Friendly helpful staff. This motel is going through a transition/improvement, but needs to be done .

Backs on to a derelict building. Perhaps a halfway house, for people in transition. Furniture was breaking, floor was spongy, broken, no screen on windows, a/c needs a knob

Located close to chain restaurants and highway access but not noisy. Check in was easy. Bathroom was clean but very small. Price was right.

Bed had only a mattress cover, bottom sheet and a thin duvet. Couldn't figure out the tv system. Fridge worked but was plugged into a power bar sitting on the bedside table. Microwave and fridge could use a proper cleaning. Door locks did not inspire security. Bathroom window did not lock. 1 towel and 1 washcloth. The owners advertise renovations and new furniture but I must have been placed in an area they still haven't started.

Was ok but could have been better kept trash wasn’t taken out, no tv not even a cable box or anything to watch , coffee maker has old coffee in it pot wasn’t clean. Floors were it swept properly after your shower walking bare feet your feet are black with dirt

The room we got per night was $135, it was worth $35 only. The washroom seat was like it would fall on me. Toilet roll was not enough. The fridge was broken . No hangers too to say the least. Very poorly kept property. Extremely bad . We don't recommend this place.

I liked the pricing and location

The beds were kind of hard and uncomfortable but it was just a quick sleep for me as i passed through so not the end of the world

My room had a resident spider with several large webs- the door had been broken into many times and the key barely worked There were marks all over the locks (various). I wondered if anyone had ever been killed in my room. The windows did not open and the bathtub was heinous.

The price.

The bed needed a top sheet. Floor could have been swept.

Staff was amazing and could not do enough to ensure we had a good experience.

Parking for the rooms should be marked. People upstairs were parked in front of the rooms downstairs. When I'm on my motorcycle, I choose motels so I can park at the door of the room I'm in. Also, been on the road all day, I don't want to wait 20 minutes to check in.

I was very scarred. Local folks who seem to live there for a period of time were staring at me that gave me an ill feeling. They even watched and even moved to see the number of which room I went into in the second floor. In the room no deadbolt and only a “click in” lock as if it were a public bathroom. Very run down on outside. Looking out my back window I saw an abandoned motel which was run by unhoused squatters. The front desk said they would issue a refund. Upon calling the next day they said they would not. I paid $200 with tax for another place just to get out of there.

There was no top sheet. The bedsheets were dirty and stained. The towels were stained and stunk. The airconditioning was outdated.

Traveling as a family of six, it was nice to find a place with three full beds in the room. Not many places have more than two (and sometimes a pull-out couch). The room had new flooring, and looked newly painted. The gentleman who checked us in was very kind.

Traveling as a family with young kids, it unfortunately didn't feel terribly safe. There were many people gathered in the parking lot (perhaps long-term guests?) late into the night, smoking and drinking.

It was relatively close to the waterfront - just a short drive. It was also easy to leave in the morning as it is on the highway heading north. The bed was reasonably comfortable.

The TV, microwave, and lamp had all been unplugged, and even when the TV was plugged in it didn’t work. A staff member figured out that there was a loose connection and got it working, but I wanted to watch sports and that could only be done through the internet which was so glitchy that it was useless. There was no chair in the room - the only place to sit was on the bed so I had to eat my supper there using the coffee tray to protect the bed. The bathroom is oddly shaped and barely big enough to turn around; the shower was tiny and full of scars/marks/rust; the shelf over the toilet was hanging loosely at a downward angle - I was worried that it was going to fall on my head. The air conditioner was very loud but didn’t seem to cool the room at all.

Nothing about our stay was satisfactory. The entire room was extremely dirty and clearly had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. When we raised the issue with the manager and asked for the room to be cleaned, we were simply told, “All the rooms are like this.” Instead of addressing the problem or arranging for proper cleaning, they dismissed our concerns. This is completely unacceptable and not the standard of cleanliness we should expect from a hotel.

