The location of the property is excellent, staff were friendly, and hygiene was excellent level

The only thing was that generator sound was coming from Supermarket, and the room was a bit tiny.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, confortável, funcionários simpáticos e um café da manhã muito bom. Estacionamento perto a 15 euros por dia. Quarto excelente com uma varanda enorme.

Another perfect stay as always. We stay often in this hotel and have an excellent experience every time. The staff are all wonderful, they always make us feel welcome and this time they left us a gift in our room with a beautiful handwritten note. The hotel is in a great location, easy to get to from the bus station and not far to walk to the harbour etc. The room is always very clean and comfortable, breakfast is very good with many choices. Highly recommended!

Many rated the cleaness as the top, but I saw many reserves which were pretty far from the top, but no drama. Generally was everything ok 🙂

Sobretodo nos gustó la ubicación del hotel, está literalmente al lado del centro pero sin estar en la carretera principal por lo que no te enteras del tráfico de la ciudad. Tuvimos un inconveniente y el personal del hotel nos atendió de una forma excelente. Y por último pero no menos importante, el desayuno es increíble.

La habitación era un poco pequeña.

The location is right in city center close to everything-shops, old city, Nea chora beach and central bus station. The staff is Amazing-especially Samantha and Talya! They made sure I had a snack pack to take as I had an early flight. And the bartender George makes great drinks! They make the stay as comfortable as possible, which is special.

Booking’s description was misleading as far as view- there is no courtyard view there so I was a bit disappointed to realize I was facing the street. the room is a bit small but has everything you need. Esp as solo traveller.

Beautiful and stylish hotel. Perfectly situated within easy walking distance of harbour and old town. Warm welcome and friendly staff going above and beyond from the moment we arrived. Rooms were clean, comfortable and decorated to high standard. Fantastic options at breakfast. Everything was perfect would definitely recommend.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt im Morum City Hotel Die Lage des Hotels war hervorragend und sehr praktisch. Das gesamte Personal war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und bot eine gute Auswahl. Insgesamt hatte ich einen sehr angenehmen und entspannten Aufenthalt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich, dass das Hotel auch unsere Reise nach Santorini sehr freundlich und unkompliziert organisiert hat. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service und die herzliche Gastfreundschaft! Ich kann das Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen.

Die Zimmergröße hätte etwas großzügiger sein können, aber dennoch war die Größe völlig ausreichend und hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört.

Excellent location!!! Everything around shops, restaurants, coffee shops,pharmacies! Great helpful staff, we arrived at the hotel late at night and at the room fridge had sandwiches and water for all of us!! (Thanks for your hospitality) Great Breakfast! 🩷

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The manager was very friendly and attentive, and all the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of dishes to choose from. The room was beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. The hotel is also conveniently located — the sea is only about a 10-minute walk away. We really enjoyed everything about our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended! ❤️

Hôtel récemment rénové proche du centre et des commerces à pied avec la possibilité d'avoir une place de parking. La chambre est spacieuse, propre et la salle de bain est moderne avec une grande douche. Le service de ménage est très bien les serviettes sont changées tous les jours, les produits de toilette sont réapprovisionnés et vous avez même des bouteilles d'eau dans le mini bar à disposition. Le lit est confortable sauf les oreillers mais je suis difficile et c'est calme pour dormir. Le petit déjeuner est bon, varié et certains plats changent tous les jours, de plus pour les amateurs il y a du jus d'orange pressé. Tous le personnel est accueillant et gentil.

La douche fuyait dans la salle de bain à certains moments.

Excellent séjour ! L’emplacement est idéal, à moins de 2 minutes à pied du centre, des boutiques et de la vie nocturne, tout en restant dans un environnement calme. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très propres et disposent d’un balcon agréable et bien aménagé. Le personnel est accueillant et tout est parfaitement entretenu. L’hôtel possède également un parking (à demander à la réception), mais il est aussi possible de se garer dans la rue en respectant les règles de stationnement. Une excellente adresse à Chania, où je reviendrai sans hésiter !

Le petit-déjeuner est de bonne qualité, mais il pourrait être un peu plus varié afin d’offrir davantage de choix.

The location the best we were right in the centre.

2 blocks away from the old town market. We stayed on the 4th floor so it was very comfortable and the balcony was very spacious. Breakfast was very good too.

The rooms are a bit small and cramped but not a big issue. Parking is a big problem in Chania if you rented a car. Make sure to arrange a parking spot with the hotel (€15/d) or €20/d with a private parking lot nearby.

Hotel is very well located, just 5-10 minutes walk to the Old Town and the sea front. Everything seemed pretty new and in excellent condition. Comfortable room with plenty of space. Good breakfast selection and all the staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful with recommendations.

The hotel is also in a perfect location, right in the city center, making it easy to explore everything on foot. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of delicious food. The only small downside was that we could sometimes hear water noise in the bathroom when guests in other rooms were taking a shower or flushing the toilet. However, I’m quite sensitive to sounds and tend to notice these things more than most people, so it wasn’t a major issue. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Modern and clean, central location (Venetian port and Nea Chora beach within walking distance), friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast.

Standard rooms are definitely small for a 4-star hotel and balconies are very narrow unless they are located in the side facing the street, so we had to opt for an upgrade.

