Die Hotelanlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir hatten ein riesiges Zimmer, das neu renoviert war. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, was typisch für Japan ist. Das Essen war auch rundum lecker! Strand und Onsen ebenfalls super. Rundum Wohlfühlfaktor!

Einziger Minuspunkt: Die Liegen und Sonnenschirme am Strand kann man nur gegen eine Gebühr mieten. Bei einer solch großen Anlage mit stolzen Preisen und Privatstrand sollte das aus unserer Sicht einfach inklusive sein.

Płatne leżaki na plaży - drogo !!!

I was there for business but couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. I stayed in the renovated rooms and they were absolutely beautiful and spacious. The whole experience was wonderful as you expect in Japan. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. There was not a bad moment during my 21 days there. I would absolutely take my family to enjoy this experience next time I come back.

The only complaint is when they switched to the smaller restaurants and had less options available and the food choices seemed to dwindle.

Long beautiful beach, very large and comfortable rooms (we stayed rennovated ones) super clean rooms and facility, very good shopping stores in the hotel. Also we had very good massages. Restaurants type and quality were also really good. Staff was amazing in everywhere in the hotel (reception, restaurants, pool, shops etc.)

Since this is resort we were expecting more entertainment (more than AI game and painting), such as ping pong table or boardgame room or Arcade room etc. Also there were only one Izakaya-bar in the hotel in the evening, which is closing at 11 pm. Would be better if there is another bar, which may be open later than 11 pm as well.

Dobre śniadanie. Piękna okolica. Bardzo duży i funkcjonalny pokój. W pobliżu przystanki autobusowe.

Brak możliwości zjedzenia posiłku w restauracji w godzinach 14 do 18 . W sytuacji gdy ktoś je śniadanie koło 10 a następny posiłek ma o 18 to jest uciążliwe szczególnie gdy to dziecko.

Te cobran por todo. Entiendo que el precio de la habitación te engancha porque es barato en relación a la calidad pero luego pagas por todo.

飯店專屬沙灘，海水乾淨得不得了，怎麼待都不膩，真想整天泡在海裡。

飯店設施的確很有年代感，應該適度更新一下

入住期間，正正是颱風白海豚來襲！雖然擔心，但酒店內的設施非常充足，既有便利店，又有商店可以購物，而且仲有室內泳池，雖然只能在入住的第一天於私人沙灘游水，不能玩水上活動有點可惜，但風景十分優美。酒店內還有三間餐廳，每餐都是吃自助餐，真係打風都不用擔心肚餓。酒店的防風設施亦做得非常充足！很感恩在白海豚到來的時候住進這間酒店，衣食住行都不用擔心，真心值得一讚👍🏻

因颱風關係而不能玩酒店內的水上活動，實在非常可惜！

Close to the beach

Needs renovation and a good clean, elevators and bedrooms where stinking, room was dirty, pool was incredibly filthy. For this price I would expect a whole lot more, this was unfortunately so uncomfortable that we moved out after the first night.

The staff is friendly and facilitates is very comprehensive

Kamers zijn mooi ruim en schoon.

Paar punten: - strand kun je gebruiken maar als je een parasol en strandbed wilt moet je voor betalen (dit staat niet vermeld op de site van Booking.com) - wifi is heel slecht op de gehele accommodatie, als je op de strand of zwembad bent heb je helemaal geen wifi verbinding. - Voor het bedrag dat je neertelt verwacht je tenminste dat koffie en thee gratis is op de accommodatie maar helaas hadden ze zelfs geen koffie of thee op de kamers aanwezig!

The pool was fun for the kids.

Everything was extra. From pool towels, beach towels and additional room towels. The activity course was extremely expensive .

