Room was a good size, fairly comfortable but carpet needs replacing. Spacious bathroom but poor shower in 1022. Nice big bath towels. Breakfast was good. Dinner was very good but music too loud in restaurant. Asked if it could be turned down a little but told this was not possible. Staff were friendly. Hotel is close to a wide range of restaurants. This was very convenient for us.

Unfortunately, the bed and pillows were not comfortable for either of us, causing not a great sleep. The room was not cleaned properly, mugs were changed and towels changed but beds were unmade, glasses left unwashed, water for kettle was not replenished and had to be requested, bathroom was not cleaned.

Basically all aspects of the hotel were very good in particular reception staff

A modern hotel in a great central location, hotel room very comfy and clean. Breakfast excellent choices and value.

Overall, a pleasant stay, although a few things were disappointing — the window netting, understandably due to ongoing maintenance, meant we couldn’t fully appreciate the city views from the 11th floor, while the bathroom could benefit from some updating, and the bar service was a little slower than expected.

The whole thing was just fab.

Some noise when bedroom window open - think probably due to air conditioning. While it was good to have a car park it did take us quite a while to find a wide enough parking place.

Apart from the outside scaffolding there was nothing to dislike about the property.

My wife has a severe nut allergy.Once made aware, Restaurant staff were extremely careful and followed a reassuring policy of sitting us away from the main food area and taking my wife’s food order separately, ensuring the food was cooked individually with no cross contamination of ingredients.

drilling noise and banging during morning after i worked nights ruined my rest. ordered food in restaurant, waited a while before they came and said they didn’t have the meal o ordered confusing voucher system not well explained by reception and which bar and restaurant staff knew nothing about at all receptionist on checkout decided i hadn’t paid for breakfast when i actually had already paid seemed chaotic and stressful.

Hotel in great location, a couple of minutes walk from restaurants and bars. Short walk into the town itself. Room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We opted to include breakfast which was well worth it. We also opted to pay for parking underneath the hotel which was also great.

The decor of the reception area is very dark

food excellent both dinner and breakfast, Nesh looked after us very well and the young lady at dinner time that actually was leaving after her hours were completed on Saturday.

The bathroom tap needs changing I couldn't get my hands under the running water, it only sticks out about 1 1/4", also the toilet seat is cheap and old. You need to buy slow closing toilet seats and cover also a toilet brush. Change the position of the spare loo roll to a much higher position. I wouldn't use a roll after being positioned there, kids have a tendency to spray everywhere. Wasn't happy with the bathroom at all.

The location of the hotel is great. Overall cleanliness was good.

Breakfast items were often cold and bedroom carpets seemed a bit grubby but overall everything else was clean

There was a lot of scaffolding around the entrance of the building however this did not affect the performance of the hotel and caused no obstruction or inconvenience

If I had to be honest some of the parking spaces were a little tight. However larger spaces were available on a first come first serve basis .

Have visited several times. Hotel is ideal for our requirements. Location, breakfast and parking all feature in our decision.

Check in seems to be a slow process and on our arrival short staffed Tea cups in the bedroom are too small A shower over the bath is by definition poor and in this case the bath was very narrow

Very comfortable bed. Tea and Coffee complimentary. Fresh water in Fridge. The reception staff were very efficient. The breakfast gentleman was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good. I even asked for porridge and was brought this by Philomena each morning to my breakfast table. Overall lovely kind helpful staff.

Tree TV didn’t work properly and was buffering all the time so co tangly interrupting the programme. Stains on carpet Breakfast there were stains in mugs and windows you couldn’t see out of as dirty.

Great location and a nice view. Comfortable, massive bed! Air conditioning was a hit. Lovely helpful staff and an excellent breakfast, top quality. Hot chocolate and a bottle of water in the room. Bathroom had both bath and shower and a full selection of toiletries. Parking on site

Bathroom a little basic and toiletries didn’t smell very nice. Noise from other rooms could be heard at times. Lifts a little unreliable. Bathroom not 100% clean.

Pillows too small…needs an upgrade… not many people have a bath and most prefer a decent shower, just get up to speed. Also, the soap/shower products in large immovable containers is a bit Travelodge’ish. Not for me, I like to handle the product, without stealing it🙁

Generally ok but busy breakfast buffet needs more prompt action to replace empty items…. Sometimes no eggs or bacon or beans or sausage…not as good as it was🤔🤔🙁

The staff were helpful and provided me with a gluten free breakfast.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff providing service were very hardworking. Reception staff were all friendly and extremely helpful. We had dinner in the hotel and the food was delicious.

A little dismayed to have a shower over a bathtub instead of a walk-in shower. This was tricky for my daughter who has cerebral palsy and also for me with my arthritic hip! I'd kind of expect a walk-in shower as standard in a hotel of this calibre. We also appeared to have a locked connecting door between our room and the next one and this did have an impact on noise levels. We had a neighbour who snored very very loudly!

The room was great. Very clean and water in the fridge. Air con too!

Only 2 disabled parking spaces. Not enough for a large hotel. Parking garage a bit tight and VERY dark.

Checking in was fine and the food options limited but OK

Toilet failed to flush. Tepid hot water in bath / shower. Shower was not separate to bath again@!! Large canteen like restaurant with no atmosphere. Could hear next door going to the toilet.
