Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Close to everywhere, easy to access. Everything considered in the room fan iron ironing board. Would have liked to have 2 coasters only 1 in the room. Very quick to help when we had a problem with the room door.
The bathroom in our room needs regrouting, the fan runs for too long, when you go to the toilet in the night it takes ages to switch off.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Fantastic location, minutes from the shops, cafes and pubs of Harrogate. The room was lovely and spacious, clean and nicely equipped. Bathroom products smell lovely. Shower has good power and hot. Parking was handy and the staff were friendly but gave you space - for us, this was perfect. Needs met but no fussing.
Duvet felt like a high tog for time of year, but that is just a personal opinion. It was cosy.

The abrupt greeting as we 'Booked through Booking .com ' a charge of £10 parking. If I'd rang direct this would have been waived. Unfortunately I was unaware of such communications until we met. Bathroom very small but we managed.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Kimberley is extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The room was quiet - and was equipped with a fridge, which was needed for our purchases. The location is excellent. Although I do not think it was necessary to charge for parking, the fee was per stay - not per night - so was more reasonable than other establishments in the area. I would definitely stay here again. It was small, quiet, and comfortable. More of a guest house than a hotel. No noise from other guests. Lovely and relaxing.
The room would benefit from hooks for towels or clothes. There is nowhere to hang anything in the shower room. A few hooks in there would have been helpful. A coat rack in the bedroom would have been good, as well.

The was no storage space whatsoever. There was a serious lack of drawers and wardrobe space. There mirror was also not ideal being set high on the walls. A full length mirror would be more suitable.

Reviewed May 25, 2026The room was Great, even though the bathroom was incredibly small and literally fitted a corner shower a sink and a toilet. The location to the convention Centre was very close, which was great.
They don’t clean the room every day unless it’s requested, which I find very odd. By the time I realised, it was too late and had to go hunting for tea and coffee and milks which to be fair were located in the living room in a bowl. I just felt the minimum was done. It would’ve been nice to come back to a made Bed and the bin emptied and teas and coffees refilled. I didn’t even have a clean coffee cup so had to wash them so I could make coffee. The breakfast was also extremely expensive and quite confusing. If you want a sausage you have to order it the day before on a sheet in the living room. There are several Price options depending on whether you want sausages or not. I don’t like having to order my breakfast the day before as I don’t know what I want the following day, so I didn’t bother on the second day. I also thought £16 for a full breakfast is a lot.

Reviewed Apr 1, 2026Although an inexpensive hotel the facilities were of a good standard, exceptionally clean, comfortable bed, lovely en suite ( though being on the top floor it took a while for the hot water to make it to the shower. Obviously this can't be helped but it wasted a lot of water!). Lovely breakfast beautifully cooked. Facilities in the room included a fridge, with plenty of tea, coffee and milk. I would stay again.
Parking seemed an expensive extra at £10 but worth it as parking in Harrogate is expensive. Breakfast was excellent but a bit expensive at £14 and when booking it wasn't obvious that these were extra costs. There is a notice that they are discontinuing breakfast from January 2027 .

Great stay all round. The shower head was loose so had to hold it rather than it remaining on you.

I was a bit cold at night. Plus I think charging additionally for parking is a bit of a rip off for a hotel. Not even posh hotels like Rudding charge for parking.

Being very picky as we had a lovely stay. Bathroom was very small and couldn’t turn the radiator down so room was very very warm. Had to open the windows to cool the room down. TV didn’t work but didn’t mind as had an iPad and internet connection was very good.

The room was quite chilly and we didn’t notice the fan heater supplied until we were packing to leave . Lovely en-suite shower but needed some hooks as there was nowhere to hang towels and it was unheated.

Fantastic value. Very close to the conference centre and Harrogate centre. Definitely convenient. I will definitely be back!
