J’ai beaucoup aimé le fait que le bus soit juste en bas de l’hôtel et donc plus facile pour moi de me déplacer. Le personnel était très sympa avec moi.

The staff were absolutely lovely, really helpful and accommodating. The location was excellent in terms of the event I was attending at the Excel. (I was closer to the quieter entrance, allowing me to get in faster). The area was lovely and quiet as well, allowing this country girl to sleep easy. The shower pressure was so much more powerful than most hotels I’ve been in, which was perfect after a long day.

The shower was a wee bit small, but I am also a robust 6’ 2, so it’s probably fine for regular sized folks. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable either.

The hotel is just off the highway and within 10min from the Elizabeth line that takes you direct to the centre. The free car park is very handy. Our room had all the basics covered and the shower worked well. And the staff were all fantastic and very friendly. Besides, the hotel has free fruit for its customers. We'll come back when returning to London in the future.

I went in August so the room was VERY warm. They provided a small fan but it was not enough to cool the room at this time.

I had an amazing stay here! The room was clean, comfortable and spacious and had everything I needed. The staff were so kind and helpful, and as a female solo traveller I felt incredibly safe. The closest tube station was only a 5 min walk away, which was very useful!! Bed was also incredibly comfortable, and I really appreciated the complimentary upgrade :)

La habitación era muy pequeña, tenía una minúscula ventana que daba a un patio interior muy pequeño. El baño tenía un sonido de extracción bastante ruidoso y las paredes eran de papel. Básicamente escuchábamos a un niño llorar en la habitación de al lado como si estuviera en la nuestra. Entiendo que venimos de España y los alojamientos tienen otra calidad por ese tipo de precios. 120 euros la noche por una habitación de ese tipo en las afueras de Londres me parece algo desproporcionado...

Bon emplacement à moins de 10 minutes à pieds du métro. Le personnel était très aimable souriant et serviable. On est arrivé très tôt on nous a donné des bouteilles d'eau à l'arrivée et ils ont eu l'amabilité de nous laisser l'accès à la chambre plus tôt que prévu. La chambre et le linge de lit étaient très propre et la literie très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est très bien et il y a des fruits à volonté à l'accueil. Tous mes remerciements au personnel pour l'accueil, nous recommandons cet hôtel et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Personnel très accueillant et très disponible pour toute demande. Accueil 24h sur 24h ! La literie est très bonne, la climatisation dans l'annexe était bienvenue avec cette canicules. Petit déjeuner anglais. Emplacement parfait pour l'Excel London et bien moins cher que les hôtels aux alentours.

Les douches : il n'y a pas de douchettes, c'est pas très pratique pour les brushing... Les chambres sont petites, mais pratiques et l'hôtel ne peut pas pousser les murs !

The hotel is very well presented and very close to the O2, and canary wharf. I was meant to be in a single bed in an annex building and ended up in a double bedroom in the main building. Staff was very nice, helpful and smiley.

The room was great but there were some cleanliness issues, there were hair in the bed and the pillows were stained.

Great location and kind staff

The staff was kind and the reception was open 24 hours. The location is within walking distance of the DLR line and bus stops, and from there it's ~45 minutes to the city centre.

The room is really tiny, there's barely space for one suitcase and backpack. It was also really hot with a small window. Granted it was a hot day with 34 °C max, but even at night the outside air was fresh and the room was still hot... though they did have a fan to make it bearable.

Excellent location for Excel and Prince Regent DLR. Good parking on site. Staff excellent very helpful. Carried bags from car and gave good information. Upgraded us from a double to a family room as it was me and my son. Also helped us get back into the room when we were locked out at 11pm after returning from London (the battery on the door lock had run out!)

A little noisy at the front but not much of an issue really. Car park a little difficult to find as behind gates but as soon as I went to reception to ask where it was they came out and opened it for us.

La habitación está limpia y es espaciosa. Me dieron una habitación doble porque iba sola, además de ser muy amables. Es en una urbanización familiar, pero puedes coger un tren a una calle de distancia y te deja en el centro en 20 minutos. Al lado del hotel hay restaurantes y supermercados.

We had airconditioning and the room was cleaned every day.

It was super far away from the city center, the bathroom had white stains and a weird smell was coming from the drains. Outside is not the best neighborhood, so we didn’t feel safe walking around at night, even just coming home from the metro.

The location was very close to ExCel london where we attended a conference. It was about 10mins or less walk. The neighbourhood had a lot of local stores and shops to get groceries and fast food. The hotel served breakfast which was good.

