I have stayed here several times, and the staff have always been very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a good size with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom with a shower. Breakfast is good, and having a garden to relax in is a bonus.

There is nothing not yo like.Itwould be nice to have a key for the front door, to not have to ring the bell to be let in.

The hotel was a short walk to the Underground station and was very close to the airport. There was coffee and tea available all the time from the kitchen. The shower was nice and there were large bath towels. I appreciated the variety of yogurt, especially Activa.

The room was very hot and the window opened up to a storage room so there was no way to get fresh air. The room had a fan but no A/C. The room was small with no place to put our luggage. We had a skeleton key to open the door to our room. I had a difficult time using it. The coffee at breakfast was instant and I didn't know how much to put into my cup.

The backyard was great. We could enjoy dinner from a nearby restaurant there, and it was also a lovely place to sit and read a book in the evening. I’m not sure I can properly rate the beds, as I couldn’t sleep much at all because the room was too hot. However, this was probably not the guest house’s fault, as we stayed during the heatwave and there is no air conditioning. At least they provided a fan, which was helpful. The kids rated the bunk bed as comfortable. The location is very convenient if you need to be at Heathrow early, as it’s very close to the airport. There was also a communal fridge, although it was quite full and a bit disorganised. Breakfast was OK, not best, but fine.

Room was clean, good value for money and had a ggod shower in the small bathroom. Breakfast was very good albeit a buffet breakfast

TV didn't work properly as the router connection didn't appear to be very good. light bulb in bedroom needed replacing.

Bathroom was newly renovated and was very nice. They had a continental breakfast which was nice. Owner came and talked with us at breakfast. Upon arrival front desk walked us to our room and showed us where everything was.

It's a very friendly place. The staff do everything to help make your stay pleasant. There are plenty of buses and it's a 5 minute walk to the nearby tube station (Hounslow West, on the Piccadilly Line).

The room had no window so it was a bit stuffy but worth it for the price and definitely worth it for a night or two.

I forgot to lock my room door and I lay down to take a nap. Someone opened my room door and enterted my room, without my consent. After locking my room door, I heard someone else trying to enter my room. That was unpleasant becasue the person that entered my room while I was resting was a male.

Another Perfect Stay at Skylark Guest House I recently had the pleasure of staying again at the Skylark Guest House in West Hounslow, and it was a truly delightful experience from start to finish. If you are looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and conveniently located place to stay near London, this is undoubtedly the spot. The highlight of the stay was the incredible hospitality provided by the owner, Suk. He is an excellent host who goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels at home. His warm welcome and attentiveness set the tone for the entire visit. The rest of the staff were equally excellent—friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. One of the biggest advantages of this guest house is its location. It offers fantastic tube access, making it incredibly easy to travel into central London. Whether you are visiting for business or leisure, being so well-connected to the city while enjoying the quieter atmosphere of West Hounslow is a major plus. The breakfast was nothing short of excellent. It was the perfect way to start a busy day of sightseeing or work, featuring a delicious full English breakfast that was both fresh and satisfying. The rooms are well-maintained and comfortable. I stayed in a standard single bedded room that featured a large, modern shower cubicle, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay. I cannot recommend Skylark Guest House enough. Between Suk’s wonderful hosting, the brilliant staff, and the superb location for getting into London and in particular the Emirates Stadium for Arsenal home games for me(!), it is a fantastic choice for any traveler. I will certainly be returning again.

Il luogo è estremamente trasandato e le foto non sono assolutamente corrispondenti alla realtà (probabilmente sono vecchie di 15 anni). Le recensioni e le foto che ci avevano indotto a prenotare questa struttura sono state assolutamente fuorvianti e non corrispondenti alla realtà.

At the entrance and somewhere before the lounge there was a slope which is easily overlooked and person/ children can trip/ fall. Isn’t it good idea to paint in yellow/ or white stripes/ zigzag/ crossed line to highlight different from plane floor ?

Stayed here for two nights and then flew out of Heathrow. Perfect in between for exploring London but making it to the airport early the next day! Really close to public transit. Very comfortable rooms, beds were made up for us on the second day and breakfast was great. Would love to stay here again. Wasn’t too bad without AC during the heat wave.

Chambre pour 5 (2 lits double et un lit superposé) confortable, literie ferme, une fenêtre mais avec vue sur un couloir, petite sdb, copieux petit déjeuner. Calme le soir et la nuit, parking sur place.