早餐算豐盛有兩間可供選擇；有室內泳池和室外泳池加上靠海灘的水上設施，非常適合玩水度假之旅 房間整體寬敞高級，有雙床浴缸還另有空間擺放桌椅，甚至有陽台和桌椅可供使用 還有溫泉設施及付費的水上和戶外活動，飯店內有小賣店和多間咖啡廳及餐廳可供選擇

溫泉設施銜接的動線十分不順暢，而且還需要另外付費 早餐的場地有些遙遠，若不熟悉飯店路線會要找一下 停車場是在飯店對面，而且須要過馬路，下雨時會稍有不便

晚上飯店外有表演 滿不錯的 餐點也好吃

要Check in 時 遇到2位服務員態度不太好 愛理不理 也沒有認真聽你需要幫忙的地方 不確定是不是聽不懂英文的關係 還好最後遇到一位會講英文的服務員 才順利 check in

Limpeza muito má. Não deram toalha para uma bebê, queriam cobrar, acabamos por ter de usar as nossas toalhas de rosto para a bebê. Condições acústicas péssimas nos quartos, Ouvíamos barulho dos outros quartos e corredor. Comida muito má. De todos os países onde já estive e hotéis, este hotel foi sem dúvida o pior

朝食の種類が多いし、海上アスレチックなどアクティビティが豊富。温泉もかなり広い。ショーもあり、スタッフもとても親切でした。 子供連れには最高。

部屋の鍵がカード式ではないし、館内が広過ぎて迷う。駐車場が道路の反対側でとにかく歩く。

プライベートビーチ、部屋からのアクセスが良く楽しめた。 コンビニも近くにあり、便利だった。

建物が全体的に古かった。 朝食が少し物足りなかった。

Il y a beaucoup de chose à faire dans l’hôtel ! Personnelle très aimable malgré un assez mauvais anglais. Les restaurants présent dans l’hôtel sont plutôt bons.

Les chambres du 3ème étage au 7ème étage ne sont pas rénovés : odeur de meuble vieux, climatiseur très bruyant, on sent les ressort dans les lits, aucune prise usb, une seule prise électrique japonaise à un seul endroit de la chambre (loin des lits) et l’hôtel ne propose pas d’adaptateur électrique pour les prises européenne. Les chambres luxueuses n’en ont que le noms. Il est également possible d’avoir une chambre à côté des buanderies, ce qui est très bruyant. Chaque activité de l’hôtel est payante.

La diversité manquante des repas, aucune adaptation aux régimes alimentaires demandée à plusieurs reprises et répondant non avec le sourire , la chambre des enfants jamais nettoyée, toute les structures en supplément , des cafards dans le restaurant , il ne cherche jamais à arranger le client à rendre service , toujours non avec le sourire , communication difficile , hôtel vétuste , personnel incompétent

Staff were very polite and friendly. Food available was delicious. Great massage and views over the ocean. Brilliant entertainment with all the traditional dances on offer each night.

This resort is aimed at families, particularly Japanese families. A lot of experiences aimed specifically for children and for families, so great for a holiday with your children. Not so great if not seeking a family holiday. Lovely location on the beach but car a necessity to see other areas/attractions on the island. Room had a musty smell and needs updating, mattresses uncomfortable but clean and a good size. You need to pay for everything at the resort on top of accommodation including use of the gym.

This hotel is pretty dated but works very well. There's staff everywhere doing and being busy. My son and I were there from Friday to Sunday it was very busy. This hotel has its own private beach with lots of paid water activities for kids. There is also an indoor and outdoor pool which I think you needed to pay for indoor one. Lots of restaurants and a couple of clothes and souvenir shops and a little food shop. They also had a kids activity club. Our stay included a couple for either breakfast or lunch which was absolutely amazing. There was also some discount coupons for the BBQ buffet restaurant, massages and a welcome soft drink. The hotel itself is very dated and could definitely use newer furniture. It was ok and functional beds were comfortable. The room itself was very big. Overall it was a comfortable stay. There is a Family mart and parking (1000Y for our stay) across the road. A couple of restaurants within 5 mins walk.

ホテルが大きくて滞在していて楽しい。今回は台風で利用できなかったがプールも楽しめる。水上アスレチックがあるのも良い。

館内の劣化が少し気になる。部屋も時代を感じる感じで悪くはないが寝具の清潔さが少し気になる。子供がベットに入った途端、鼻水くしゃみが止まらなくなった。 宿泊者なのに大浴場が有料なのは残念すぎる。

Everything you need was right there!

Nærhet til stranden, basseng og butikk. Svært vennlig personale. Flere restauranter på området med stort utvalg av mat, dog lite vestlig. Store romslige rom med balkong. Lett å komme seg til med limousinebus fra flyplassen.

