Hotellet har ett väldigt bra läge och det var ett stort plus att vi kunde lämna våra väskor där redan innan incheckning. Efter utcheckningen kunde vi också lämna kvar vårt bagage fram till flyget mot en mindre avgift, vilket var väldigt smidigt.

Vi hade betalat extra för ett rum med fönster, men det som fanns var egentligen en lång dörr med frostat glas. Det kändes därför inte riktigt som ett vanligt fönster och var en besvikelse. Rummet var också ganska litet, men eftersom vi i princip bara var där för att sova var det inget större problem för oss.

Leider gab es keinen Kleiderschrank und auch keine Möglichkeiten der Tee oder Kaffeezubereitung im Zimmer.

The hotel and the room were clean. The staff was really helpful and very attentive. The street where the hotel is located is calm even if it is next to a very active street.

Location is very good if you are taking the Stansted Express--only a few minutes' walk to the hotel. The station is in a very noisy area but the hotel is in a back street and doesn't get affected. I needed a supermarket and there are 2 nearby, within 3 minutes' walk. I had sent an email to the hotel saying I had a large suitcase and they said they didn't have accessible rooms, but they did have a lift, so I was relieved.

I knew my room didn't have a window but it did feel a bit confined when I got there. Would have liked a kettle as well. There was a lot of noise from customers talking loudly in the corridor. Had to experiment a bit with the lighting settings. No other issues.

There was a wall-mounted cupboard with three power sockets next to one bed, but nothing next to the other. The bathroom had only one towel hook, so the second person had nowhere suitable to hang a wet towel.

Wygodne łóżka, czysty pokój, świetna lokalizacja - dosłownie 5 min spacerem od przystanku z którego dojedzie się bezposrednio do lotniska stansted zarówno autobusem jak i pociągiem. Blisko znajdziemy smaczne restauracje, sklepy spożywcze. bezpieczna okolica. Śniadanie hotelowe było smaczne - pieczywo, warzywa i owoce były świeże. Jeden rodzaj szynki i jeden rodzaj sera - ale też bardzo smaczne. Obsługa bardzo miła. Zadbany mały i cichy ogródek idealny na poranną kawe. Pokoje nie są duże ale w pełni wystarczające dla osób chcących zwiedzać Londyn. Dla kogoś kto planuje spedzac dłuzszy czas w pokoju może być trochę ciasno.

nie działało nam wejście na USB i wejscie C w pokoju - zgłaszaliśmy to ale jednak nikt nie pojawił się zeby to naprawić. zapomnieliśmy przejsciowki wiec nie moglismy korzystać z gniazdek. Na recepcji można kupić przejściowki więc to jest akurat plus. Minusem było jedynie to, że gdyby w pokoju działało wejscie na USB to nie musielibysmy jej kupować.

Absolutely great location! Walkable and easy access to bus and tubes! I came directly from LHR and was there in about 45 mins! Very clean!

The rooms are tiny but I didn’t mind as I was only there for a night but could barely open the suitcase. Also paid extra for a window but you couldn’t see out.

Localização é ótima. O hotel fica próximo do Spitalfields Market e está muito bem servido por transporte público com várias estações. O quarto estava limpo e tudo era como nas fotos.

Quarto muito pequeno e sem janela. Pode ser pouco claustrofóbico para algumas pessoas. Tirando isso, tudo certo com o quarto.

Malý personál, skvělá lokalita. Pokoj malý ale fajn, krásné uklizeny. Hotel má pěkný vnitroblok se zahradou. Snídaně jsme neměli….nemohu hodnotit.

Měli jsme rezervovaný pokoj s oknem……okno ale mělo mléčné sklo, ale bohužel jsme tedy do toho pěkného vnitrobloku neviděli.

Prima hotel, leuke wijk, goed bereikbaar, vriendelijk personeel. Het ontbijt was top: veel keuze, verse producten, goed aangevuld, gezellige ontbijtzaal. Kamer en badkamer conform verwachting aan de kleine kant, maar voor ons geen probleem, niet aan gestoord.

Herrie in de (vroege) ochtend, ook in het weekend door het ophalen van vuilnis en glas. Kamer 's nachts aan de warme kant, ondanks dat de airco op 17 stond ingesteld.

