Very handy for train station. Had everything i needed for a 1 night stay en route. Comfortablebed and decent towel.

Bathroom a bit cramped, reception unattended when I left. Didn't feel comfortable leaving keys on desk where anyone could pick them up.

Central location in East Croydon handy for the trams, trains and buses. Lovely staff.

I thought it was a bit pricey for what it was. It's a shame that the only way they could put a double bed into the room was by pushing it up against the wall. I was on my own, but if two were sharing it would have been very difficult if one needed to go to the bathroom during the night.

Building amenities were descent.

Two main issues no ac in the room and i stayed for almost 10 days and no cleaning in the room and didn't even give an exatra 1 hour of late stay even staying for 10 days.

Room was very small. No chair. Shower while clean and lots of hot water was a wet room that got saturated each time it was used

I liked it's location. It's why I chose it.

It has no character. The rooms are very small with no cupboards no chairs and no table. The AC was set at an uncomfortable 18C. I spent as little time as possible in the room. Slept there and left as soon as possible in the morning.

It was very clean and the staff was friendly.

There was no desk or a chair, so all my stuff was on the floor basically for a week, there were no beverages in the room. Storing luggage was a paid service.

Everything, room very cramped, no power in the shower and the room stunk of cigarette smoke.

The staff at the reception on 8/9/26 Tuesday morning was so rude, she has no business with being a customer service representative. She is extremely rude wanted to chase us out of the reception when we had a room booked. She insisted we showed her our room keys in a very bad tone.

Hard small bed and tiny room , no room for suitcases, no waste bin or kettle or cup or bedside lamp.

In der Nähe vom Bahnhof. Supermarkt und Restaurants gleich nebenan. Notlösung wegen Flugstornierung. Sehr kurzfristig zu buchen und immer jemand an der Rezeption.

Sehr kleine Zimmer ohne USB Buchsen und etwas hellhörig, aber für eine Nacht sehr günstig und ausreichend.

Good hospitality

L’emplacement : tout est à côté (train, tramway, bus, commerces). Le personnel : agréable, souriant, disponible et discret. Bijoux oubliés en quittant l’hôtel ? Aucun souci. J’ai tout récupéré. Merci Le lit : confortable.

Pas assez de puissance pour la douche

The cleanliness of the place was very good.

I was there for 2 nights . First night I arrived late and had to wait over 20 mins as the door was locked no one was answering the doorbell or the phone call and was almost about to leave when the staff returned saying he was on rounds. 2nd night appx between 2-3am the fire alarm went off and by the time we were leaving room it turned off, breaking a good nights sleep. Either it was a false alarm or subdued alarm, both the cases are of concern. Overall I didn’t sleep well as I was only there for sleep, I would want to be compensated/refunded for the inconvenience.

Location and staff

The location was perfect, only a few minutes walk to the station. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Although the room is small, it's very comfortable and the shower's temperature was perfect.

The only downside of the room is majority of the bathroom floor gets wet after a shower. This means you'd have to get new towels each day after using the ones you have to dry the floor.

I can’t remember the young lady her name who works the morning shifts during our stay, but her service is excellent, really nice and sweet and very helpful. Not like the gentleman who works the evening shift, he’s always in the rush and not really service friendly.

The facility is well located. There is access to almost every where from the hotel. Greatly reduced transportation cost depending on where you want to go.

I always like easyHotel so came in with high expectations, and this property exceeded them! Comfy room - nice bed, aircon, more space than usual with this brand. Room was nicely decorated. Great location near transport. 100% would stay again.

the rooms were very efficient with all amenities provided. The rooms, outlets, bathroom, towels, sheets - everything was great.

trying to leave without a key requires climbing over barbed wire out the back.

Stanza terribile, piccola senza comodini e nulla dove si possa appoggiare qualcosa.Attacchi delle prese in zona testata del letto scomodissime,le toccavamo con la testa.Bagno con un minuscolo lavandino,per di più siamo stati svegliati in piena notte dall'allarme antincendio.Albergo bocciato in tutto...l'unica e dico l'unica cosa a favore è la posizione vicino alla stazione per il resto se potete andate altrove.Aggiungo letto molto piccolo.

bed was ok, but very small room and a bit overpriced for what it offers. Location is good.

Apart from location, did not like it really. But if you need a bed to sleep for one night, it'll be just fine.

Perfect location, good price, clean, pleasant rooms with excellent use of space, air conditioning and a TV. Really friendly, helpful staff. I was also grateful to be able to add my teenage daughter to the booking quite last minute with no extra charge as it was a twin room. Thanks!

The shower was not in perfect condition ( though still usable). It wasn’t very powerful either. Would have loved a bath!

Less than 2 minutes from East Croydon railway station. Air conditioning in the room. Quiet location. Good value.

Bedside table was far too small could have given a reading light I know the principle is clean cheap comfortable and minimalist but these things could but added at little cost to room design

Only one bed side table/wood not enough space to put stuff on had to put most of my stuff on the floor

Good price for a London hotel. Nice it had Aircon

The room we first received wasn't cleaned and the one they have us after we complained was much smaller.
