thảo mộc ( gồm gừng và xả ). Phòng theo phong cách cổ kính, thực sự rất lạ. Bể bơi của khách sạn sạch sẽ và con trai tôi đã bơi ở đó thoải mái ( điểm này hơn hẳn các khách sạn khác ).

Nhược điểm của khách sạn là không có dọn dẹp phòng hàng ngày.
