I have stayed at this hotel several times, and it has never disappointed me. The staff are always warm, friendly, and provide excellent service. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and consistently meet my expectations. Every stay has been a pleasant experience, and I'm always satisfied with both the service and the accommodation. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely continue staying here in the future.

everything! always go to place everytime i'm in batam. we even extended a night stay during this trip. makasih om ferdi and the other staff!

we thought we could extend the stay in the same room but unfortunately was assigned to a different room and the antislip mat was very dirty

It is so comfortable to stay in, and the shopping mall and the shop houses are nearby for just few minutes walks. The breakfast is good as well with choices of food we can have for breakfast. The staff are freindly too. I will book again with this hotel in the future.

I stayed in room 811 and the stench of the bathroom was quite bad. I did inform the staff to have it sprayed with air fresher but was not useful. Vegan and vegetarian choices during breakfast very minimal.

I Hotel　の名称で２か所あり、タクシーの運転手さんも間違えるほど。これは、どこへ行くにもストレスになった。 対外的に　I Hotel 〇〇、I Hotel●●　との表記が必要では。フロントに聞いたら、両ホテルは同じ会社で、運営が別とのこと。 洗面所に小タオル（この４星クラスのホテルでは、ハンドタオル、フェイスタオルの２種類は通常あると思う）がなく、ほかの部屋を清掃中だった若い男性スタッフに言うと、反抗的な態度で、２種類または３種類のタオル常備が、通常であることに全く理解を示さなかった。結局、小さなお粗末なタオルを渡された（このスタッフは、多分ほかのホテルの設備、備品を理解していないのでは？）。

The room was quite big for a standard room. The pool was not that small and it felt clean.

The sheets and covers were dirty when we arrived. We reported it to the front desk and they sent housekeeping to have a look at it. Unfortunately the person only brough few covers and they were also stained. In the end we asked them to change everything when we went out, but I don't think they did. There were still some stains present afterwards. We stayed for one night and clean sheets are a basic thing that every hotel should get right, let alone a 4-star hotel. We wasted our time waiting and sorting this out and not a single person told us they were sorry. Seems like a systematic issue.

Room service. I ordered a bucket of ice and it i did not receive any. I suspect the room service guy when to the north pole and get lost. That was night time around 9pm.

the rooms are always very good, i didnt expect front desk gave me a free upgrade to a apartment suite. breakfast, bar, quality of overall experience is very impressive. i am from a hotel background, i know my stuff. Its really good. It will definately become my permanant to go hotel when i come for work trip.

the bar, probably dont allow people to smoke inside is best. sometimes trying to enjoy what the bartender is doing but due to cigarette smell i cant really savour the drink.

The spread of food is great, there are always area of improvement moving forward 😀. Shopping amenities is a walking distance from the hotel. Safety is of no issues.

Like the location, walked down is the mall almost everything is there which what we want to do like food, reflexology, pedicure, hyper mart etc

The back has access to Nagoya Hill Mall, but you would need an access card to exit. So if you check put, you would either need to walk out from the front or tap the card and return it to desk. Food was okay

Hotel was great, just a walking distance to Nagoya Hill mall. Staffs was incredible and friendly and the breakfast spread was great too. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Will come again!

Very good hotel for the price we paid. Good pool: big enough for swimming and water in the pool was one the cleanest I have experienced. I swam for over an hour without goggles and my eyes didn't hurt after that...which is very rare in any hotel. Hotel close to local shopping mall and street food area. OK breakfast. Safe hotel with own security guards at the car gate.

Plus point Location, and the vibe.. this hotel is just perfect.. comfy bed and pillow, superb breakfast spread even its not alot, cozy lobby, friendly staff, good security at the entrance car gantry, back gate card access to nearby nagoya hill mall is just the best of all.. my top list when holiday in batam.. no regrets..

I like how the swimming pool is designed for smaller kids. They are able to walk in the pool along side with and adult in the adult pool. There's bath tub in our room which is a plus point.

The Jacuzzi is a nice idea for relaxation but during that period the water temperature is quite hot

The room is super big. Not what I expected. The service is great and super friendly. They greeted upon arrival. A 5 to 10-minute walking distance to the Nagoya mall. Everything is clean. Breakfast every day changes the main menu. The bed is very comfy. My mother told me that after she rested on the bed, she would doze off. There is an outdoor wedding going on with loud noise. To my surprise, after entering the lobby with the door closed, the noise disappeared and did not disturb people at the hotel. Would love to come again in the future.

Die Umgebung ist zu Fuss fast unmöglich zu erkunden. Keine Gehsteige keine Strassennamen keine Schilder zur Orientierung schlechte Beleuchtung und fehlende Kanaldeckel. Das betrügerische Personal!!!!! Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption hat uns beim auschecken viel zu hohe Taxipreise genannt. Uns dann falsch bezüglich der Zahlungsmöglichkeiten informiert, damit unter Druck gesetzt und dann beim Geldwechseln um 63 Euro betrogen. Das ist das Allerletzte!!!! Das vertrauen seiner Gäste so schamlos auszunutzen. Finger weg von diesem Betrügerladen!!!!

Good breakfast. The only problem seats are limited when the full guests are down for, breakfast let alone guests chat endlessly, though they had finished their breakfast. Most guests sit on the edge of the chair, blocking the flow of movement when getting off from your seated area.

The kitchen team is doing a fantastic job, refilling the food fast enough for the next guest. Very good spread of food - from local to Japanese, Chinese, and Western.
