The 2 bedroom villa was merely them giving u all 4 villas separately. One of the bedroom is upstairs and the other room downstairs was turned into a living area WITH ZERO ATTACHMENT TO EACH OTHER. You need to get out of your room to go to the other toilet they claim they give you. We arrived after 10pm. So they have the whole day to prepare the room. The card couldn’t open the room down stairs because the door key receiver is broken. He “fixed” it which after a second try the door can’t be opened yet again. It was almost 11:30pm and I asked to just be given any other 2 room and they can stuff their villas. Initially he said he wasn’t authorized. He relented after I started raising my voice. The person assisting us to our room aka the guards, did little to assist us with the bags. Mind you, there are a lot of steps to walk up to the units. It was also raining earlier. The buggy’s seat was wet. My pants were wet from sitting on it. The bidet tap also went off the hook. The sink were quickly clogged from merely brushing my teeth

Pool is Huge. Buggy service from lobby to Room Breakfast was nice. The staff are super nice. Even let me check in early since the room are ready, i arrived 30 minutes early from check in time, and just try my luck to check in, the receptionist allowed me. most of hotel quite strict about check in time. Kudos for that. The room are great. i shall book another date with longer stay next time..

The phone is not working, the phone line is not working, could not make calls or receive calls from your own phone as the line is so bad. The tv is not working( screen snowing ) despite the premium price that we have paid

The service for the cost paid was substandard. The staff in restaurant didn't have a clue and one in particular was very rude. Really staff training is desperately needed for them claiming to be five stars

Nature surrounding

The breakfast served was not nice coz’ it didn’t match with the status of 5 star resort.. the food was just like a 3 star hotel and I can say that 3 start hotels are better. One more thing, the staffs were very kind and nice but their body odour were terrible. They came to my room sending extra bed we requested, yet we can still smell the terrible odour in our room after they left.. sad to say😆😆😆.. lastly the smell from the fish pond was also terrible and dirty.. pity.. nice place but management not good..

Dark & less light. Variety of breakfast. Room prices is pricey not worth it compare with room conditions.Need more maintenance.

maintenance was poor. Air cond was making loud sounds, shower holder broken, bathtub corners looks flimsy and cracked , floor was full of scratches , lights are too dim at least have one proper lighting at the vanity. Breakfast buffet was ok only, the ala cart menu was so much better. Hope to have more choices on the spa choices, and should clarify to customer regarding the hot stone antioxidant chamber regarding the treatment because i thought it was a hot stone massage🥲but the chamber is ok but not what i was expecting.

its a rundown villa. found dust in the room. didnt wipe thoroughly. wash basin and shower room clogged. so so facilities. they shouldnt charge the rooms like its a 5 Star facilities. breakfast very poor like a 2-3 star Hotel. the room charges should be lower

As a suggestion for future improvement, I believe the experience could be elevated further if the resort could provide a dedicated fishing spot and a BBQ area. These additions would create more engaging outdoor activities for guests, especially for families or group travelers. The location is serene and beautiful. Good to be close to nature. The woodwork is exquisite, and they're doing their best to maintain the structure through the property. The breakfast buffet and dinner at Chavo Chavo have a small selection, but the food was delicious. The gym, sauna, and spa were lovely.

The location seems to attract young families, so there are going to be a lot of children in the pool. The facilities in the room like the hotel phone (not connected), TV (bad reception, no connectivity to phone, or HDMI cable) and grout in the bathrooms are definitely aged.

Quiet and relax

Check in at 3pm. Not flexible. We came here to relax. Why we have to wait till 3,pm for check in when rooms are available. Hotels provide service. Many hotels do not follow this rule. This is contradicting to service to customers.

The resort is 40 mins from melacca,there is a free shuttle. Even tho advertises 4 eating places and two bars, be aware only one bar which opens at six and food choices somewhat limited

Cleaning quit improving more because every where in the room is dusty and hairy on the floor. A request from my son that please do vacuum cleaning under bed..it’s really bad.

The pool was awesome. Love the waterfall and the folliage surrounding it. Spa services were good and the attendant did a great job. Vegetarian food at Bayu Cabana was really delicious, might come back for this.

Bathroom had many issues: Shower head couldn't be mounted, exhaust fan was not functioning and on the last day before check out the toilet flush stopped working. Informed the front desk regarding the 1st two matters and it was resolved quickly. The last matter was informed at checkout. Also room fan only had 1 speed which was super fast. Full speed or nothing. Phone in the room was just for show. No wire connected. To make requests either have to go to front desk or whatsapp the number given. Cell service was poor and wifi was also patchy in the room. Better toward the lobby area.

Really impressed by the ambience of the room made by logs from Rusia. We booked two villa rooms and were thankful to have the 2nd floor facing the pool. Amazing view with the man-made waterfall. The balcony was clean and perfect to unwind. As the rooms were built using logs, we could hear other guests' voices but luckily other guests on the 1st floor were cooperative. My room has a fan as an alternative for the air-conditioner. It was cold at night so we opted to turn on the fan. Unfortunately, the fan for another room was not working. We had our dinner at a vegetarian restaurant next to the pool. It was unexpectedly great! We had a buffet breakfast in the morning, with sufficient menus but it could be better with more varieties. The room rate included a complimentary farm tour. We had the chance to try the berries and grapes. The tour guide made the 40-minute tour a fun and joyful one. Overall, it was a great weekend getaway for our family.

Breakfast could be improved e.g. by having more tasty fried noodles and nasi lemak with pandan leaves aroma since the menu is limited.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is nice, and the response to buggy requests is fast.

The room lighting is very warm. There is no fan remote control, and it has been running at maximum speed. 3 pin socket is very limited. The breakfast menu has limited options.

We were shocked that the room service people entered our room when we were in the room.

The only exceptional facility is the swimming pool.

The room kind of run down. Customer experience moderate. Had to top-up breakfast charge for a 7yo kid, even though the booking made was for 2 adults + 1 kid with breakfast.

The resort was haunted at night. I experienced mistic thing. My hair serum was throwned when i sleep. I heard loud sound when i sleep. My phone charger moving on its own. I cant sleep well for 2 days. Otherwise the staff was good, the surrounding was very calm and relax at daytime. breakfast was so-so.

We join the Philea go round tour which brought us to the orchard, our tour guide was really friendly and informative, we even got the chance to try some freshly picked grapes, overall it was a great experience...really enjoyed our stay
