Chosen for its location, which was perfect.

The room was very nice and only downside was the condition of the windows, which needed removal of some black marks and repainting would have improved the room.

Location as closed to our friends house. Bar had a nice outlook.

A really lovely hotel in a great setting. Our room -11 was fantastic. Large with bath and shower (I had requested a bath) Very comfortable indeed.

I would have given the hotel full marks but the only thing I felt let it down was the staff and restaurant service. The gentleman on reception was friendly but other staff not so unfortunately. I can't say they were rude but did not go above and beyond. We had guests dine with us for evening meal but disappointed with service. We had to seek out a waitress to ask for desert menu then when we were given one nobody came to take our order. Similar occured at breakfast. We were sat at a table but no one came to take our order. I had to ask the waitress who was cleaning tables. Such a shame as we loved the hotel itself.

Restaurant was not good, returned the drink at evening meal , dirty glass, poor service, had to find staff to order. Plate cold. Then incorrect bill! Breakfast egg not cooked properly. I have stayed here previously, similar problems. Not again.

Large comfortable room, luxury shower, superb breakfast on first day, and helpful advice from staff about our entitlement to use the nearby holiday park's swimming pool.

We had to leave early in the morning after the second night, and sadly our order of the takeaway breakfast was forgotten or mistaken for another date.

Good breakfast and lunch on the previous day at the Pavillion.

Awful meal at the restaurant. Absolutely disgusting. Our anniversary dinner was ruined. My husband ordered minced pie but got a chicken pie instead. The chicken fat tasted disgusting. The dish was refunded by the restaurant. My "gourmet" burger tasted fowl. The chips it came with had black spots all over. My husband tried my beef patty and had to spit it out. Where I chose not to make a scene at the time we requested a refund once we returned home. We received a confirmation email from the hotel that my meal will be refunded. We are still waiting for a refund. Clearly the kitchen has problems. Both our main meals were disgusting.

The manor and location itself very good fir central travelling spot. Major superb buildng. Staff and bar areas great. Great place to chill for a lazy weekend.

Not ideal for beach. knew this as we were here 1-night and know the area. Our room this stay not brilliant compared to previous stays. Bed too small and uncomfortable and shower the worst yet. Too small in size and access thro doors. Avoid quarter round showers. Rubbish. Double shower or nothing.

Breakfasts good, but most hotels serve tea/coffee to the table. Not ideal to have several guests in rather congested area moving around carrying pots of hot tea and coffee.

Twisted staircases difficult for elderly guests. No help with luggage offered. Room(fire) doors extremely stiff to open. Doors need to be key locked - not immediately apparent, and no mention from staff. .

The surrounding area and the open space were the highlight of my stay here🤩 The staff were friendly 👍🏽 The soup of the day was my favorite item on the menu😋 Additional tea choices in the second day: green tea, mint,chamomile and EarlGrey were very appreciated 😊

The beds pillows and cover were all way too hard for me. The room was uncomfortably hot at all times even when it's cool outside 🥵. I would preferred if I could get breakfast a bit earlier especially on the day of check out- not a cooked breakfast - , just some basic items available for early birds like a simple porridge or pastery would have been a big plus.

We loved our 1 night stay here. Comfortable bed. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious The views are amazing. We would have loved to stay longer but couldn't due to other commitments. Would definitely go back

Our stay was above expectations. The room was spacious and spotless, the staff polite and friendly, and the breakfast delicious. The hotel is situated in a beautiful place just twenty minutes walk to the beach. We enjoyed our short break and we hope to go back soon.

Le personnel : accueillant, disposé à aider et à renseigner. Il nous a accordé un départ tardif sans hésiter, a appelé des compagnies de taxi, etc.

La proximité d'une mare aux canards qui ne sentait pas bon. Une voisine bruillante un matin. Notre chambre du deuxième n'a qu'un Vasistas mais de grande taille. Venez en voiture, mais le bus pas à proximité.

The location was good for our intended visit to Sandringham Castle.

