Eche en falta ciertos alimentos en comedor, sopesar de ser bastante variado.

M gustó todo. La comida excelente. Cenamos en el italiano y m encantó.

Que no se vigila el tema d las hamacas. La gente deja las toallas y ahí se quedan. En la zona adulto mismo tb y m parece d mal gusto.

Las instalaciones, estaban perfectamente cuidadas, y la animación, era muy divertida.

Controlaban muy bien las contaminaciones cruzadas y alérgenos. Sin embargo, en el desayuno apenas tenían opciones sin gluten, y para comer algo sencillo como unas tortitas tenías que avisar 24h antes para que lo prepararan.

El suelo de la ducha resbalaba y olía un poco a tuberías.

Nothing. Everything was great. The only thing that wasn’t the greatest was the food but it wasn’t too bad either. Lots of options but pretty standard all inclusive food.

There is so much to do in this complex! Ebertainment staff work really hard ! Day and evenings with great shows and dances they preform. So many different places to eat and drink.

There was not I thing I did not like .

Stor tillgång till mat, aktiviteter, solsängar. Mat finns dygnet runt. Extra restaurang kan bokas flera gånger. Mycket rent.

Maten är smaklös och enkel, vilket är typiskt spanskt. Fanns inte då mycket glutenfritt. Personalen arbetar effektivt/under stress, sällsynt med leenden.

Just a bit disappointed on all aspects for what I paid. I actually stayed for 1 night as a trial for next year.

There were a few areas that could be improved. The welcome on arrival felt somewhat impersonal and lacked the warmth we had hoped for. The buffet dining area had more of a school dining hall atmosphere than a relaxed holiday setting.Witnessed a lady dipping finger in gravy for taste. We also found that sun loungers were in short supply at busy times, and the rooms would benefit from some updating. The snacks available around the pool were quite limited and disappointing. Finally, as sports fans, we were disappointed that the sound was not switched on in the sports bar during live events, which detracted from the viewing experience. With some attention to these points, the hotel could provide a much more enjoyable guest experience.

DAT ER 's MORGENS al vanaf 6 uur !!! door mensen hun HANDDOEKEN OP DE BEDDEN WORDEN GELEGD EN JULLIE DIE ER NIET AFHALEN ALS MEN ER NIET OP GAAT LIGGEN. VELE BEDDEN ZIJN ZO URENLANG GERESERVEERD............MAAR DE PERSONEN KOMEN PAS IN DE MIDDAG!!! Waarom niet tot 10 uur VERPLICHT op de bedden liggen en als je er niet bent, of 10 minuten weg bent, ALLE ONBEZETTE BEDDEN DIE GERESERVEERD ZIJN DE HANDDOEKEN WEGHALEN. Zo kunnen elke dag mensen zelf kiezen of ze vroeg aan de hun begeerde bedjes, vooral aan de zwembaden, willen liggen en dus ook GAAN LIGGEN. Vanaf 10 uur is handdoekjes leggen dan wel vrij en is dat ONSYMPATIEKE HANDDOEKLEGGEN voorbij. En iedereen die later komt sluit daarachter maar aan. ZO SIMPEL OP TE LOSSEN!!

•. The resort is very big with a good number of pools, and one of the pools faces the ocean, which is very nice • There is an ample number of sunbeds. However, it might get a bit crowded during the summer, so you need to find your place • It is an all-inclusive resort, which means there was food all throughout the day, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks • There is also a restaurant which serves unlimited drinks throughout the night along with snacks, so they make sure you are not left hungry • The staff is amazing and very nice. They work 24/7 to make sure you have everything you need • It also has evening entertainment and activities throughout the day • There is a gym, a spa, a sauna, and also massage • The minibar is also included in the resort, and it is filled alternate days. They also make sure you have everything, and sometimes if you ask for something extra, they give it to you • There is daily room service, and towels are also provided for the beach • It is a fantastic experience — everything is really, really nice

What I didn’t like: • There are no bath robes provided. You only have the pool towels. • The shower in the room was very, very slow, and the water pressure was not very good, so it was sometimes difficult to take a shower

Me encantó todo, desde que llegamos nos trataron súper bien y fueron muy atentos con nosotros. Recepcionista, camareras de piso, camareros, cocineros todos excelente, destacar a Solmary la camarera que nos atendió en el italiano fue increíble, siempre con una sonrisa, súper atenta, trasmitía paz y alegría y también destacar a Silvia de cocina que la conocimos en el buffet, también siempre con una sonrisa, muy amable y muy atenta a todas nuestras preguntas. Primera vez que voy a un Riu pero no la última

Ubicación. Limpieza y mantenimiento. Y sobre todo la atención del personal. La comida muy bien en todos los restaurantes.

