The staffs were amazing. So professional and very helpful. The location is near to many things for food hunting, to laundry and night out. The breakfast is so good and delicious. Staffs are attentive during breakfast and so helpful.

Is our 2nd stay always feeling good to be back. Love the buffet breakfast, gym and swimming pool. Too bad no sauna. This time round is with bad haze. So outdoor activities really limited.

Very friendly staff. Could check in very early (12 noon). We had a junior suite and it was very spacious and comfortable. Loved the bed. Staff, breakfast and location very good. As were the swimming pool and the workout area.

Cleaning of the room could be better (didn't properly vacuum clean). The shower and toilet door in the bathroom didn't close properly.

The Breakfast was good. Lots of variety of food, but the space too limited.

Inside the elevator, full of dust and make me feel sneeze always. The view not what I expected, RM600+.plus no breakfast provided. I have to pay at the counter.

The location is great and clean!

There were issues with the drainage of the toilet. Also, the shower took 15 mins to heat up. After giving these feedback to the receptionist the next morning, the issues were still not resolved by night time. The hotel seems to lack manpower. The walls of this hotel is quite thin.

The staff were very kind and helpful, the property was beautiful, no good restaurants near by.

From the refreshing drink on arrival till leaving, this was a wonderful stay. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms felt so luxurious, with the bathtub and huge rainfall shower. The pool was great with views across the river. Parking underneath the hotel was easily accessible and all the staff from, front desk, pool boys and room service attendant were all fantastic.

The location was close to the river about a 5 minute walk, getting around by grab was easy and people were friendly

We didn’t realise the hotel restaurant did not allow or serve alcohol was fine but we didn’t notice the sign and the young girl serving us only had limited English and no supervisor would come and speak with us. We didn’t expect the hotel to run out of things

C’est un bon 4 étoiles qui ne mérite pas une cinquième! Le room service est long!

The location of the property is great. Close to the river front. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

The toilet floor was slippery and had stains. The coffee mugs were also not cleaned properly. Clearly did not live up to the 'Sheraton' standard.

Everything was good, the view, the location itself, the staff.

The bathroom had an unpleasant sewage smell coming from the floor trap. The hotel may want to inspect or replace it with a proper anti-odour floor trap, as it affected the overall stay.

Staff are super nice. The property is relatively new so everything feels modern and new.

The designers tried to fit too much into a small footprint, so everything feels rather cramped: the lobby, the lobby bar, the pool (with a gym right behind it, and a kids playroom next to it and a restaurant/bar next to it). The four elevators seem insufficient for the number of guests in a 20-story hotel, so does the pool, so does the breakfast restaurant.

The room was not ready upon check in at 3.00 pm. We have to wait longer and was not properly cleaned. Maybe due to high rate of room occupancy during the long holidays

The room air conditioner is not cold even though the temperature has been adjusted several times, the food for breakfast is not as good as the name Sheraton and the dinner is not tasty either.

Despite reporting the issue immediately, no proper care or assistance was provided, and we have yet to receive an official apology from the hotel. The lack of concern and follow-up is unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be a luxury five-star property. Sadly, this was one of the worst hotel experiences our family has had.

The hotel is centrally located in Kuching, making it convenient to access nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast selection was good and the facilities were well kept.

We stayed at Sheraton Kuching for a three nights family trip and it completely surpassed our expectations. The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming, making our check-in seamless. Our room was immaculate, spacious, and featured a remarkably comfortable bed. We loved the central location, which was within short walking distance of local attractions and transit lines. The morning breakfast buffet had an excellent variety of fresh sweet and savory options. We will definitely return again soon!

Super great service from the concierge. Can’t remember the name of the lady who served me but she was so kind.

Everything is great except my one suggestion that the shower drain and sink drain for the basin needs to be cleared. It’s flooding.

Schönes großes und ruhiges Zimmer mit bequemen Betten. Der Blick war tagsüber nicht so berauschend aber abends mit den Lichtern sehr schön. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Lage gut. Der Blick vom Pool war toll, der Pool selbst auch, nur das Wasser hätte wärmer sein können. Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Hotel, wir haben verlängert und würden wiederkommen.

Das Frühstück war so mittelmäßig, die Auswahl an Obst war etwas eingeschränkt und immer dieselbe. Für Leute die gerne warm frühstücken gab es mehr Auswahl. Das Bad könnte langsam mal renoviert werden.

Superb! Loved the pool accessibility till at night and it shaded concept

Great staff, couldn't have been more helpful, and our children loved the pool. Find it hard to fault - rooms, breakfast, quality, staff all excellent. Kuching is also a brilliant place to explore and the Sheraton very well placed for this.