When we checked in we wasn't made aware of times for breakfast and facilities etc the couple before us were given a comprehensive overview. The room was tired and could do with updates considering the nightly rate. Double bed was extremely noisy and squeaked loudly when moving. Bathroom needed major updates and at times no hot water, grouting needed as mould and gaps in places. Bins, lampshades and kettles were worn and old fashioned. Window frames were rotten. No fridge in room. Breakfast was small portions for the price. No lighting in parking area after dark either.

The room was nice and large, the beds were comfortable and the facilities were good. The staff were very friendly and professional. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice and availability. We would definitely stay again, such a wonderful setting and lovely peaceful surroundings.

Beautiful building, very comfortable room, which was well equipped. On site wellness centre and short walk to beach. Guests can use facilities at Searles. Breakfast was included and of very good quality.

The Staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble to ask. Breakfast Menu was especially nice with a good selection. We stayed in a Pavilion Room, impressed by the outlay and our room was serviced Daily . There is plenty on offer from Golf to Leisure Facilities if you need them. We also dinned in the Pavilion Restaurant and Mulberry Restaurant Both had excellent menus and food was very nice. The bonus to staying here is you can take a short walk on the Golf path to Searles Caravan Park that also has a golf course and Bar serving food. From here you can walk along a path to Searles Clubhouse with ashop and chip shop all available to anyone staying at The Manor Hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and intend returning again

Booked late due to impending operation date. Asked for ground floor with walk in shower and everything was provided despite many guests. Very grateful. Food was absolutely first class. Amazing break.

The room for the money was a disappointment, although clean the bathroom skirting boards were scabby in need of paint. The shower was small, no good if you were a larger built person as the door in was very tight fit. The staircase to the room was dirty and again in need if decorating. The fan was noisy and next to useless, I did ask for this to be changed but it wasn't.

Breakfast really poor. Need to come into the present day and offer better quality options and less prepackaged rubbish.

Nice location, and a very nice hotel. The room was comfy and clean, lovely comfy bed. The bar was nice and staff very good. Very nice modern gym.

The room was over 30 degrees, it had 2 fans but didn't make any difference. You couldn't get a taxi, thats not the hotels fault, but this then makes the location a bit difficult to get into the town.

The staff were lovely. The hotel and grounds are lovely.

No aircon - listed building. One fan in the room - 30 degrees. We weren't able to sleep. The food was very oversalted and the meal took a long time to serve. There were very noisy children in the restaurant. But we were given a discount for the meal which was appreciated. We were not able to access the spa as my nephew is 16 and the spa is 18+ We walked to the swimming pool (not part of the hotel) which was about 40+ minutes walk so not very convenient.

I love the setting and countryside around the manor.

The bathroom was dated. You needed two very strong arms to flush the toilet and the bathroom extractor fan never switched off at all.

Stayed in the Pavilion Suite which was so space and comfortable. Staff were outstanding, had such a warm welcome.

This was an almost 10/10 but I felt the breakfast could have been better. Usual cold choices but the poached eggs on toast were a let down - no butter on toast and one poached egg that was overdone.

Breakfast was good although one of the older staff on duty was quite rude on Tuesday morning and not very helpful.

Room was quite noisy with rooms next door easy to hear and being woken by delivery vehicles in morning.

Breakfast was perfect. Well-cooked hot food in just the right quantity and a generous range of options for continental breakfast. The location was great in terms of being close to Hunstanton and being only a shortish walk across the golf course to the coast. The room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The staff were all very professional and pleasant.

Nothing could have been improved in terms of facilities, location and staff. It was more expensive than I would normally pay, but for the positive holiday experience it was probably worth it in the end.

There was a stale smell in the bathroom at the end of our 3 day stay. The bathroom had no window. We were in an upper room in a cottage with a velux window

The staff were friendly and helpful

the distance to walk from the blue badge bays to the room for my elderly relative was really long, as she had to walk back along the front driveway to the front desk and then the same distance back parallel inside to her room. If there was a cut through from the bays to the accessible facility rooms, it would have been beneficial to her. there did seem to be access but was only for staff.