La entrada hasta las 15h es un poco tarde. A pesar de que te dan todas la facilidades para comer y dejar el equipaje

La comida es abundante y de buena calidad. El personal muy amable y servicial. Leí comentarios que clasificaban al hotel como "muy familiar", masificado, en los que se intuía que el ambiente no era adecuado para descansar. Pero nuestra experiencia fue todo lo contrario, descansamos muy bien, es muy grande y hay zonas muy tranquilas sin ruido para descansar. La animación y actividades son discretas y no interrumpen el descanso.

Escogimos este hotel por los restaurantes a la carta y nos llevamos la sorpresa de que no estaban abiertos ni lunes ni martes, (nuestra estancia fue de domingo a miércoles) . Creo que esta información debería estar disponible antes de la reserva para poder planificar mejor los días de estancia

Location for us was perfect - on the coast and promenade with sea view but no direct beach access (did not need this). Hotel was big but efficiently run. Room had safe, mini bar and kettle. Bathroom had shampoo and shower gel. Pools were great and there was a choice from main ones, sport one, kids one and adult only. Buffet food was very good (not quite up to Mexico Cancun AI standards) - choice of extra restaurants (Italian, Asian and Steakhouse were sampled in our 5 day stay) was particularly nice

Couloir trop bruyant/chambre mà isolée su couloir. Les chariots des ménagères font énormément de bruit en roulant, portes claquées et personnel qui parle foet dans le couloir. Impossible de faire une grace matinée. Odeur d’égout lorsque je prenais ma douche. Je n'ai reçu aucune explication de la réception à mon check-in concernant le fonctionnement de l’hôtel, les facilités, etc... Transats toujours occupés par des serviettes sans personne et aucun staff pour faire la loi, dôc si on fait une grasse matinée on ne peut pas avoir une bonne place (piscine à débordement). Pas d'options de réserver des excursions depuis l’hôtel.

La atencion de recepcion. Muy basica, poca info y lo peor no leen y aplican las peticiones. Habia reservado cama de matrimonio y me dieron una habitacion en mala zona y con 2 camas. Pedi el cambio y me dieron una algo mejor con cama de matrimonio.

Le cadre agréable d'une propreté incroyable, le personnel tout simplement exceptionnel. La nourriture est tout à fait correct pour un tout inclus. Les services sont vraiment a la hauteur des attentes. La sécurité est également très présente

Está todo bastante limpio y las instalaciones bastante cuidadas. La comida no estaba mal. El trato del personal, muy amables. La fiesta del viernes muy chula.

El agua de las piscinas muuuy fría!! No pude bañarme en 7 días. En la piscina de adultos la gente pone las toallas y hay quien no va hasta el mediodía. A las 7 de la mañana ya no quedaba una hamaca. El personal debería estar atento a eso y liberar los espacios que no se ocupan en horas. Todo demasiado orientado a europeos, entiendo que es su público pero si vienen a España podrían adaptarse. En los bufets se comenzaba a recoger la comida antes de la hora de cierre, que como es horario para europeos…, para nosotros era muy pronto y tenías que cenar a toda prisa.

La grande amabilté du personnel en général, à l‘exception de la reception, la propreté imécable tant de la chambre que des jardins et autres parties communes.

