Arkadi Hotel

Locatie ligt mooi in het centrum, kamer aan de voorkant is een pre dan heb je een mooi uitzicht. Dit heb je niet aan de achterkant daar kijk je uit op een saaie achterplaats. De man die de avond en nachtdiensten deed was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam van alle kanten. Ontbijt was simpel en basic.

ander personeel deed hun werk maar daar hield het mee op. Wij kennen de grieken met meer vriendelijkheid. Er is wel geluidoverlast als je de balkondeur open laat staan in de nacht. De hele nacht gaat het leven daar volledig door.

Ottima posizione per visitare la città. Colazione a buffet internazionale. Struttura recentemente ristrutturata con gusto e buoni materiali. Abbiamo apprezzato la bottiglia di acqua di benvenuto . Molto carino il balconcino che si affaccia sulla piazza e sulla città.

Stanza non molto ampia, comunque funzionale e ben arredata. La ns stanza si affaccia sulla piazza. Non adattissima per chi ha il sonno leggero.

Πολύ στενάχωρο το αποχωρητηριο. Ήμασταν τρια ατομα στο δωμάτιο και καμια απο τις πεντε μερες δεν μας βάλανε χαρτι υγειας, έπρεπε να ζητησουμε οι ιδιοι. Οι επιλογές του μπουφέ, σε σύγκριση με το τι πληρώνεις, είνα πολύ φτωχό. ι

The hotel is quite nice with very friendly employees.

There is a bar very near the hotel and the music from this bar is very very loud. It was very difficult for us to sleep.

The staff was super nice. The location is perfect. Cleanliness nothing to say! The morning breakfast was varied, with a lot of choice. The hotel is modern and clean. Frankly, I would not hesitate to go back!

Perfect location, right at the entrance to old town. Steps away from everything you might want and need. Clean, great breakfast, helpful staff. We were on the 5th floor with a balcony, the room was spacious and pleasant.

We really loved everything, but if I am trying very hard to find something, I would have loved a sun umbrella in the balcony.

Hotel situato in posizione strategica, subito all'ingresso della città vecchia e centro della vita notturna. Vicino a tutte le comodità: bar, ristoranti, farmacie, supermercato, e negozi di souvenir. Personale gentilissimo, educato e sempre a disposizione del cliente. Colazione ottima e stanza ampie e pulite. Consigliatissimo!!

Slabe wi-fi.Sniadania-jajecznica,bekon,fasolka,trzy rodzaje wedlin,salatka,mleko, platki,ser zolty i bialy,troche owocow.Bylismy dwa dni i na sniadania bylo to samo.Pokoj jak moza to bierzcie od strony frontu. Uwaga na taxi w Chania jak rezerwujecie ,nigdy nie przyjedzi na zabukowana godzine (dwa razy korzystalismy).Na lotnisko Chania taxi nie przyjechalo ,czekalismy 40 minut,musielismy wyjsc na ulice i lapac taxi. Zdazylismy na samolot,ale nie zamawiajcie taxi na ostatnia minute jesli macie wylot,robcie zapas na minimum 30 minut.

We stayed for one night, and everything was perfect. The room was great, clean, spacious, and with a beautiful view, in a great location right in the city center. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choices. Katerina at the reception was very helpful and polite, and she made us feel right at home. She even managed to have our room ready before check-in and called us as soon as it was ready. I’d highly recommend this hotel!

Excellent location, very convenient. Enough space to move around and was comfortable for our short stay. There are some fantastic restaurants and cafes in close proximity.

The hotel itself is lovely but the rooms are fairly basic.

Perfect location, newly refurbished building, clean. We booked the room on the top floor with great old city and sea view and with a large terrace to sit and relax! Breakfast was also good with local cheese, olives and pastries.

The wifi is a problem. Either from the breakfast area or from the room, the quality is very bad. Also the front office lady who is present in the mornings can try to greet visitors with a more welcoming face. The lady in the afternoon is very friendly and nice though.

Najviše nam se dopala lokacija hotela. Hotel je u neposrednoj blizini autobuske stanice i nalazi se na pešačkoj udaljenosti od starog grada. Prijalo nam je da se odmorimo i osvežimo posle ṣ̌etnje po gradu pred odlazak na aerodrom. U sobi smo u znak dobrodošlice dobili flašu vode, kafu, čaj i biskvite, a pred odlazak umesto doručka dobili smo lanč pakete koji su za pohvalu.