Lovely and clean rooms, good location for tube access to London, and the staff are very accommodating - Suk is a squire and a gent! We'll be using this as our primary base camp for all future London visits, highly recommended!

Everything,good location to Heathrow and town centre, the staff were absolutely amazing and friendly, nice garden to sit in and relax as best you can considering you are in the flight path... I shall stay here again next time I'm in Hounslow I give them 10/10... Highly recommend..

The convenience to any events in hounslow itself and very close to restaurants and the train station within walkable distance. It's lovely for a summer short stay of a day or 2. We got a lovely room in the cover overlooking the garden area.

It's a really small space where a double bed was against the wall and the other person has to slide out of the bed to get out so only suitable if you are able to do this .

Free parking, near Heathrow for drop off, Very warm welcome, good facilities for sitting out in the garden, even getting uber eat delivered in. Room was a bit compact but ok for 1 night. Very good value for money and everyone polite and helpful.

Chegamos por volta de meia noite e fomos muito bem recepcionados por um membro da equipe que foi extremamente simpático. O hotel é simples e bem localizado, a poucos metros de uma estação de metrô. Possui bom chuveiro e o café da manha, tipo continental. O dono do estabelecimento também foi muito simpático, nos deu informações dos arredores e ainda nos ofereceu agua quando saímos, pois o dia estava bastante quente.

Sugestão: analisar a possibilidade de instalar "Ar condicionado" nos quartos para o próximo verão e o check out poderia ser as 12:00am.

All members of staff in this little gem of a guest house were brilliant helpful,friendly and you were made to feel welcome the minute you landed would definitely stay again buses and tube train to go anywhere in London

Was given room with a bed not as requested sent and they say NOT got. Also the water was not hot as the pressure in the boiler was to low, what i mean is that the Bar pessure was set at 1 bar and should be at least 1.5 bar. 1 bar pressure is to low to get any hot water. Garden needs tidying and cleaning ,leaves that have been there for years and floor needs jet washing proffesionaly. Also the bedding and towels smell dirty as they are washed in the washing machine that has not been cleaned in years.

Good experience for our family. The beds were comfortable and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We felt very welcomed. As almost every where in Europe there is no air conditioning and spaces are small, but is has a charming British flair and is in a great location a few steps from the Hounslow West Underground station. Breakfast was complete and good.

England is a tea-drinking country. I guess that’s why there was no freshly brewed coffee. Instead we had instant coffee. But that’s all part of the fun of visiting the UK tough! We will gladly come again.

Está al lado del metro y de mi cu os restaurantes y supermercados. Los empleados son súper amables. Está a dos paradas de n metro del aeropuerto.

Die Lage zur Subway war sehr gut. Diese ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Ansonsten ist die Gegend um das Hotel nicht so schön. Die meisten vom Personal waren sehr bemüht. Wir hatten ein sehr kleines Zimmer im Garten. Dort hatte man zumindest kein Verkehrslärm.

Das Motel entspricht leider dem Englischen Standard. Der Raum war sehr klein. Die Möbel alt. Nur ein Standventilator brachte etwas bessere Verhältnisse in den Raum. Bei großer Hitze kommt man da kaum zum Schlafen. Wir hatten zwei schmale Einzelbetten. Die Matratzen waren weich. Das ist aber Geschmackssache. Der Fluglärm ist dank Einfach Verglasung deutlich zu hören. Die sehr laute, nicht klimatisierte und alte Londoner U-Bahn braucht ca. eine Stunde in die City. Das ist anstrengend. Kosten ca. 14 Euro pro Fahrt und Person. Ich würde für einen längeren Zeitraum in London lieber näher im Zentrum buchen um die lange Anfahrt zu minimieren. Die Zimmer sehen auf den Fotos besser aus als sie wirklich sind

Un accueil fabuleux dans cet hôtel proche de l'aéroport d'Heathrow. Tout le personnel est adorable. Le petit déjeuner est très complet et l'espace pour se poser dehors est vraiment appréciable. De locatie was echt top!! 150-200 meter van een metro station die je in 1 rechte lijn naar hartje London brengt Max 20-25 min. Centrum met restaurants(20 min lopen) en supermarkt op loopafstand 1 min. Maar personeel echt super aardig vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Je kon de koelkast gebruiken om zo etenswaren of drinken in te doen

Bedden waren slechte kwaliteit, heeel warm op de kamer ( een ventilator hadden ze er neergezet) kleine douche, niet mega schoon.
