The bathroom's half shower screen doesn't prevent water from flooding the toilet area. Also, the pipes are very noisy—you can loudly hear running water whenever neighboring guests shower or use the toilet, which is disruptive late at night and early in the morning.

The rooms were good, clean, staff were friendly. Location was good too, near Nagoya, easy to grab.

The breakfast can be better, more options especially for guests who stay more than a couple of days.

Overall, it is a nice stay in this hotel. bookings were sent to the hotel earlier to for them to arrange to be near each other. Thankfully the staff did a great job, putting the 3 rooms just side by side. Room is comfy and the 2 night stay is good.

Tried to pre-book the hotel transport from ferry, apparently they do not offer free ferry transfer but they said it is fully booked for my arrival date and departure date. decided to book taxi instead. the only turn-off is the staff in the hotel breakfast restaurant, my kid pour out a glass of orange juice from the juice jug and saw a green/black residue. decided to tell the lady server about this but upon informing the male supervisor; he just walk to the orange juice drink holder - take a few looks and walk off. totally ignoring the situation.

Breakfast food was not so nice. Limited choices. Pillow was too soft. The fruits in our suite room was not fresh, even though it was complimentary.

Hotel & Room are clean. Room are spacious too. The welcome drink at Lobby is a good gesture.

At first, i thought i booked for Asialink Nagoya. Ended up jalan sriwijaya. Which is quite a distance from Nagoya

Location is away from Malls. Rooms are small but clean. Breakfast needs a lot of improvement. Spread is very little. Not much selection.

Overall is great... Room just nice for a family of 3.. Got water heater, TV, WiFi and ac... All works well.. For breakfast, will be great if have more western breakfast apart from local cuisine.

There's no convenience shop or reataurant nearby.

1) Indoor Swimming pool is next to smoking area . We inhale secondary smoke during our swim . Please consider moving the smoking area away from the swimming pool in your upgrading plan 2) Ladies bathroom door at swimming pool is faulty and I was trapped inside for 10minutes . I have to banged the door to get help. Please install safety feature like an emergency bell (like those in hospital bathroom) in the swimming pool bathroom to alert if someone needed assistance
