Villa Moyal

Staff were very attentive and helpful.

Location was convenient for Melrose Arch

Breakfast would have been better in a dining room rather than room service.

Close to neurose Arch

They charme me one night more when i rectified just after my booking

Wonderful place within walking distance of Melrose Place. Quiet. Highly recommend.

Everything was good, close enough to walk to Melrose Arch. Clean and comfortable room, plus kind staff.

There was a bit of noise once during the day from chatter on the balcony near the upstairs rooms.

It was clean and well positioned close to Melrose Arch

Nothing

Location excellent. Staff were fantastic.

Clean and awesome location 👌

Quiet, friendly and helpful staff

No restaurant, breakfast served in the room

space

privacy the patio door exposing, lack of alternative food for vegans

Location

Basic

Value for money. We will definitely call again. To Ernest and Nthani the staff, keep up the good work. 10/10

Posizione

Excellent "The hotel surpassed all my expectations! The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodated us right from check-in. The room was spotless, and the bed was remarkably comfortable. The location was perfect—only a few minutes' walk to Melrose Boulevard.

The bathroom

The place isn't exactly what is on the pictures

I enjoyed everything

Nothing

I cannot wait to return.

The fact that there was no microwave in the room.

The TV had a very bad single and picture quality.

Nice place, quiet and good space. Clean at some level and good service from staff, they make you feel welcome.

Cleaning area which they keep on forgetting sometimes. But in general they tried harder which is good as well.

Very clean, secure and comfortable and well located opposite Melrose Arch.

Everything was great, loved the location, walking distance to Melrose Arch, restaurants, supermarkets and to a park with Accrobranch. The appartment was very comfy and the ability to cook made a real difference. Everyone from the staff was so nice, polite and helpful.

No heater in the bathrooms so it was a bit cold for me traveling from Ivory Coast. Kitchenware (cooking pan) could be upgraded and a Nespresso machine would be great. Regardless, everything else was more than we expected.

Location, bathroom space and breakfast

Desk chair and white linen not that white anymore.

It had a refrigerator and washing machine/dryer

The stairs to get to the rooms with suitcases. The location was a bit out of the way.

There was good security.

We booked a twin room and when we arrived it was set up as a king. The receptionist did not believe us when we told her we booked a twin and neither did the manager. It was already late and she was not apologetic at all that they had messed up. It took them 45 minutes to get the manager to decide that housekeeping should be called to reset the beds as twins and a further 50 mins for that to be done. No apology for the fuck up let alone an offer of anything comped to make up for their mistake. The room was not according to the pictures and had broken counter tops in the bathroom and shitty tiny shower mat that just let the floor of the bathroom flood when you opened the shower door. The pool was dirt and didnt look like the luxury pool facilities advertised in the pictures.

Hospitality; breakfast etc

All was well

Spacious apartment, well furnished, clean, quiet and good exceptional customer care.

No restaurant service within the establishment.

Beautiful and spacious rooms. Amazing location. Easy access to the highway.

Their breakfast was the worst

Sijainti oli hyvä

Sohvat ja sängyt kaipaavat uusimista.

Huge space at a great value. Very clean. Very comfortable bed and AC.

Not a “dislike” but a suggestion: it was wonderful to have a washing machine, but there was no detergent to use with it. Having enough detergent to do a few loads would be a big help. Not a lot of places nearby within walking distance (that we could find) to buy a little bit of laundry detergent.

Really great location. Nice and quiet apartment with lots of space. We’re able to have guests over to dinner. Lovely dining area and patio.. felt very homely! Would definitely stay again. Staff were helpful and friendly thank you

Possibly more cooking self catering utensils and pans

The Breakfast was very good big and very good value for money. Location was excellent close walking distance to a lot of places and really enjoyed staying there. I will definitely be coming back, this Time with my partner.

At this time there was nothing I did not like about this place. At this stage I cannot comment on this. I enjoyed it so nothing I did not like

Nothing this time.

The place is dirty on the outside, gate left wide open until late. The initial room I was given was terrible until I complained. Lights not working. Terrible experience.

The bedding was good

The breakfast facilities

The breakfast was heavy. I loved loved it. Generous portions. The bed was so cormfortable and space sufficient. The room was clean and kept clean throughout my stay. Everything was perfect.

My breakfast was delayed just one day otherwise all was good

The room was beautiful but the set up was kind of not ideal.

That there was no dining area

Shower leaked and flooded the bathroom Duvet has large yellow urine stains Only one towel even though there were two people staying Dirty entrance with left over building materials

The area is good

The price for the room was ridicoulos for a 1 night stay and so small for that amount of money

I stayed here just one night... excellent hotel... spacious and clean room, including the bathroom... having arrived very early (9 am) they gave me the room straight away, which is not a given and something I really appreciated... excellent breakfast served directly in the room... perfect location for visiting the Melrose Arch district which is a 5 minute walk away

nothing

all was fine

None

The room was clean

A bit more milk to make a cup of tea or provision for it

I travel a lot for business, and the apartment was perfect!. 24 hour check in was great with no pressure to check in at a certain time - good for business travel. The unit was VERY clean ... spotless in fact - very comfortable bed, I slept straight through on both nights which is unusual when I travel. TV and aircon worked well without any glitches. The shower pressure was great - one of my pet hates. Very spacious. I will used this property again and happy to recommend to other business traverlers.

No breakfast option - had to walk across to Melrose Arch. No coffee machine and fresh milk - instant only.

I likes everything about the place especially the quietness.

Position , very near to Melrose Arch. The location is very safe and the kindness of personal deserve a 10! Perfect daily clean service. In Melrose Arch (10 minutes walk by feet) you can find everything you need for a relaxed stay. If you rent an apartment, you will have Woolworth supermarket very close, you can cook whatever you want. In Melrose Arch anyway there are restaurant of all kinds and international.

When is cold the AC pump didn't warm enough even at max power, maybe cause i had the Apartment at ground level. In the sleeping room the AC pump is placed directly on the Bed over the head. But for a trip in the warm season this would not be a problem.

Big spacious.

Not enough coffee, tea and milk. Nothing extra like chocolates or wine.

The close proximity to the mall

Pior: eu pedia minha chave e ele não dava, repetindo insistentemente:_ You have to understand blá, blá, blá.......

Good and central stay

Nothing it was a good stay

Un bon hôtel très confortable. Personnel aimable et serviable. Une bonne option à JNB. Bon rapport qualité prix

They had white sheets. The place is beautiful and quiet. The stuff are friendly and helpful.

They had brown decor extra pillows on the bed. The pillows did not smell good. 😩 The shower door links. After showering there was water outside, almost fell. 🙁

Loved how clean the place is and how accommodating the staff were. Lovely place.

The water in the fridge had a funny taste
