Swimming pool dirty with chlorine smell very bad. Bathroom not very clean. Breakfast just ok but the food was take long time to top up by staff even its just 8.20am. Its spoils breakfast mood.

POOR CONDITION OF THE HOTEL, ROOMS, PARKING LOT AND LOBBY. ARRIVE LATE BUT NO PORTER SERVICE. FRONT DESK OFFICER WAS RUDE AND ASKED ME TO TAKE TROLLY AND SERVE MY OWN LUGGAGE. NO LIFT. THE HOTEL'S EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR WERE VERY OLD, WORN, AND IN NEED OF RENOVATION.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Location is near to UTEM as we came for our son registration day. Staff were friendly and assist us with all our inquiries. Room is big and no smell. Aircon is good. Room is clean.water pressure is strong. Hotel is quiet good to rest and get a good night's sleep. Over all we were okay as we managed our expectation. Understand the history of the place.
Old and rundown. Swimming pool not very clean. Toilet fixtures need to upgrade. Alot of rust. Could be why water is a bit yellowish. Bedding and pillows too looks worn out. Hotel looks quiet but we were given the furthest room at the back and on the highest floor which is 2 floors up but by stairs only. As my wife has problem with her knee we feel old parents traveling to this hotel will struggle. Far from town. It's 30mins driving to mahkota parade by day if you are visiting for jalan jalan cari makan n sight seeing. Breakfast choice is weird. Nasi lemak, mee Hoon, mee Kari, bubur nasi, cocktail sausages, baked beans with some hint of scramble eggs inside. Salad bar, desserts, bread and cereal. We came at 8am and left at 8.40am. Scramble eggs gone, milk for cereal finish nasi lemak feels like white rice. Plates and cutlery station feel it's been there for long time as some top plates need to be clean. Hope managent can improve little by little. Small upgrades will means a lot to returning guests.

Hotel tiada lift, susah untuk yg bawa beg banyak atau anak kecil yg pakai stroller. Swimming pool air x jernih, yang kanak2 kotor ada banyak habuk atau benda asing dalam air. Tilam sangat gatal.. balik dari bercuti habis naik gatal2 kaki tangan sebab masa stay memang gatal x boleh tidur. bila husband check bawah tilam ada hitam2 x pasti apa.. Family room tak ada mini fridge, kettle pun rosak tutup tertanggal. penyangkut dalam toilet patah. patut kekalkan maintenance dan jaga kebersihan. Kitchen staf kurang.. makanan biasa sangat. breakfast dua hari rasa makanan tu sangat not impressive. mungkin boleh improve next time.

ya got one think I just one to share receptionist who not really understand what guest needed,hotel need to look for this matter,I suggest give them a better experience in customer service such as courses sometimes to fresh up what should they do, so that they can improve on that better in future.

The environment, beside forest. A bit scary. My room light blinking suddenly at 12.00am. Kamu rasa?? I stay alone okay.. call member room sebelah member dah tdo. Esoknya bgi tahu front desk, terus diorang dtg repair. Sama juga dengan lampu kaki lima. Gelapppp... And, repeatative menu every day (i stay for 5 days). Yg beza hanya 2 menu. Kelakar giler rasa wehhh.. tukar lah buat 1 menu kuih, setakat agar2 dan kek pisang hari2 🤦🏻♀️.. zaman dah moden, frozen food banyak kat pasaran, and the paling tak best today my last day breakfast, my son makan cereal dan, susu basi!! How can??? Sooo sad okay

Reviewed May 3, 2026bilik kurang bersih. Habuk terlampau byk. Dulang letak cawan dlm bilik berhabuk sgt, seperti langsung tidak dibersihkan. Breakfast pagi kata dari pukul 7-10am, tapi bila dtg pukul 8.45am, makanan byk dh habis, lepastu takda topup makanan. Boleh diperbaiki lagi perkhidmatan.
