Camera pulita e spaziosa con vista sul fiume. Personale gentilissimo. Colazione varia dalle 6.30 perfetta per chi come noi ha il volo presto o delle attività. Cena in camera molto buona a prezzi ottimi. Attaccato ad una lavanderia e alla passeggiata lungo il fiume.

The beds and pillows are fluffy and very comfortable. Room is big and our room 1101 has a nice city and river view. Hotel right infront of the cat statue, walkable distance to waterfront and there's 7e just across it.

I wish their swimming pool is better, it's small but good enough for a swim

Poor house keeping service. Had to reminded every time to clean my room. Every night I come back and see the room not cleaned . Even asking for towels was so difficult. Had to call twice over 30 minutes for the towels to come.

La propreté est clairement insuffisante. La chambre donnait l'impression de ne pas avoir été nettoyée: sols sales et non aspirés, mauvaise odeur, draps et tissus tachés. Les couloirs étaient dans le même état. Nous étions 3 personnes avec une seule serviette à l'arrivée, et aucun tapis de bain ni serviette à mains jusqu’à la veille de notre départ. La chambre était très mal insonorisée vis-à-vis des bruits de la route. Le petit déjeuner est varié mais la qualité moyenne. Nous n’avons pas utilisé la piscine, pourtant un critère important lors du choix de cet hôtel, car l'eau était trouble. Manque d’hygiène global. Je ne comprends pas les avis positifs qui m’avaient convaincue de réserver cet hôtel.

Our room was absolutely amazing with elegant fixtures, extra comfy, spacious and a wonderful view of the Sarawak River. Great location within walking distance to the Kuching Waterfront & other tourist attractions. Most accommodative with regards to room early check-in & late check-out. Our buffet breakfast is delicious & the staff are friendly & efficient in serving us. Thank you very much for making our stay happy & memorable. Highly recommended 👍🏻

Ideal location to waterfront, restaurants and other places of interests. Staff were really nice. Staff accomodated my request for rooms close to each other. Thank you especially for this attention to detail. Free rounds of sodas in refrigerator in the room. A great gesture of water bottles in the room. Breakfast was great with variety of options.

Had a lady who cut the queue and staff just let her be. Staff should be fair and able to handle the matter differently. Sometimes some guests can be annoyingly arrogant, especially when they have status or not (!), sadly. Should have more tea, coffee, creamer etc in room and not just 2 each as per 2 occupants.

Hotel room was very clean and feels refreshing. Location is excellent, walking distance to the Waterfront and nearby cafes and shops.

Limited choices for breakfast. I spent 3 nights at the hotel and had breakfast 3 times, and the food was exactly the same. Should change the food menu once in a while.

Comfy room in a good location in town. Some of the staff were helpful (especially an older guy on the door when I arrived) and others were pointless (several of the younger guys on the door only moved their bums to open the door when you were almost inside anyway).

Weird place if you want a drink as you have to walk outside, go down a ramp and round the corner then enter another building. I ordered room service and the food was only warm so maybe it travels the same long route.

Great location. The beds were super comfortable. One of the best beds I've slept it,.. even better than some 5 Star hotels I've stayed in. I'd definitely stay here again because of the comfy beds n location.

Everything from the check in to check out was great. We asked for extra towel & the towel was delivered warm. It feels cozy. The location is superb that we even walk along waterfront at night.

We checked in during peak time. It was Gawai holiday weekend, which also a mean school mid year holiday. The pool was so crowded which is understandable but they were kids who keep diving and making stunts at the pool. They were at the pool without adult supervisions and just keep diving & don't seems to care about others. Some of them even get the big pebbles from flower pots and threw inside the pool. It's dangerous. Maybe can improve this part for the convenience of others

Comfortable bed, room design is very functional, room is very spacious.

The air-conditioning system is not easy to adjust. The room is a little cold even after I raise the temperature to 27 degrees C.

I did request for a simple deco for my room as it was my 10th wedding anniversary. As we arrived in the room, they also gave us complimentary a slice of cheesecake with a wordings on the plate. The swan folding towel too were there on the bed. I really appreciate the efforts. Well done & keep it up.

I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. Unfortunately, there was a leak above the wardrobe in my room due to a blocked air-conditioning unit. I appreciate the hotel staff for their quick response in repairing the issue and cleaning the clothes that were affected by the water. However, when I initially requested a room change, I was informed that I would be moved to another room on the same floor. Later in the afternoon, I was told that the room change would not proceed and that another room on a higher floor would be arranged instead. Despite this, the wardrobe area was left with standing water and was not properly cleaned. Although I understand that the hotel was busy with a large number of guests checking in, I believe the management should pay closer attention to guest complaints and ensure that issues are fully resolved. In addition, the breakfast experience was disappointing. There was a long queue even at 8:30 a.m., and many food items were not being refilled promptly, leaving limited choices for guests.

The parking attendant was very attentive to my father's condition and mobility limitations due to his age. He kindly arranged a parking spot directly in front of the lobby, which made our arrival much more convenient and comfortable.

During our stay, we needed to validate our parking ticket at the front desk before heading out for dinner. After waiting for the staff to finish assisting another guest, I approached the counter and requested parking validation. While the request was eventually handled, the interaction felt rather cold, and the staff's demeanor came across as unwelcoming. A more friendly and attentive approach would have enhanced the guest experience. On our third day of stay, our room was not serviced despite requesting housekeeping earlier in the day. We followed up again at around 4:00 PM when we saw staff nearby, but no service was provided by 6:00 PM. At around 8:00 PM, a housekeeper arrived and apologized, explaining he was managing the workload alone.

The pool is quite small

Location is excellent, in the Kuching golden triangle area. Easy to get food and groceries from nearby shops. Room beds were very comfortable, and spacious. Super large TV. Staff were courteous and helpful. Good room service delivery.

Even though with the upgrade, the room still felt a bit dated. Door knob to bathroom was a bit dirty, and sometimes towels were not changed out (despite leaving them to be changed). Not enough filtered mineral water in the room on some days. The bathroom floor drain was a bit blocked (but maintenance quickly fixed that - good job).

I was a regular visitor in the past so I was happy to be back. Good location. Looking forward tona room with the revier view but was allocated a room facing the back.

Housekeeping was a letdown. Executive floor lounge was did provide much.

Friendly staffs, cleanliness and other fascilities match my need.The hotel very near to the Kuching Waterfront and souveniors shops.At least there is something I can do to spend my stay there.

Cleanliness and the air cond

The hotel is clean and safe. The only thing is the cardio room. The equipment needs to be sanitized, at least once a day. People using the equipment do not have anything to wipe them down after use. This is true especially for the treadmills that get sweated on and not cleaned properly.

Had issue with the door. Low battery they said. Had to seek assistance twice. Never happen before at other hotels.

The room was spacious and comfortable, facilities were well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was strategic, close to attractions. Love the view from our room. Breakfast was delicious especially mee kolok and laksa sarawak. Overall the hotel offered good value for money. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The beds were amazing so comfortable, very generous room size. The breakfast was very good, friendly staff. The location right across the river was amazing easy walk to restaurants, bridge, china town etc.

We asked for inter connecting rooms or some near each others but we had rooms quite far appart.