The location was perfect for an overnight city stay, the hotel staff were all extremely polite, helpful and friendly. The room had everything we needed and was comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

I am an extremely light sleeper, and the fire doors in the hallway are loud when they are closed by guests during the night.

The location is very good and close to the Liverpool train station. It's easy to travel by bus or train.

I had an accessible room and the wet room bathroom was very literal! After my shower the whole room was flooded. I also didn’t have a window in my room which I know can happen in London but would have been nice to have the option to change that.

No tienen mesa las habitaciones y no tienen para llamar al taxi, el Uber llegó tarde y mal, no vino a la puerta y no ha abia nadie para ayudar, perdí el tren.

We always stay here when we visit London. The location is fantastic and conveniently close to everything we need. The beds are always incredibly comfortable too!

This time our room was unusually noisy due to a nearby train station. Furthermore, the air conditioning on our entire floor was faulty and our room, without a window, became uncomfortably warm. Initially, the staff didn’t mention the issue when we checked in so we had to visit reception to ask for help. They explained the problem and assured us it was being worked on. Later that night we returned and asked if it had been fixed but unfortunately it hadn’t. The staff apologised and offered us a room fan which was helpful.

Narrow hallways and too many doors, made it difficult moving my luggage to the room and lobby.

Room - very small, but clean, modern and well equipped.

Не особо приветливый персонал, совсем малюсенькие комнатки, постоянно слышен грохот то ли метро, то ли поездов (даже по ночам), неудобнейшая система света и кондиционирования в номера.

Бюджетна концепция, с много добро качество за парите си. За самостоялно пътуващи и/или семейна двойка стаята е добре като размер, особено ако основно само ще нощувате там, както бе и в моя случай. За мен локацията и близоста на хотела до близката гара бяха също от голямо значение. Разположен е във вътрешна уличка без шум от голямото движение на вън. Персоналът е невероятно услужлив и общителен, също както бе при първото ми отсядане преди 8 години 😀 и ...

Вероятно има някой малки и дребни неща, които са напълно поносими и в моя случай нямат значение.

Hotel je na odličnoj poziciji. Blizu je stanica metroa i nekoliko stanica gradskih autobusnih linija. Na 5 minuta udaljenosti su 2 supermarketa. U kvartu je više restorana i lokala. Sobe su nove, čiste. Imaju moderan sustav paljenja i gašenja svjetala, klime, ambijentalno svjetlo, uz nacionalni tv program moguće je povezati se s mobilnim uređajem na TV. Doručak je bogat, od peciva, preko kroasana, različitih vrsta narezaka, marmelade, voća do više vrsta žitarica. Osoblje je jako pristojno i srdačno. Djeca su me pitala ako ćem se ovdje vratiti opet :).

Gran cercanía a Liverpool Street y la estación de metro que también conecta con el aeropuerto de Stansted. Barrio tranquilo, con muchas opciones de comida cerca. Habitación pequeña pero cómoda si vas a Londres a hacer turismo y no a pasar mucho tiempo en el hotel. Recepción muy amplia, personal amable.

The only thing was that when other people were going into their rooms,it sounded like they were coming into ours which frightened my daughter a couple of times, not sure if that's anything that can be solved!

We loved the location - it was perfect for what we needed to do The room was sufficient for what we needed - the shower was good and very clean. The staff were VERY welcoming when we arrived and helpful if we needed to leave our suitcase while we shopped. Overall - we would use/recommend the hotel

We didn't like the air conditioning - our preference is to have the room cooler than what was permitted with the system. The temperature changed and we felt we couldn't get the fan to produce cool air. I know the system is very high tech - but it took us a while to figure it out. BUT we did in the end and still couldn't get the air conditioner to work properly

Great hotel. It was superb value for money and the room was lovely. staff were very accommodating and helpful. The bag storage was very helpful during the day and I would definitely use the hotel again.

the window was quite disappointing as it had a frosted film over and could only open a couple of inches at the top but I suspect that was to do with privacy and safety. the TV was also a bit awkward and complicated to use but again I suspect that is my technical knowledge more than the hotel.