Although the hotel room where we stayed did not have an air-conditioning; a fan was in the room which helped us cope with the weather

Good location

Excellent value for money. The staff was nice and welcoming. 24/7 complimentary fresh fruits at the reception. A cold bottle of water given upon arrival. Comfy and clean room. Ok English breakfast. Gated carpark and, they even told me if I wanted to leave my car for the rest of the day after checkout, it was possible. All of that for £85, London area, really can't complain.

最初に5泊、その後数日ロンドンを離れ、戻ってきてから2泊しました。その間、大きい荷物を預かっていただき、大変助かりました。 6月後半はすでに気温が30℃前後あり、エアコンなしだとかなり暑くなりそうだったので、着いてから急遽、エアコンのある部屋に変えていただき、おかげで快適に過ごすことができました。 また、スタッフの皆さんはとても優しく、重い荷物を持っていたら、階段で運ぶのを手伝ってくださったり、何かと声をかけてくださり、ありがたかったです。 またぜひロンドンに行く際は、泊まりたいです！

1000% - would recommend to anyone planning to visit any part of London (business or tourism)! Location, location, location - Newham was an amazing spot. Affordable, accommodating, generous from the moment I arrived till I left. Excellent, excellent, excellent. 22 minutes from Tower Hill Tube, 50 minutes away from Heathrow.

Everything was superb. Nothing to add. Go for the air conditioning option in the summer.

We had a very pleasant stay. The location was convenient, with good access to transport and local amenities. The parking facilities were excellent and made our trip much easier. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The property also offered great value for money. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

The overall experience was excellent. The only area for improvement would be the breakfast menu, which could offer a wider variety of options to cater to different preferences.

Room was very clean but located in an "annex" building down the street. About 10mins walk from train station.

Kvarteret var ikke rart at gå i om aftenen. Værelset mørkt med bizar vandordning til brusekabinen. Morgenmads området var ikke indbydende

Best thing is 7 min walk to excel center to attend EULAR conference. Family room is big for London. Ptoviding free car park in a big compound is mervelous. Breakfast did not include beacon, but fine. Fish and chip infront is famous. There is a good breakfast restaurant in 8 min walk, freemason.

The staff is very nice, accomodating and helpful. The place is clean enough, the access is easy, it's close to ExCel (a 10-minute walk).

The rooms are a bit small and the neighborhood feels a little bit industrial.

Not recommended at all in hot weather! This hotel is in a great location for the Excel as its only about 10 minutes walk away. On arrival we were greated pleasantly and the staff member was very friendly and helpful. He asked if either of us smoked which we don't but he offered a room with a balcony which I took anyway. The room itself was very small, with very little space to open my case! The bathroom was also quite small and the toilet seat slid around. There was a faint smell of sewage and damp too. I also found 3 black hairs on my pillowcase! I'm not too fussy so I thought to myself that it's only 3 nights and believed I could cope. I had to sleep on top of the covers that night as the weather was very warm despite having the window open. There was no air con or even a ceiling fan. The next morning I took a shower and when I went to dry my hair I could not get the hairdryer to work, no matter how I tried. I asked my colleague if I could borrow his from his room but by this time I was already late for work at the Excel. On retuning to the hotel that afternoon (33 degrees outside) I asked about aircon and was told they had put fans in all the rooms (not in my colleague's room!) I sat for well over an hour in front of the fan just in my underwear trying to get cool. I also tried splashing myself with cold water but the room was like a sauna. After a terrible panic attack and much debating I left the hotel a night early. I told the staff member that it was simply too hot in there even with the balcony room. I booked myself into another hotel which ironically only cost £3 more for the night. It had a fridge, aircon and much more space! I had to pay out of my own pocket for this but I couldn't have stayed in the prince regent a moment longer. I can see the usual priceband for The Prince regent hotel and the budget suits the location and the hotel. However the price was hiked up to a disgraceful amount due to Comiccon (leading me to believe it was of much better quality) and was certainly not worth the cost, no where near! I hate to write bad reviews but I don't want anyone to make a decision without reading this.

La TV inclut Prime, netflix, Disney+, c’est vraiment un +. Équipements très récents, un vrai plaisir d’y séjourner. Staff hyper professionnel.

L’emplacement … honnêtement les 10 minutes de marche jusqu’à l’Elizabeth Line font un peu peur.

El hotel muy limpio, habitaciones espaciosas, hacen aseo todos los días, personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar a sus pasajeros. Cuentan con agua y fruta disponible durante todo el día. La ubicación queda bastante lejos (40 - 50 minutos de sitios turísticos) pero se compenza por el precio y la buena atención.

El punto negativo fue solo la ubicación, pero teniendo en cuenta que lo escogimos a pesar de la distancia, es un factor que ya se sabía.
