The stay included an Ayurvedic treatment package and a consultation with an Ayurvedic doctor. It was a truly unique experience that could only be enjoyed in Sri Lanka. The breakfast menu was also healthy and well-balanced, and I was very satisfied with it.

The rooms were huge. The Lakeside setting was really beautiful. The restaurant overlooking it. The breakfast and dinners were really fantastic and also the spa was really standout with wonderful massages. The only thing is that the beach across the road was very scrubby and dirty it would be great if the Hotel could put a bit of effort of cleaning it up and making it more presentable

The wellness center provides amazing massage supervised by an Ayurvedic doctor. Big thanks to Sandanika for her amazing massage and for her kindness! The rooms are amazing and the pool is huuuuge and 100 meters. It’s a very pleasant place to relax

Perfect location to recover from jet lag and ease into a wellness routine. We loved starting and ending the day with the yoga classes, enjoying the delicious food, and swimming in the incredible 100-metre pool. The hotel is beautifully designed by a renowned Sri Lankan architect, with spacious, stylish rooms and a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily return.

Clean, calm, beautiful and excellent hospitality services

Everything from the check-in to check-out was hassle free. The stay was calm, soothing and relaxing. We just wanted to unwind but no wellness treatment was taken. However, the calmness of the hotel, starting from the Bawa architecture, the spacious rooms, the pool, and the open air restaurant contributed to a relaxed overnight stay. The birds nesting on the grounds, and the fisherman going about their daily lives on the Lagoon all add to a stay more closer to nature. One can see the sunrise and sunset both from this hotel. Sunrise across the lagoon from the lawn and sunset from the beach across the road. This quick beach access also contributes to a relaxed stay. Despite the beach been close, the sound of waves is not heard and one can sleep peacefully. The only request to make to the management is to see if there can be a proper smoking policy. As some guests smoked in the lawn, and that was disturbing as the smoke drifts to the restaurant. This being a wellness resort, a proper policy on this would be necessary.

A quiet escape with excellent amenities. Rooms are huge and have comfortable beds, complimentary coffee/tea, a lovely seating area overlooking the lagoon and bath amenities. A bit of a strange design with the bathroom through a separate door to the bedroom and requiring roommates to pull down the bedroom shades for privacy. Had an issue with the power that was promptly fixed. Service was slow at the front desk but very helpful and accommodating, from arranging a half-day room to car service to the airport. Pools are incredible-one that is 100m long and another infinity pool overlooking the ocean (a bit awkward getting to across the road and on a derelict property). Pool service is limited to daylight hours and is slow by Western standards and limited menu. Nice restaurant overlooking the lagoon with accommodating staff. Service is slow and food and cocktails was alright, but not outstanding. Many vegetarian and vegan options which I appreciated, as well as excellent juices. Nice start and end to my trip to Sri Lanka and would stay again.

Amazing Stay at Jetwing Lagoon Wellness, Negombo we had an amazing stay at Jetwing Lagoon Wellness in Negombo. The room was absolutely wonderful very spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The welcome we received was also amazing and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The staff were one of the best parts of our stay. Everyone was so friendly, polite, and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile and making sure we were comfortable. I also spent some time at the gym, which is very well equipped and has everything you need for a good workout. A special mention goes to Isuru the gym instructor who was absolutely amazing. He is such a friendly and professional person, taught me really well, guided me throughout my workouts, and even prepared a gym plan for me. I truly appreciate his dedication and the way he helped me. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would definitely recommend Jetwing Lagoon Wellness to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. I would also highly recommend isuru to anyone who wants great guidance and support at the gym. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable! ❤️

The moment I got to this resort it was peaceful and effortless. The staff are friendly, warm and hospitable. The property itself is stunning! Get a lagoon facing room if you can. It’s absolutely beautiful. It’s so green, so lush and so wonderful I’d stay a few more nights if I could.

Gorgeous place, amazing rooms, beautiful trees and very quiet

Best for a truly relaxing getaway! Surrounded by beautiful nature, coconut trees, and a peaceful lagoon, the setting is incredibly serene. The rooms are spacious, with very comfortable beds and a lovely open-air bathtub and shower area. The Sri Lankan food was delicious, with a modern and healthy twist. The Ayurvedic massage was excellent, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The complimentary late check-out was also a wonderful bonus. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and unwind!

A great example of Sri Lankan hospitality and comfort. The rooms were huge and well appointed. The restaurant food was delicious and the service over dinner exceptional. The 100m pool was amazing, and you could order drinks and refreshments to your sun lounger. We didn't try the spa - but I am sure it was an equally high standard.

Les abords de la plage sont laissés à l'abandon. La cuisine et les snacks sont un peu trop "healthy"

La chambre est très spacieuse, la salle de bains exceptionnelle. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, le lieu du petit déjeuner et du dîner est splendide. La piscine de 100metres, très pratique pour nager. Le spa est dingue.

Le bruit des avions qui passent au dessus du resort (mais pour une nuit c'est ok). Nous avons eu du mal à reserver le transfert à l'aéroport avec la réception, il y a eu une mauvaise communication sur notre horaire de départ et nous sommes arrivés très juste pour notre vol.

The pool was amazing. The food was superb. The service was very good. The ambience is very relaxing and quiet. The room was large and comfortable with a marvellous view of the garden and lagoon.