Everything was disappointing from the moment we arrived. Upon entering the room, we immediately noticed a large amount of hair on the floor and along the edges of the walls, which made it clear that the room had not been properly cleaned after the previous guests. The bathroom was even worse. There was a dirty tissue sitting in the toilet water, and the toilet seat was visibly dirty, as if it had not been cleaned at all. The shower area was extremely dirty, with a significant amount of hair left in and around the bathtub. On top of the cleanliness issues, the TV did not turn on and the Wi-Fi connection was extremely poor. Even during check-in, we had to wait a long time for the receptionist to arrive. We tried to address these issues with the hotel directly. We emailed the hotel and also contacted them through the booking site, but instead of addressing our concerns or offering any solution, we were simply told, “Sorry, I can’t address that.” We were also previously told by the manager that “all the rooms are like this” when we asked for the room to be cleaned. This was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Overall, the entire experience was unacceptable. We paid for a clean and functional room, but instead we were given a room that appeared to have been left from the previous guests. Despite bringing these issues to the hotel’s attention, nothing was properly addressed. We feel that we completely wasted our money, and the stay was absolutely not worth what we paid.

Staff tried to give me 2 double bed when I had paid for queen. In a room with water puddles on the floor and said he had just washed the floor. The fridge was leaking.

The booking info said luxury furniture, the beds were very hard and the place had been given a shoddy face lift .

Very clean, rooms updated

There was no sheet on the bed under comforter. Which I found strange, I prefer a fitted sheet on matters, flat sheet then comforter. Beds are very firm. We had no working television. But after 7 hours of driving we just needed a bed to sleep to continue our drive the next day.

The motel is under renovation. The shower control was backwards...ie the hot was cold and the cold was hot. The overhead light flickered. Every time the fridge went on or off there was a flash of light from behind it.

I just stayed overnight for few hours and it was a comfortable sleep.

Initially some smell in the room which eventually gone after couple of hours. Definitely seems to be slightly expensive for &150$, as breakfast was also not included. Remember not luxury, but overall it's good to take a stop here.

The door and entrance had been jimmied. Looked like it had been broken into many times. AC unit was destroyed. Motel looked nothing like the images.

In the middle of renovations. We could see they were Reno's Howe ever fridge not plugged in so no fridge for the night. Air conditioner unit in the window and instead of new curtains cut the curtains around the AC! Crazy. $ shower curtains. Absolutely no toiletries. Response to my booking when asking for a room was unprofessional. Sure.

Convenient location

Extremely filthy place. Stained towels. Pillows smell like sweat.Other people’s body hair in bed when we arrived. Overall very unclean place. We used our own pillows and sheets for packed for camping and left early morning.

You'd be better off finding a BFI bin in a back alley somewhere and sleeping in there. There's bugs, unbelievable amount of filth, old dirty socks, no coffee, bathroom full of mold, sticks so bad and bugs everywhere. This inn should be shut down by the local authorities. DO NOT stay here.

Locstion is good

The towels all had stains and my door lock could have been jammed at anytime to open my door. The cleaning lady left my door open and un attended with my belongings still in the room.

It was quiet and affordable with a decent location. We booked here once before and didn’t have any issues, it was a decent stay but the second time was awful.

Sheets on one bed were filthy and the other bed literally broke just from sitting on it. When you lifted it underneath you can see they made their own box frame and there were NOT proper supports in place. Lucky I wasn’t seriously hurt. The AC was barely working as well.

Location.

Room would heat up to 40 degrees in the afternoon. The little windows AC unit didn't have a chance. There was an overflowing dumpster in the middle of the parking lot

There were no staff on site upon arrival. The bed was dirty (hair, snot, stains), there was no top sheet nor was there a duvet cover - so every guest’s body touches the same blanket, the bathroom had pink bacteria, and the room was generally dirty. The grounds were littered with cigarette butts and the dumpster in the parking lot was overflowing. I called the front desk twice, both times there was no one on site and we had to wait for them to drive to the hotel. The staff member was generally unconcerned about the uncleanliness of the room.

Low price, staff was friendly

Room did not match online images, room was unbearably hot even with AC running. I left almost immediately and stayed at a different hotel.
