Breakfast didn't begin until 9:00 am, which was too late for our departure.

Everything place was just not what a hotel or b&b should be like . It wasn’t even cheap 400 pounds for two night . Didnt stay two night that’s how bad it was . Stayed one and move elsewhere.

The hotel is located in a very charming, historic and beautifully renovated building, which gives it a truly special character. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, making the hotel a perfect base for exploring the city and its surroundings. We were especially impressed by the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, who made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great selection. We also had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant one evening and were very pleased with the experience – both the food and the service were excellent. A lovely place to stay that we would happily recommend.

A kettle in the room would be a nice addition and would make the stay even more comfortable.

A wonderfully welcoming hotel with super friendly staff, amazing breakfast and a fabulous restaurant for evening meals. The food was delicious. Only 10 bedrooms so nice and exclusive, and overall a fabulous stay. I would highly recommend. The rooms were clean and spacious, clean towels daily and I would stay again and soak in that fabulous Irish hospitality.

The rooms are relatively basic and the bed a bit too soft for me, but I am being picky. Nothing else I didn't like!

Loved the quaint and cozy hotel and bar. Location was amazing and so walkable to everything. Room was not a luxury hotel but was amazing with large windows everything we could have needed. Very quiet, even on a Friday and Saturday night. On site parking and included breakfast was excellent!

The staff was incredible. Great location. The restaurant and the bar were great. We had a white lady martini every afternoon. Highly recommend.

The bedroom and bathroom were a bit small. If you’re expecting a lot of space this is not the place for you.

Breakfast was excellent and the welcome greeting was great also.

Only issue is parking but that is a Kinsale issue, not the hotel issue.

The location was great, fantastic breakfast and the restaurant and bar downstairs are great.

Our room was very small, the one window looked out onto the roof where the kitchen vent was so was pretty noisey until the restaurant closed. It was the worst room we stayed in Ireland and the most expensive.

The gentleman who checked us in was one of the nicest people we came across on our trip to Kinsale/Cork. We arrived early, well before check in time and I was feeling (and probably looking) under the weather. We arrived just looking to drop off our bags to return a few hours later and he went upstairs to check if a room was ready for us and allowed us to check in early. This was such a kind thing to do and what I needed at that time. I couldn’t thank him enough and this level of hospitality and kindness is why we will return here.

The staff was extremely friendly. When we couldn't find a parking spot, they jumped outside and moved their own car so we could park nearby! The location is fantastic - easy to walk to all of the main parts of Kinsale, and the waterfront is very close (2 blocks-ish). The breakfast was good as well.

Elaine was the friendliest host! The accommodations were super clean and inviting. Breakfast was delicious! I wish we ate dinner there too! The food they were serving looked amazing but we unfortunately ate earlier elsewhere. If you go plan for dinner there!!!!

No bottled water in Room - No shelf in Shower for toiletries while showering. Curtains allow too much light need to be blackout.

The owner, Anthony, is a hoot! All the staff at the White Lady were excellent. The bar and restaurant were great as well. Great location.

Hmmm... the outside could use a bit of a facelift, and the heating system wasn't working quite right.

Location was close and only a few minutes walk to town. We don’t eat in the restaurant, but wished we had. The food looked great. We did have drinks at the bar and they have a nice cocktail menu.

It was dated, a bit run down, bed wasn’t very comfortable. Everything was just very basic. Price didn’t match the stay.

Very nice welcoming by the owner, Anthony, of hotel and restaurant. Comfortable bed and room. Nice walk along the water into town to shops and pubs. Very good food. Was lucky to get parking next to hotel.

No hot water from sink. But plenty from shower. Would not like to have to find a place on street to park.

El hotel es muy céntrico. Puedes llegar andando en cualquier sitio en Kinsale. La habitación también es muy grande y el baño también. El hecho de que tenga un restaurante también es muy cómodo. Además, la comida allí está deliciosa.

La calefacción: es central y la apagaron por la noche. Pasamos mucho frío. Hay que decirles en recepción que te dejen la calefacción puesta porque sino puedes tener una respuesta muy desagradable. Otra cosa que no me gusta de alojamiento es que no tiene parking. Puedes aparcar el coche en la calle, si encuentras sitio. Hay un parking cerca pero es de pago.

The Manager, Anthony is an absolute legend! A very kind, helpful and personable individual who went above and beyond to make my stay really good, even though I was only there for one night. He is a memorable character. In fact, all of the staff were absolutely top class. I also brought friends there for dinner and the food was very good. I will definitely be going back.
