Good value for money hotel, clean and comfortable stay. The rooms are well maintained, and the service is excellent. Special thanks to Sam for being very helpful, friendly.

Convenient and had everything; bathroom, kitchenette with pots, plates and cutlery

I had a good stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well looked after by the housekeeping team. A special mention goes to Sam, who was exceptional. He seemed to be doing almost everything around the hotel—managing the property, handling maintenance, housekeeping, cleaning carpets, and looking after guests. His hard work and dedication were clear throughout my stay.

The only downside was that the reception area had an unpleasant smell, which gave a poor first impression. The hotel itself also feels quite old and would benefit from renovation and modernization. The staff are doing a great job, but the property needs investment to match their efforts. Overall, thanks to Sam’s outstanding service, my stay was a positive one.

Lovely clean well designed room. Bed comfortable. Fan provided as a was iron and small ironing board. Cutlery/ crockery little kitchenette more than adequate for my needs. Slower room and toilet clean with good water pressure. Check out nice and easy. Fob key for front door easy to use. Nice that washing machine /dryer was available. Corridor and stairs area clean and clear of clutter. Neighbours in other rooms were respectful of noise. Good value for money and would strongly recommend.

Room key a little fiddly to use. TV worked ok but very small. No towels- i could have asked for them but brought my own so did not bother to ask. Water in the fridge would have been a nice touch. Basic toiletries in the bathroom would have been nice.. Not ideal fir people with mobility issues or wheelchair user as no lift.

I have stayed at this hotel before and during my previous stay the room was not cleaned properly . I noticed a new member of staff called Sam . The room was well cleaned and comfortable. Thank you Sam ,for the excellent service . I hope the hotel recognises your hard work and keeps up this standard of cleanliness .

Improving the rooms and facilities would make guests stay even better .

Location and how close it was to shops and bus stops. Just loved that.

The bed was just springs it needs to be changed .the corridor need deep cleaning reception turns you off before you see your room. Room was basic. With 12 nights no attempt was made to offer cleaning. On my last day I saw a change, for the first time the corridor was cleared and clean.

The location is easy to commute back and forth from Central London. Which was good.

The pictures arent wholly representative of the actual state of it. The hotel itself is run down. Fire doors are propped open. Window restrictors are not in place property. The toilet brush and a hardened mixture of faeces and toilet paper on it. The walls and the floors are stained. The cover and door handle was loose and nearly came off. For the price I didnt expect it to be spotless. But equally I dont think it was value for money.

The location was convenient

The rooms were in very poor condition. I found someone else's belongings in my room with indicates that it wasn't properly clean

Everything is dirty and not proper, warning bed bugs

Fire trap—exposed wires, plug sockets broken, no gap above microwave and door would open. Was told not to get water on hob top. No tea or coffee, kettle broken, no hangers. WiFi not working. Disgusting stains on the walls and cigarette burns on the carpet. Fridge no Door on freezer compartment. No shower hot water. When I complained I was told that I should have told them earlier. And should haven’t stayed so they won’t refund.

It was a very good and comfortable space.

From the reception It was like fingers crossed but getting inside it worth it.

No breakfast. The staff were MOST helpful ad nothing was too much for them. Comfy bed and super towels. Laundry facilities.

The shower water was exceedingly slow to drain away by as water up to my ankles Limited cutlery. Chair hard with low back Smart tv that I was unable to operate !

It was a good location for the tasks I needed to undertake

The room was shabby with minimal provisions. Though I have to say it was clean and I did actually get a good nights sleep.very basic but good for the money

The location was good. Staff very helpful and allowed us to book in earlier as I had a funeral to attend. Room was comfortable. It was value for money for a one night stay.

Could do with some updating. The wardrobe needs to be secured to the wall,when you go to open both doors it felt like it would topple over

Easy to locate

There was no one at the reception to assist or guide information. Hall way was smelling of cigarettes and the room looks very old

The facilities were abominable and I am shocked that you would list such a delapidated and insecure property on your platform. There was pink insulation foam sprayed in the corners of the room. The walls were lined with torn wall paper. The matress was hollowed out in the middle on a single bed , when the image displayed a double. The very small table on which was mounted a two ring burned housed broken draws. The floor was covered in torn linoleium and the door to the room had a half inch gap between the door and the frame. Needless to say I was appalled as the photograph on your sight is a complete misrepresentation. This property is to be removed if you have any integrity and an actual committment to your ethos with respect to providing safe and standardized properties. I was unable to stay at the facility which in no way fits the descriptive of a flexi apartment, as I did not feel safe and what was furnished fell far below an acceptable standard. I therefore request a full refund for all charges that I incurred with this booking. Regards, Launa Myrie

Comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels. Good shower.

Smell of cigarettes but you do ask people not to smoke. Carpet stained and furniture very old and tatty. Hall and stairway shabby.

I really appreciate the support and responses I received from the service person (Sam) throughout my stay at FlexiStay.

My bedroom was next to the street, and one night it was really noisy. That was my first experience at the hotel.

Water outlet from the bath in the bathroom was extremely slow and water kept building up

Th entire floor is a memory I would like to forget. The corridor was extremely dirty, with mattresses left in the corridor. It was appalling.. The room needed just some minor well done handy work. The paper wall had peeled. The was hand basin base had cracked and was badly fixed. Clean but distressing.

Not modern. Looks run down. Doesn't look like pictures. No proper shower just a mixer and shower connection inside a bath. Carpets look old.

The bed was comfy and big enough. Almost everything worked the way it ment to.

The TV keep losing its signal. Also the nearest plug to the bed was not near enough to use my phone when on charge.
