No towel provided at the swimming pool,had to bring a hotel towel or your own towel. Old Tv and channel not clear,So tv is not used at all. Wifi is not so good. The water hole in the bathroom is clogged and causing water to stagnate.

From check-in to check-out, they were friendly, professional, and very helpful. They handled our requests efficiently and always greeted us with a smile, which made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay.
Firstly, the water pressure in the bathroom was quite low, which made showering less comfortable, especially during peak hours. This is something that could significantly improve the guest experience if addressed. Secondly, regarding breakfast, the variety was decent, but there were some aspects that could be enhanced. The juice was not sweet and was served at room temperature, which was less refreshing than expected. Additionally, there were limited glasses available, and guests had to wait at times, which caused some inconvenience.
