The cement floor is too damn cold yhooo. Please try some tiling or Carpet. Walking bare footed on it in winter is a nightmare. It even makes the room a bit cold too.

Secondly, the apart was very spacious and extremely clean, with everything i needed, and located not far from amenities. The cleaners were also friendly which made me feel at home. Lastly, the apartment they allocated me was very quiet and this made me complete my school project and quiet and tranquil environment. I will definitely come back...
Just the issue with hot water in the shower which lasts for about 10 min..however, i didn't have much of a problem with that since we are in summer..I'd advise to look into this matter during winter season since it's cold.

Reviewed Jan 5, 2026The apartment was spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped. The washing machines make all the difference. Loved that they organised a small bed for my child. The location is really good because its close to a shopping mall- we just walked to stock up on a few groceries. They even assisted with cleaning our breakfast dishes which we hadn't asked for. Overall, the stay was amazing.
If there was swimming pool, it'd have been 100% from me.

The fact that we had no electricity for the duration of my whole stay, why do you bother doing this if you know you have no back up power in such a huge place ? The place was beautiful but the fact that we had to endure that? Also because no one knew what was happening for the whole day and night even the receptionist had no idea why there was no electricity who then should tell us ? I wouldn’t recommend the place to anyone unless you are fine with being in the dark with no explanations whatsoever!

The area did not have electricity for over 24 hours of our stay, and there was no backup like a generator. The staff did a poor job of even trying to explain the situation. They gave very vague answers. It was so bad that there was no hot water to shower, and still no explanations.
