Big room, good location (also a pick up spot for Cardrona's paid shuttle), excellent value for money. Kitchenette had a combo microwave and oven which was good for small meals, and free washer/dryer was great.

Stayed for 7 nights and had to request a clean - they made up the bed but don't think sheets were changed/cleaning done. Liked that top ups for towels etc can be requested at any point but not that cleaning is only done for stays longer than 7 days.

Room was clean, with a good amount of space to relax and the facilities in the room were good with a microwave style kitchen.

Breakfast needed to be booked at front desk to obtain a discount, whilst there was plenty of food, the range and quality of food was basic and not well laid out in one place. Gym was very basic and full of bags from people using the spa. Ground floor room and the bathroom windows opened out to common walkway.

The room was spacious with separate lounge and kitchen area, bathroom and bedroom. Big bed was comfy great pillows. It was very quiet at night. The sauna and spa were great after a hard day on the mountain. And for the rainy day a small gym to work out if that is your jam. It was clean with good quality linen, small kitchen with cook top and microwave. A great location 5 min walk to the lake track. Drive. 30min from TC and 40min to Cardys. 5min from town.

No allocated parking space just take what you could. But in saying that we never had an issue finding a spot to park close to our unit and we were there for two weeks in the ski season.

The room was a great size, although we did not spend too much time there. It was clean and the pool looked nice - but we didn't go in. Staff were friendly when asked a question.

The pillows weren't very comfy for us, maybe having more than just one pillow each would have given us a choice.

Parking was abut tight, not designed for a lot of 4x4, but thats me being picky as everything else amaxing

Superb room and location

The room was very clean and comfortable.

The only negative was the useless "kitchenette" which was not a kitchenette at all. No hotplate or sink just a microwave and toaster and kettle. A few dishes that you could wash in the bathroom.

We had two evening meals in the restaurant and found the meals to be well presented and reasonably priced. The laundry facilities were excellent. Reception staff were extremely helpful.

My only recomendation is to update the pillows. Not uncomfortable but could do with a refresh.

Great sized apartments, excellent facilities including sauna, spa, gym and free laundry was fantastic. Also being able to have free coffees whenever from the restaurant area was a bonus.

Very clean, comfortable and spacious rooms Loved the two leather chairs they provided in the seating area The kitchenette was well equipped Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel had a bar and restaurant which served very tasty meals. It is a 25 minute flat walk into town, but is very pleasant if you don’t mind a walk

We had a fantastic stay at Club Wyndham Wanaka! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and were always friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our apartment was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable family vacation. The facilities were excellent—the heated pool, spa, and games areas were a huge hit with both the adults and the kids. The location is peaceful, with beautiful mountain views, yet it’s only a short drive to the lake and the town centre. We especially appreciated how clean and well-maintained the entire property was. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Club Wyndham Wanaka to anyone visiting this beautiful part of New Zealand. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

This place was unreal. The kids loved the hot tub and the pool and slide. The free laundry was also a highlight and we even booked the kids into a kids activity as it was school holidays. Of our whole stay in NZ this was the best value.

I love the price point, the size of the studio and we loved the pool and hot pool. Having access to great facilities is awesome and it is way bigger than most studios.

We found a g-string underwear down in the chair in the room, when I mentioned it to reception the lady laughed and said feel free to dispose of it, no apology or offer to collect and put in the bin, I understand things get missed with housekeeping it was a bit gross and the receptionist's reply was a bit rude. The restaurant was open on Sunday night and Monday night but no chef, the in room menu does not mention this. we had a glass of wine went to order tea to discover this and pizza was all that could be offered. No problem but let guests know this on the in room menu perhaps. We will be back but would expect a better level of service or response to an issue.

This hotel is incredibly clean and had an electric blanket on the bed which was amazing as it was so cold!

You can hear other guests coming and going as the doors need a bit of a pull to close but it didn’t really bother me but could if your a light sleeper

Like a half hour walk from the main city area but you can borrow a bike. also the staff come to your door and try to make you attend a presentation so that you buy into a timeshare, but that was quite entertaining honestly

Rooms were clean, ample parking. Location is a bit further from central Wanaka but everyone will be driving so it wasn't a real issue (5min drive at most). Easy location to access the region with great staff!

Rooms probably felt a little bit dated but they are well maintained and clean!

The property is well set out with a good variety of accommodation. Our grandchildren enjoyed the pool and slide area and the availability of hot chocolate drinks in the restaurant. Also, as a family, we enjoyed an evening meal together using the bbq and dining tables outside. Our family and grandchildren also enjoyed being able to use the bicycles for some cycling adventures. The availability of good off street parking is also a benefit.

The rooms were not serviced for the 3 nights we stayed and there were not enough car parks with only one disability car park which was really disappointing we never secured it and actually had to park across a busy road

Comfortable and Clean

No parking allocated to Apartments. We were directed to park out on the Road as all parks were full. Apartments with more than one car took parks, even a Caravan. Not impressed.

Had a pool and gym. Gym was basic but adequate; ski machine , bike and running machine. Had weights and a bench. Nice and clean. Slide on pool was good fun. Staff were lovely. Very friendly and when I asked for a bigger pan and more loo rolls, they were more than happy to help.

I don't know if Booking.com told the hotel that there were 4 adults and 2 children as we had to ask for the bedding for the bed settee and more towels. The hob didn't fit two normal sized family pans.

Very comfortable and spacious room. Started with a beautiful welcome and drink on check in, a small but valuable gesture as it started the experience off very nicely. Facilities are great, laundry clean and that there was no charge and washing powder provided is another small but lovely gesture. All round wonderful stay thank you

I would ask for seperate shower in future but that’s just a personal preference now. But shower itself was great. 😊

The unit has a fully equipped open kitchen with a dining table. The living area, spacious and comfortable, opens out to a balcony overlooking trees. It's lovely to have breakfast on the sunlit balcony in the morning. The bed room is of good size with a big bed and armchair, and it also has a balcony. I like the ceiling fans which bring in gentle breeze, making the temperature just right for me.

The pool is a bit too small and shallow for a resort type of accommodation.

We absolutely loved our stay and will most definitely be back. Staff were friendly and very accommodating and the facilities were excellent. Can’t wait to return.

Best place to stay in Wanaka. Everything was just perfect

It was a lovely one BR apartment we stayed in. Everything for the kitchen was provided, we didn't use it but everything was there. Rooms were really clean, very comfortable bed. We were right next to the pool, did get noisy at times but nothing terrible. We made use of spa and sauna after our big hikes. We got welcome drinks which was lovely. Breakfast was average, very few items to select from. We also got complementary dinner organised by Ash ( thank you). Very close to the centre, close to many hikes and lake.

Breakfast could have few more options.

spacious room with outside patio seating area. kitchenette was very useful and a bonus find, well equipped with fridge and microwave. we used our electric frypan outside! swimming pool was great as was the FREE laundry.... commercial washers and dryers., such a great opportunity to catch up on our travels. Helpful staff on reception.

note to others....... this resort is rather outside Wanaka, so transport will be needed.

The room was comfortable, quiet and clean, like the balcony for a relaxing drink.

The parking spaces in the property were limited, if you back to the hotel late.
