Chambre très confortable, une clim qui marche merveilleusement bien (c'était la canicule dehors mdr) L'accueil fut rapide mais chaleureuse L'hotel se trouve dans un excellent quartier et le métro pas loin ! Je conseille fortement :)

The location is good

The normal rooms are too small with small window near ceiling. Looks like we are in a prison. The toilet is separated by smoked glass. Thus there is no privacy. Even did fficult to stay as a couple. Eventually we have been upgraded to access able room as my husband faced a medical emergency which was good.

Great location, friendly staff, comfy bed with good pillows. Fine for one person.

Some of the furnishings are a little tired - the floor dips, the bed frame looked like it had been damaged and hastily repaired. It was mostly quiet but you can feel the underground running. It was fine for just one person staying but if there's two of you then you should know, the door to the toilet is glass and you can almost touch it from the bed. And one of you has to climb over the windowsill to get into bed. But fine for a one person stay.

J’ai passé un agréable séjour. Le personnel est très aimable et serviable ! la chambre était propre, calme confortable et bien équipée. L'hôtel est bien localisé, à 2min à pieds de Old street et à 2 stations de King cross. Seul bémol, certaines chambres n’ont pas de fenêtres mais cette information était communiquée et connue au moment de ma réservation. Je reviendrai :)

The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and welcoming, and really made the stay exceptional. Great location and the room was comfortable and very good value for the price.

This hotel is clean, tidy and the rooms may be small but they have everything you'd need for a 1 or 2 night stay. The staff were super helpful with my early arrival and very accommodating in the cafe/bar area.

Location was perfect for Moorfields Eye Hospital and close to tube station. The staff were very attentive and helpful and listened to our comments and changed the room to better meet our needs. A lovely bonus was the free cheese and wine event in the evening where we discovered a blue cheese we didn't know. All the staff were friendly and exceptionally kind.

The room was so small that one of the couple in a double room would have had to climb over the bed to get in or go to the bathroom in night. We were moved to a more spacious room. A pity that the designers don't think of the comfort of the guests and try to maximise the space by cramming in beds with no room around the bed. Fewer rooms with more space would make more money in the long term because guests would return. Also, the noise from the tube line passing under the hotel was constant until midnight. There was also no ventilation or ability to open windows even a fraction.

Great location and spacious room

Very very noisy, I could hear the tube trains and all of the surrounding rooms, including footsteps and showers/toilets flushing.

Sehr kleines Zimmer und Bett. Es gab keine Option, die Fenster zu öffnen für frische Luft. Klima will man auch nicht immer anschalten und zudem War diese auch nicht wirklich stark. Für eine Nacht, top aber definitiv nicht länger

The Hotel quality is very good and the staff are very cooperative.

The fact that you can only use tissue paper on toilet. It would have been better if water is available for instead of tissue paper only.

Moderne Ausstattung, gute Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad, genügend Haken an der Wand, grosser TV (nicht benützt) Wasserkocher, Tee & Kaffee & Wasser Sauber, gute AC die funktioniert

Zimmer sehr klein, Zimmer gereinigt (jeden 2. Tag ok) aber Nachttischoberfläche nicht !

Lovely place, staff were really friendly and helpful. Highly reccomend.

Shower was a bit hard to get temp right. A very small complaint in an otherwise lovely stay.

pur avendo prenotato una camera queen la camera era molto piccola (il letto era incastrato tra le pareti) e la finestra era oscurata... la camera appariva molto diversa dalle foto booking il personale è professionale ma sicuramente non cordiale

We have stayed in a Z hotel before. They are not luxury by any standard and the rooms are small. However they are really good value for money if it is just a bed for the night that you require. The rooms are clean and functional with a good shower and toiletries provided including tea and coffee making facilities.

Das Zimmer war viel zu klein und die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Wir hatten kein Fenster und es war viel zu heiß. Nachdem wir das mehrmals reklamiert haben, war der Mitarbeiter total unfreundlich.

The only thing was that de AC seemed to be not working properly, it said that was set 18 degrees but didn't felt that cold.

Close to the bus stops, grocery stores, quiet and safe area, exceptional staff! Very comfortable bed and linnen.

Room size ( the bathroom wall was by the bed's side, so somehow difficult to get up. Lack of privacy, when there are two people one can see and hear what's hoing on inside the bathroom which actually is inside the room.

