The property is very spacious, worth the price and recommended for family grouping. Easy to access, very cleanliness, one of the most important part the shower had great water pressure and I really enjoyed it.

Location is good..near to nagoya mall, indomaret(convinient store), lots of ehailing,.. the staff is helpfull..the view is nice..they also provide free pickup from ferry terminal to apartment..also the tv have netflix, youtube exct…they also provided extra small bed..sofa bed also good n comfy…

the building from outside is very nice but the unit we got is terrible..the wall was covered with mold and the paint and water seal for the wall is damaged…actually this unit can be very good and have high potential, but the owner seems not maintain the wall and cleanlines…wifi also not stable during day time..

Do not have any air filter available. Water quality not great at all.

Living area very spaced…. Love the bed was comfortable…. Only the toilet a bit of smell, but so fast it clean just the smell…. If they can improve with that it will be perfect…. Overall love the place….

There's no partition in the toilets. The floor becomes very wet after bathing. There's also stain on some walls

Big apartment. The master bedroom was huge. It was really awesome. Good Location. Patrick was always on his toes, which is awesome, thank you Patrick.

The toilets could have been cleaned better, the floor was slippery n sticky whn wet, shows that it hasnt been scrubbed for sometime and it has an unpleasant smell n some of t fixtures looks like it need to be repaired n rusty parts. One more thing. It would be very useful to put a microwave at the kitchenette.

The location was pretty good if you are primarily staying around Nagoya. It is also very near the terminal.

The facilities need to improve. The hall toilet sink seemed like it was about to fall. The single room did not have air-conditioning either.

The toilet smelt bad. There was a huge cockroach that i had to ask my helper to help me killed it. The flush in the toilet didnt work that well and had to ask the housekeeper to come over and fixed the flush because the cockroach did not flush down well. And that got me thinking if i were to do big business how will that be? The water boiler was dirty. Booked this hotel because i saw alot of good reviews about it. Probably luck wasnt on my side that i received a bad experience.

The room was very spacious but it needed to be kept clean. The pillows and sofas an awful drooling smells. I hope the owner can keep the room with cleanliness as it has a good city view. It's very windy too. Good location because it's just a walking distance to Nagoya Hill Mall and easy access to nearby food stalls. The staffs were helpful and friendly.

I don't like the smell on the pillows and dust on the room floor. I hope the owner would get rid of the smelly pillow that was kept in the cupboard too.

The view is beautiful, and the apartment is clean and neat.

The tap is wobbly, the basis and the tap area are dirty. The tap and basis need to change. Small areas of the wall in both bedrooms are piling off. One of the sofas is way too low.

I like they provide free pick up and drop off. Host quite responsive, the check in and check out was easy.

I wish to have more things provided in the room, e.g: hangers, clean kitchen cloth, more kitchen tools. Struggling to adjust the hot water for shower.

Our stay in this unit was fantastic. Located just a 5-10 minutes walk to Nagoya Hill, where you can get all the needs and things like good food, groceries, massage, souvenirs, departmental stores(matahari) and etc. Morning markets and breakfast spots just few minutes walk nearby. To get good local breakfast and delicacies as well as fruits choices. The Host is very responsible and responsive, quickly prompt for all our request and queries in time. The facilities comes with Massage chair which helps for recovery after the quick walk around. Will come again.

Fast & Simple for access

There is a broken plug and you cannot use the electric stove for cooking.

This house has severe leaking issues during rainy days, all the water drops from the ceiling and the floor in the room is flooded with water, this soils not be listed for rental

Its spacious especially if you have a big family.

Some of the facilities cannot be used eg. Hairdryer and ironing table is broken. Some parts of the wall paint came off. Shower curtains are dirty. Toilet sinks are not cleaned. Even one of the toilet sinks looks like its going to fall off the wall. The rooms should be regularly checked for well maintenance.