J‘avais choisi cet hotel en raison de commentaires positifs mais surtout afin de m‘éloigner des nuisances sonores du Carnaval de Playa del Inglés et de sa parade finale, qui avait été décalée d‘une semaine en raison de fortes intempéries sur l‘ile ce que je n‘avais donc pu anticiper. Une déception TOTALE pour ce qui est supposé etre un lieu de repos et de villégiature de 4 étoiles et à un tel tarif! Arrivée un samedi à 19h, une queue de plus de 30 minutes à la reception pour récupérer la chambre dont j’ai expressément demandé qu’elle soit la plus éloignée possible des éventuelles nuisances sonores des animations de soirée (nuisances bien réelles!) car j’étais accompagné d’une personne autiste particulièrement sensible à ce type de nuisances, raison première de notre présence. Certes j’ai obtenu une chambre dans l’aile gauche de l’hôtel et exposée vers l’extérieur mais directement dans l’axe de la scène d’animation nocturne du Riu Maspalomas voisin! (…et qui fait donc partie de la même chaîne ce qu’à priori aucun réceptionniste ne pouvait ignorer). Si l’hôtel a parait il été entièrement rénové récemment ceci l’a été fait surtout au moindre coût. Cet hotel est une veritable usine (plus de 600 chambres soit 1200 à 1500 clients en pleine capacité), la seule réception qui sert aussi de salon est un veritable hall de gare. Les couloirs interminables sont d’une froideur digne d’un univers carcéral… carreaux de carrelage au sol, murs immaculés blancs . Les chambres standards sont extrêmement basiques, tant dans leur superficie, dans leur décoration insipide, que dans leur l’ameublement. A voir les traces d’usure honnêtement on trouve mieux et probablement plus solide chez Ikea . Pas de double vitrage, une baie vitrée qui ferme au moyen d’un simple crochet, une application lumineuse murale défectueuse en mode clignotant des qu’elle était allumée, une seule couverture 100% synthétique a prendre dans l’armoire pour couvrir le drap unique du lit.

Awful noise every evening due to the shows.

Very well run hotel, very clean, friendly staff and comfortable rooms with plenty of storage and hanging space. We loved the Rui party! Shows were also good. Live music by the adults pool in the afternoon was also really nice. Choice of food was exceptional. Courtesy shower rooms were the best I’ve come across.

Not allowed to play catch with a small ball in either of the 2 main pools, Told to play in the small pool which was impossible as the ball kept getting thrown out disturbing sunbathers due to tiny pool area to play. Booked the hotel as the hotel listed a tennis court but we never found a tennis court. Babies and children in the adults area at times and staff didn’t deal with this, better signage needed for adult areas. Would have liked to dance after the evening show. on the nights where there was a live singer the music was low key and quite a contrast to the party night.

Mukavin hotelli jossa olen käynyt, todellinen All inclusive hotelli ja lomalaisen paratiisi puutarhan ja hyvien uima-altaiden kanssa. Runsaat buffet ruokailut, sopii todella hyvin lapsiperheille mutta myös vanhemmille aikuisille, erinomainen henkilöstön ja asiakkaiden yhteishenki. Upea huone omalla uima-altaalla oli loistava lisä ilman lapsia matkustavalle!

Hotel is right on the seafront with great views and direct access to the front which leads to more bars and shops. The hotel has lots of facilities and great pools. Entertainment and staff in general were very nice and accommodating. Nice cocktails which were quickly produced.

Food was a bit hit or miss, things like a burger were not using the best quality meat but they are trading quantity for quality. The bathroom was clean when we arrived but after we came back to the room after several hours there were flies all over. They didn't come back after the first night so just needed to be taken of initially.

A szobák már nem 4*-osak, inkább 3*! Rájuk férne egy felújítás!

The Hotel Rui Gran Canaria abruptly and without my authorization or consent cancelled four confirmed room reservations for December 2026. The ostensible reason for the cancelation was that when the hotel’s reservation service made the reservations they misspelled my given name — “Randell” instead of the correct “Randall”. It was entirely the hotel’s mistake, not mine. Nevertheless, the hotel said that (1) I would not be permitted to check in if the name on the reservation did not exactly match the name on my passport and (2) the only way to correct their mistake was to cancel the reservations and rebook them. I told them that I did not want to cancel without assurances that those charges would be fully refunded and the rebooking could be on the same terms. Nevertheless, the hotel arbitrarily cancelled my confirmed reservations. When I they contacted them, they told me that rebooking the same reservations would now cost twice as much as the original reservations, and the originally reserved rooms with two double beds were no longer available. Although Rui is a reputable company that I trusted to act reasonably when it discovered its own mistake, they have taken no responsibility and have left me with no hotel reservations in a busy holiday season. The hotel should have reinstated the reservations that it arbitrarily cancelled.

La struttura è molto bella, pulita e dotata di ogni comodità. I pasti abbondanti e con molta scelta. Il personale tutto gentilissimo e pronto ad accogliere ogni richiesta.