Perfect location, nice touch to have water and fridge in the room. Great shower pressure too.

Even though there was a window, still quite dark and windows won’t open so no natural ventilation. And the hum of the AC was quite bothersome - even when it’s switched off, it hums.

Lift was broken and I had a suitcase . I was given room on lower ground floor , I didn’t sleep at all because it sounded like the tube was above me plus the air conditioning was so loud it sounded like a kettle boiling all night long

The location of the place is amazing, 2 minutes from metro station. Near the hotel are lots of shops and restaurants. The stuff was very nice and helpful - we felt very cared for. The room was small but we’ve got everything that we need also it was very clean and smelt good. AC was working pretty well.

The only bad thing I can say about this place is that the bathroom in the room have glass walls which can be disturbing if you’re travelling with someone u feel comfortable enough.

Cuando llegué no encontraron mi reserva, a la media hora de espera me dieron una habitación en la entrada, con todo el ruido de la gente entrando y saliendo. Justo debajo pasaba el metro y había mucho ruido, junto con el aire acondicionado era complicado dormirse. Me dieron una habitación accesible, bien si tienes problemas de movilidad pero no es mi caso, usar el baño es complicado por la altura y el grifo ya es otro mundo

O pequeno-almoço era muito bom, com opções razoáveis de comida e bebida. A localização era impecável, pois era muito perto da estação de metro. Havia também boas opções de restaurantes por perto.

Os quartos não eram muito grandes e não tinham janelas. Ouvia-se algum ruído dos outros quartos e corredor.

A cama era péssima. O colchão estava claramente esburacado e doeu-me imenso a dormir. O ar condicionado é central e não conseguíamos controlar e fazia imenso barulho a noite toda. reforcei imensas vezes com a receção. Estavam prontamente disponíveis, mas não resolviam.

3rd floor walk up because the lift/Elevator was broken. In the middle of summer that is unacceptable. The toilet did not really work and the staff made me feel really awkward for asking for absolutely anything.

Location is the only redeeming factor

There was black mould and a leak in the roof in the bathroom. Staff were rude and didn’t fix the problem when asked

Very nice hotel with friendly staff, clean, regarding quietness, indeed you hear no elevator, no noise on the corridor, no doors being slammed, however the underground was something it bothered me from my room. It something the hotel can’t do anything about it, but I wanted to mention that.

Nothing in particularly from the property itself, just a macro problem within the infrastructure from the city that affects the hotel (underground).

Die Lage war hervorragend, da alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten Londons bequem zu Fuß oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar waren. In unmittelbarer Nähe befanden sich zahlreiche Restaurants und Bars sowie ein 24-Stunden-Supermarkt. Das Hotel selbst war ausgezeichnet und das Personal äußerst freundlich.

Dies stellt eine Kritik auf hohem Niveau dar. Unterhalb des Gebäudes verläuft eine U-Bahn-Linie, deren Geräusche im zweiten Obergeschoss dezent wahrnehmbar sind; im Erdgeschoss stelle ich mir dies als störender vor. Es ist bedauerlich, dass auf dem vorhandenen Fernsehgerät kein Netflix über den eigenen Account genutzt werden kann, wie es bei modernen Geräten üblich ist. Die Benutzeroberfläche ist leider ausschließlich in englischer Sprache verfügbar, Sky ist jedoch vorhanden in englisch.

All were pretty good, I am happy with it. Clean, comfortable, good location, very helpful and friendly stuff (really happy about their nice services). P.S. really loved that in the bathroom you left more than one set of towels!

It’s just tiny details, which could be changed and it would be even better - iron in the room (to prepare the clothes for ourselves tidy) and better or even proper amout of cosmetics in the bathroom/shower. Usually I carry on my own, just this time I forgot the body wash cosmetics, so used the hotels.(ofcourse the quality of the product is not well), but happy that still was something like an option. This is just tiny details, but makes people really happy if they found all the right way.

Great location, rooms are small but so cosy. I loved it. I loved having aircon in the room, the shower was lovely. The lady who checked me in was very kind. All round a great stay!

La struttura è moderna e accogliente, la doccia bella grande. Lo staff molto gentile e disponibile.

