The noise from both nights with shouting, arguing, banging doors. This was on both nights and inside and outside the hotel.

Decent size rooms

Stopped over very quickly for the night, so not much to report, but it was clean and quiet. Exactly what we needed and decent value.

The room was of a poor standard, dirty walls, skirting boards, stained curtains and carpet. The bathroom floor was stained with urine around the toilet and the shower cubicle had mold around it. The towels were dirty so I had to call reception and ask for clean ones. The bed was coming apart so dipped in the middle. I have never experienced anything as bad as this room in all the years I have been travelling. Paid £62 so it wasn't the cheapest we've stayed in.

We stayed at this hotel for only one night, and unfortunately we had a very unpleasant experience. We found insects crawling on the blankets, which raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene of the room. After our stay, I developed a severe itchy rash and spots all over my body. I am now concerned that this may be related to the condition of the bedding or room. I am seeking medical advice to determine the cause. This experience has been extremely distressing, and I believe the hotel needs to take this matter seriously and investigate the cleanliness of the room and bedding. I would also expect the hotel to respond appropriately to this complaint.

Home time

Pills found on the floor, fag burns in the carpet pubic hair in the sink and it felt more like a youth hostel. Also they should make sure there staff can speak fluent English and not bad broken English. Really need some work.

The room was filthy from the carpet to the bed sheets to the bathroom all of it was disgusting and mucky, asked for a refund as I was going elsewhere because if the poor experience to be completely ignored

Great price and comfortable

Someone came into our room three times during our stay as they thought it was there room. Three different people so I think our room wasn't marked as occupied. No harm done 👍🏼

Bed sheets had a few stains, carpet was in a very poor state; one part looked as though someone had been sick the night before and although they attempted to clean residue remained.

The room was immaculate and well equipped. Amazing value for the money paid.

I had to wait about 15 minutes on arrival (around 9pm) for the rom to be made ready - but it was immaculate when I walked into it.

The hotel needs total gutting. The carpets were badly stained all through the hallways. The room carpet was very badly stained, the furniture was in poor condition and the bed bases were dirty, no pillow or mattress protectors and the bathroom had mould. Although the hotel is non smoking, you could see people had been smoking out the window as there was a pile of ends dropped below. In the end I gave my key back and told reception why I couldn't stay. They seemed understanding and said they would pass my complaint on. I have since contacted the hotel and booking.com and awaiting their response.

The room was very well arranged, clean and quite big for a single or even two people. There were good amenities, such as kettle, tea bag, etc. The bathroom was also very clean, well arranged and had clean towels.

One thing that the hotel needs to revisit is how their address on the website. My cab driver needed to get on a call with the receptionist to get us to the right address. Second, this is not to do with the Hotel but it is a bit isolated. The bus stop is a bit of a walk and the buses are quite irregular. It is easy to book a cab though. Lastly, you can sometimes hear people closing doors at night a bit hard which can sometimes disturb your sleep.

Workers were cooking their dinner when we arrived and the smell stunk out the reception. The bed was awful, the room was awful, was not clean. People walking around all night so couldn’t sleep. Would never stay here again.

Dirty, old, noisy, tacky, rough. Agree with another comment that it is a 'knocking shop'. Very hot in summer and opened the windows to the strong smell of cannabis. DO NOT stay here.

No drinking water was available

Under different ownership from last stay, got the impression its now mainly getting used as temporary accomodation. Loud noises, people yelling at each other. Locks on door were key rather than the original key cards. Somehow i ended up with a Wet Room rather than just a shower. Place has not aged well.

The location is near to family

Somebody was moving around in the early hours, and making a noise.

Location..hotel is not sign posted and hidden away..room was a disabled Room with a vile smelling toilet.and the extraction fan to this huge toilet and wall shower and disabled chair..vented out onto the bed we slept in.. constantly couldn't breathe.. the floor was splattered everywhere with brown stains and sick stains by bed.. within one night of staying on a two day stay.we left and I had to take antibiotics for breathing and coughing from the stay

The hotel was very close to the Sheffield Arena. The hotel was very quiet and the room was very comfortable.