Sobzirom na lokaciju i frekventost turista u letnjoj sezoni, hotel bi trebalo da ima bar dva umesto samo jednog recepcionera.

The hotel is in a great location, conveniently close to the bus station. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help. The breakfast is delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options.

Πολύ μικρό δωμάτιο και στενή τουαλέτα με ελλείψεις, ενώ υπήρχαν θόρυβοι από τα air conditions.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura e non avrei potuto fare scelta migliore. Posizione strategica: L'hotel è centralissimo, a pochissimi passi dal cuore della città e dal suggestivo porto veneziano. Ideale per muoversi a piedi la sera e per esplorare la zona. Struttura e camere: L'hotel è completamente nuovo e arredato in stile moderno. La mia stanza era impeccabile: pulizia e ordine quotidiani ai massimi livelli, con biancheria sempre fresca e pulita. Colazione: Un vero punto di forza. La colazione internazionale a buffet è semplicemente eccezionale, con un'ampia scelta che accontenta tutti i gusti, sia dolci che salati. Struttura consigliatissima per chi cerca comfort, modernità e una posizione imbattibile. Ci tornerei sicuramente!

Siamo rimasti delusi dalla camera assegnata. Nell’annuncio erano presenti tre diverse camere, tutte molto più belle e curate di quella che abbiamo ricevuto. Inoltre, avevamo prenotato camere matrimoniali con due letti singoli uniti, mentre ci è stata assegnata una camera con un letto alla francese, decisamente più piccolo di un normale letto matrimoniale. La sistemazione, nel complesso, non rispecchiava quanto ci aspettavamo in base alle foto e alla descrizione dell’annuncio. I materassi, inoltre, non erano particolarmente comodi e il frigobar era completamente vuoto.

Très proche du centre - hotel propre, les chambres sont très bien. On n’entend pas le bruit de la ville à l’extérieur

Posizione ottima soprattutto se si viaggia senza auto.

Mancanza di parcheggio gratuito. Nelle vicinanze ne abbiamo trovato uno a pagamento con prezzi accettabili, mentre quello convenzionato con la struttura e da questi suggerito richiedeva un costo doppio rispetto a quello da noi trovato in autonomia.

Mir gefiel, dass täglich geputzt wurde, das Frühstück war sehr lecker und das Essen abwechslungsreich.Die Lage ist sehr günstig, in der Nähe des Busbahnhofs und der Altstadt sowie der Strände.

Mir gefiel die Aussicht vom Balkon nicht; vom Balkon aus hatte man einen Blick auf einige furchterregende, hässliche Gebäude.

Hotel in ottima posizione e gestito con grande pulizia. Unica pecca arrivando in aeroporto oltre la mezzanotte ho chiesto tramite messaggio su booking e tramite mail, se potessero farmi trovare un taxi all'arrivo, purtroppo non mi ha risposto nessuno. Ho comunque poi risolto trovando il taxi direttamente in aeroporto e ricevuto le scuse dalla reception. Comunque a parte l'episodio, lo consiglio.

We were well taken care of. Will return back if we travel here again. It was dead centre, super close to pedestrian street, bus terminus around the corner and super close to the sea via walk. We were able to check out and leave our items at the hotel and also shower and freshen up before returning to the airport.

Nothing to complain about, however I had friends who were on the 1st floor and they complained about a little noise from the street. On the 3rd floor we were well.

Relativ modernes Haus, direkt im Zentrum, unmittelbar bei den Hotspots. Sehr schönes Frühstück. Zimmer ausreichend groß, kleines Badezimmer. Keine Parkplätze direkt, man muss recht lange suchen, einen geeigneten Platz zu finden. Angeboten wurde ein kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz für 15,--€ pro Tag, fussläufig in 7-10 Min. erreichbar.

Keine direkt Parkmöglichkeit. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über einen kleinen Balkon, allerdings bei geöffnetem Fenster starke Lärmbelästigung, auch nachts. Gegenüber befindet sich ein langgezogener Park, der sowohl tagsüber, wie auch spät in der Nacht bis zum Morgengrauen von teilweise sehr zwielichtigen Gestalten bevölkert wird. Sehr starker Auto bzw. Busverkehr direkt vor dem Hotel.

Sa localisation, la gentillesse du personnel, surtout d’une dame, le petit déjeuner et la propreté.

Le bruit de la chambre sur rue, la petitesse de la salle de bain et ses équipements vieillots, en particulier la douche. Pour le même prix, nous avions déjà loué dans cet hôtel une chambre très moderne et paisible.