Camere sporche e piene di polvere, non c’era l’armadio ma solo degli appendiabiti con le ste stampelle. La pulizia della camera ed il cambio degli asciugamani e lenzuola dovevi richiederla tu entro la mezzanotte altrimenti il giorno dopo non eseguivano nulla.

The location was perfect it was close to the underground and it was easy to get to places. The workers were friendly, social and happy they gave me a warm welcome and that welcoming vibe continued throughout my stay. The room was clean and the wifi great.

The bed gave me backache the matress was hard and not comfortable. It creaked alot and kept being that way. For the price that I payed I had hoped for a better bed for my nightrest,

Staff were lovely and accommodating. There was an issue with my air con and they kindly let me switch rooms and fixed the issue straight away. Room was CLEAN. Honestly, I'd probably suggest people to stay at one of these hotels over similar options i.e your premier inn or travelodges.

We paid extra for a room with a window, but this turned out to be pretty pointless as the window cannot be opened. We knew the room was advertised as small, but in reality it was much smaller than it appeared in the photos, even smaller than rooms in Japan, which are famously short on space. There was barely enough room to move around, and you couldn't even open a cabin-size suitcase properly. The AC was extremely noisy and inefficient, but without it the room quickly became hot and stuffy. Despite how warm the room was, only a winter-weight duvet was provided. The bathroom is separated from the bedroom by just some glass panels, with virtually no insulation between the two spaces. It essentially feels like everything is in one small room. Overall, we found the room very uncomfortable and unfortunately wouldn't recommend this hotel.

I arrived on one of the hottest days in London and the lift wasn't working, the air con was minimal in a room with no windows (in other countries it is illegal to rent a room with no windows..), the key of the first room did no work and I had to wait for the staff to first make a few attempts and then give me another room. I stayed two night and no one came to do the cleaning of the room in those 2 days.

Excellent location in Shoreditch with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and attractions. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free.

The room was a bit small, and there was limited space for luggage. Apart from that, everything met my expectations.

We got a first room and it was very small for two people, the air conditioner wasn’t working and the bathroom was too small to share especially with a friend. The room was giving a room for a couple and not to share with a friend because the bathroom was fitted with a frosted glass for privacy but we could nearly see everything. We then asked to change rooms and they first said no and that’s what we chose for. So we slept in the heat. We went on the weekend of a heatwave so I can tell you that it was not nice to sleep in there. The next day we said that it was not possible to sleep in that room because it was too hot so they accepted to change it. They told us to gather our stuff and that they would move our stuff to the room while we were exploring the city. When we came back to our new room it was better and a bit bigger and the air conditioner was finally working. Then I noticed that my beauty blender for my makeup disappeared, and I am 100% sure that I left it on my makeup bag in a plastic bag in our first room on top of my suitcase. I then went asking for it at the reception and they said that they hadn’t seen it and that they couldn’t do anything. This was the second day and I still had 2 days left and so my makeup didn’t look as I wanted after that. I was pretty disappointed

The ground floor rooms are right next to the underground line and so loud. It was impossible to sleep past 5am after the trains started running.

Awful room, very claustrophobic. The AC did not work properly and was very hot in the room. They had cushions not pillows on the beds. The lift was out of service so we had to take 3 flights of stairs each time. They did not make the rooms up when we were there.

Welcoming staff and great location

The only lift was broken so we switched from the third floor to the first. The stairwells were not very clean and our room was stuffy with ineffective air conditioning and no ability to open a window.

The hotel location is perfect,near the tube station,many shops and cafes around just 13min walk from Shoreditch.

For the second time using the hotel, I got a room with broken Air Con, this was during a heatwave in London. There were no other rooms available but I was moved into a room with no issues on the second night of my stay.

出發前3個月會訂這間飯店就是因為有電梯，下訂前查看評論發現電梯當時已經故障一段時間，飯店回覆會儘快維修，然而到達旅館時發現電梯還是故障的，對此飯店員工很友善地告知我電梯仍故障，這樣要幫我安排樓上還是樓下的房間呢？我以為這個意思是樓下房間我就不用再搬運20公斤的行李箱上下樓梯了，結果還是被安排在地下室的房間，也就是我仍然要自行搬運20公斤的行李上下狹窄的樓梯，甚至還要在地下室感受著旁邊的地鐵來回移動的震動聲⋯