Hotellet er stort og var nok veldig flott for et par tiår siden. Begynner å bli slitent og kan trenge en oppdatering. Litt kjedelig å måtte betale ekstra for alle aktiviteter som treningsstudio og strandstoler på stranda tilhørende hotellet. Det var en tyfon som påvirket deler av oppholdet. Det kan selvsagt ikke hotellet noe for, men vi fant ut av det tilfeldig og det hadde vært fint om det ble gitt informasjon om at det var ventet slik at vi kunne planlagt returen bedre.

・館内がとても落ち着いた雰囲気で、とてもリラックスできたこと ・レストランが充実しており、当日の気分に合わせてご飯を食べることができたこと ・アメニティが充実していたこと

・枕元にコンセントが無いため、スマホを充電しながらベッドで横になることができないこと ・鍵が開きにくい部屋があること ・夕食のラストオーダーの時間が少し早いと感じた

Great food, good rooms, lots of stuffs to do.

Even when hotel was not full not even close to full we needed to wait till 15:00 to check in and we arrived at 14:00. It's hard to belive that room wasn't ready. Not a new hotel, could do little renovation, especially pool area. Extra payment for all, I can understand extra for massage, saunas, jet ski and some other stuff that is normal to be paid extra, but they even charge ball for the pool for the kids, swimming vest and many other stupid stuffs.

We had an excellent stay at this beautiful resort. The views of the ocean are absolutely breathtaking, and the beach is gorgeous, with clear water and a unique, relaxing atmosphere. The buffet meals offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, with something for everyone at every meal. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would be delighted to stay here again. Highly recommended!

シャワーとトイレの仕切りが小さいせいかトイレ側の床がシャワーの水でびしょ濡れが困った　 館内が広すぎて迷ったのでもう少し案内板とか多いと助かります

Wir haben die renovierten Zimmer gebucht. Diese sind grundsätzlich sehr schön eingerichtet und haben es uns sehr gefallen. Die Lage des Hotels direkt am Strand ist sehr schön das Essen überragend von der Auswahl und geschmacklich gut.

Das Personal versteht leider nahezu kein Englisch und die Kommunikation war fast unmöglich. Anfangs wurde unsere Buchung nicht gefunden und es war sehr konfus dem Mitarbeiter zu erklären, dass die Buchung aktiv und sogar bezahlt wurde. Zwei Mitarbeiter später, wurde die Buchung dann plötzlich im Hinterzimmer doch gefunden nachdem mir mehrmals erklärt wurde das ich das Hotel nicht gebucht habe. Die Größe des neuen Standard-Zimmers ist unterirdisch. Es gibt keinen Platz den Koffer im Zimmer zu öffnen. Ich verstehe eine derartige Planung bei einem neu renovierten Zimmer nicht! Völlig inakzeptabel, dass man als Gast seinen Koffer am Gang des Hotelflurs auspacken muss, weil man sich im Zimmer nicht bewegen kann. Leider totale Fehlplanung!

朝食ビュッフェにいたシェフがとても態度が悪かった。 外国人宿泊者へ対しての悪態、暴言。 びっくりしました。 そのたった1人のシェフ以外は、皆さんとても親切でした！

早餐自助餐非常豐盛，高樓層景色很好，可以看見大海。

房間內的熱水壺應該使用非常久了，金屬加熱表面已有嚴加熱塗層脫落情形。

基本的には良かったです。 ビーチも目の前で家族連れなのでとても助かりました。

部屋のエアコンが壊れていたのか、 ずっと16℃でつけてました。 ギリギリ涼しかったです。 またビーチのレンタルの際、 関係者がすべて外国人で英語オンリーだったのが少し引っかかりました。

房間超大，私人海灘很棒，晚餐吃BBQ邊聽海風超舒服，有室內室外兩個游泳池。

Breakfast is the highlight of this hotel, from Japanese, Chinese, and Western dishes. The selection was huge, and the food was delicious and fresh. The restaurant has a beautiful sea view. I recommend the restaurant with the barbecue grill. The beach hotel is sandy. In the evening in hotel was Okinawa show it was worth to watch. A few shops in hotel was very convinient. We received water coupons for each day of our stay

We were given a room facing the street on the fourth floor, above the large fans. The noise was unbearable, so the balcony was closed at all times.

Nice hotel on good beach, good new rooms on top floors, also awesome sunset view. Helpful staff and nice onsen. Also can have a different spa facilities.

Sun beds on the beach is for charge.