היה קצת רעש מעבודות בניין או כביש בחוץ ובצהריים זה היה קשה והיינו עם רכב לא מהבית מלון ולכן לא היה לנו חניה , אין חניות באזור כמעט

Supervriendelijke mensen! Heel goed ontbijt! Heel proper ook! Elke dag werd mijn kamer ook een beetje opgeruimd en zeer proper achtergelaten. Als je wat vroeger moet vertrekken dan het ontbijt, bieden ze ook ontbijtboxen, die ook heel goed zijn! Was een zeer geslaagde vakantie! Dikke duim voor al het personeel!

Het enige wat ik miste, wat eigenlijk maar een klein detail is, is dat er geen stopcontact op het balkon was, voor de rest alles prima!

I had a wonderful stay at Morum Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The location is excellent, with Chania Old Town and many shops, restaurants, and attractions just a short walk away. Everything was convenient and comfortable, which made my trip even more enjoyable. I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily return on my next visit.

El desayuno aún más variado aunq estaba bien.

Ωραίο και τίμιο ξενοδοχείο γενικά, σε πολύ κεντρική αλλά ήσυχη περιοχή. Πολύ καθαρό και άνετο το δωμάτιο με μικρό μπαλκονάκι, ψυγειάκι και ικανοποιητικούς χώρους. Θετική εντύπωση το γεγονός ότι είχε απλώστρα στο μπαλκόνι, παντόφλες, ντουζιέρα και καθημερινό room service. Ευγενικά όλα τα παιδιά στη reception που βοήθησαν σε ό,τι ζητήσαμε (μας έδωσαν ακόμα και πρωινό σε κουτί γιατί φεύγαμε 6 το πρωί!!!), αλλά και οι κυριες στην καθαριότητα. Το πρωινό ικανοποιητικό σε ποσότητα και ποικιλία. Στα συν και το μικρό γυμναστήριο με τα βασικά (βάρη και διάδρομο) για απλή και γρήγορη προπόνηση.

Στα πλαίσια βελτίωσης, ο φωτισμός θα μπορούσε να είναι λιγάκι πιο προσεγμένος, ενώ έλειπε κι ένα βοηθητικό (μεγεθυντικό) καθρεφτάκι στο μπάνιο για το ξύρισμα. Παρόλα αυτά, όλα ήταν οκ.

The team at reception is outstanding. We arrived one day earlier than we were supposed to, and they made arrangements to find us a room and made it possible for us to check in earlier. The team at breakfast was super effective and discreet, the breakfast was delicious, and everything was very clean. The cleaning staff was so joyful. Our room was very comfortable, even though the view was not so interesting, and they left us some treats throughout the stay. The bath towels were soooo comfy, the shower was amazing and they offered us towels to go to the beach, without any extra charge. We really felt pampered by all the teams and we couldn't have chosen better. The location was the best, especially for those who rent a car. There's free parking nearby and the hotel offers parking as well for a reasonable price. In 5 minutes walking, you're in the old town of Chania.

The breakfast was good. Had the most we wanted and it felt fresh. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. We also tried the room service which was very price worthy and tasty.

From looking at the pictures and the description of our room it looked like it had a balcony with two chairs and a table. But it turned out it was only one chair with a tiny furniture. This did not ruin our stay at all, but would definetly appreciate a more transparent information both in text and from pictures.

Central, yet peaceful location and close to everything essential. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Most of all, the staff is amazingly helpful and kind.

We were upgraded from a balcony room to a room with a terrace on arrival. The staff is very friendly and helpful (thank you very much!). The location of the hotel is very close to the old town and the beaches. The breakfast is very good with quite a lot of choices (salty/sugary). In front of the hotel there is a supermarket (handy).

Very good location, close to everything. Daily towel and bedsheet change even if the towels were left hanging (not on the floor), also 2 bottles of water were left everyday in the minibar. We were met with Cretan sweets in the room, which was a nice detail. Strong air conditioner. Superb breakfast.

It wasn’t a problem for us, but if you have a car, keep in mind that the roads were closed around the hotel for maintenance

O quarto era muito confortável, o colchão não era nada daqueles moles (parecia novo), almofadas perfeitas, as toalhas de banho grossas, daquelas mesmo boas, estava tudo limpo. O pequeno-almoço era variado e muito bom. O hotel moderno, simples e elegante! Funcionários muito simpáticos. A localização era perfeita! Para mim foi mesmo o melhor, 5*.

The location was great, central and not a very long walk to the old town. All the staff were amazing, friendly, helpful, very attentive.

Our telephone in the room did not work. Wish they’re were instructions on how to use air conditioner, how to change the different shower heads. The view was not the best, but I understand it was central.

Edifício moderno, sem remendos. Muitíssimo bom, nada mesmo a apontar. Transformaram duas camas single em uma, de casal, em minutos, apesar de ser domingo. Sala dos pequenos-almoços sempre com mesas compostas, sem pratos sujos por levantar como acontece com muitos 4 estrelas. Sumo de laranja natural e queijo e compotas muito acima da média usados nos hotéis. Profissionais com muito brio e dedicação. Destaque para a recepcionista Samantha.