The jacuzzi did not work on both days in spite of reporting the problem on Day 1. We could not get a spa appointment.

Fantastique. Un des plus beaux que j'ai fait au Sri Lanka. Piscine immensissime et extrêmement agréable. Chambre et sdb énormes et belle déco minimaliste. Très beau petit déjeuner, cours de yoga et fitness proposé et chouette spa. Très bon moment pour terminer les vacances.

Le lieu est magnifique, la piscine est impressionnante ! La chambre est très spacieuse, propre et très confortable. Nous avions dîner au restaurant de l’hôtel, qui était très bon.

Rien de particulier. Il y a juste le personnel qui toque à votre porte à 9h du matin pour vous demandez si vous voulez de l’eau et même si vous ne répondez pas tout de suite ils insistent un peu. Mais rien de très grave !!

Wunderbare Anlage, bei der man unterschiedliche Wege sollte, um die Perspektiven zu verstehen. Unbedingt die Liegen mit Schirm auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite aufstellen lassen Dann hast du den besten Blick, bist bei der Bar und den sehr schönen Daybeets. Es lohnt sich! Bucht 3 Tage, dann gibt es eine schöne kurze Fußmassage und eine tolle Teetime an der Lagoone. Wenn mal was nicht passt, wird rs passend gemacht.

Die Jungs für die Liegen muß man erst immer die Bedeutung erklären, warum der Architekt die Liegen an der Kopfseite haben wollte. Das ist der Blick!, Aber sie machen es dann auch.

My two adult sons and I stayed here for our first two nights after a 30-hours long travel ordeal. It was an exceptional experience in every way, clean, peaceful and lovely with beautiful comfortable rooms. We went to the wellness center multiple times, dined at the restaurant, swam in the big pool and attended the early morning yoga and meditation class. We had a last minute situation with our driver and they allowed us a late check out. Very accommodating! We highly recommend this place if you are looking for a calm place to rejuvenate. We plan to return.

After an amazing 3 weeks in Sri Lanka, this was the icing on the cake for us. Such a relaxing place to stay and relax before we headed home. We spent 4 faultless nights. Everything was exceptional. The food was 5* the staff were the nicest and most helpful people I’ve ever met. My wife needed a Dr and she was there in 5 minutes and got us a free prescription. Hashah the guy that done our room constantly checked if we needed anything and made it look like a honeymoon suit every night. Whatever he is paid can’t be enough. I’d also like to Bharshi on reception who sourced all my wife child hood favourite foods. Thanks you so much. Steve and Nicole 🙏

Only spent one night here due to flights, but a lovely hotel. Staff and food both excellent. Unfortunately didn’t have time to use any of the facilities.

Room is very spacious and clean. Beautiful pool. Don’t forget to bring mosquitoes repellent (they also provide this in the room).

Just a superb place with great facilities, wonderful staff, amazing food and a lovely spa. A lovely spot on the lagoon to enjoy breezes, and an amazing 100m swimming pool. I arrived exhausted and felt revived and human again by day 2. Really good value for money for what it offers, a lovely spa break that doesnt break the bank. I'll be back ASAP!

It was a wow! Due to low season it was super calm. Room was spacious & clean. Very big bathroom. Very very nice and stylish beakfast & a la card dinner at a resonable price with a discrete and sympathic staff. Very nice restaurant patio fo an after-dinner drink under a old tree at the lake. Enormous large pool surrounded by palms & complete large gym /w ac. My wife did the spa treatment & free yoga class. A perfect beginning of our holiday.

everything perfect. There is an additional pool across the street at the beach, that belongs to the hotel. The beach is unusable (due to an older oilspill, I guess). But this does not affect the Hotel itself.

Location isn’t busy and there’s not much happening outside of the hotel but this doesn’t take away from the experience…. It’s adds to it. Great stay

One of the most relaxing spaces I've been to. Staff is courteous, attentive and yet unobtrusive.

One of the most amazing resorts I have ever stayed in! The staff were so lovely, the food was beautiful with a lot of variety, the rooms were so lovely and clean and we got to swim in the biggest pool in Sri Lanka! I would highly recommend anyone travelling to Sri Lanka to stay here, especially either at the beginning of your trip or before you go home as it’s very close to the airport. We will definitely be back!

Great location between the sea and lagoon. Very peaceful. Staff polite and friendly. Given a free room upgrade to a superb room with outdoor bathroom including a bath. Room very comfortable and well equipped. Extremely good value for money. Only negatives are the pool area by the sea is very neglected and there didn’t seem to be a bar area for enjoying drinks in the evening.

This is a great option for a late night arrival at the airport as it's closer than the drive to Colombo. The breakfast was lovely with a good variety and the pool is relaxing and huge! I would return for a short stay as it is very peaceful and relaxing. The room was comfortable!

The hotel is a bit isolated and there is not really anything to do nearby. The bathroom in our room, including the toilet, is outside so you needed to go outside at night to use it.

This experience was truly special. The tranquility and peace of this location is so unique and heartwarming. This was the last stop of a 3 week tour of this beautiful country Sri Lanka. It was the best thing my husband and I could do for ourselves because the care and kindness of the beautiful staff is amazing. Sudath is a wonderful person as are all the attentive staff at this resort. The facilities are the rooms are sublime and both upscale. The pool is 100 metres in length and the rooms are huge. If you’re looking for something special, you should really give this resort serious consideration. Anne, Australia
