Clean tidy and great attention to detail - we had everything we needed for drinks, cleaning etc

Unfortunately there was no hot water on the last day so couldn't shower or do dishes Drawers for clothes would be useful as we were there for a week.

We liked everything about the Villa. It was clean and very comfortable. Great location.

The villa was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It had everything we needed for a pleasant stay, and the location was convenient for exploring Wanaka. Helen and Ron were welcoming and helpful hosts. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this place to others.

Very clean, attention to detail, friendly host. Walkable to town ~ 25 mins along the lake.

We had our own private space, and the host couple were incredibly friendly and thoughtful. They provided fruit, yogurt, bread, and milk for us, which was a lovely surprise and far exceeded our expectations. Everything was wonderful.

As there is no sink available, we had to leave the dishes for the hosts to wash. Although they were very kind and assured us that it was absolutely fine, we would have preferred to clean up ourselves after meals.

Cozy, warm and quiet. Comfortable beds, awesome shower. Everything is spotlessly clean and hosts are very friendly. Can't fault anything with this. Nicely done!

Ron was friendly and we had plenty of breakfast choices to choose from- very clean and comfortable

It was a lovely cosy property with two spacious bedrooms which were super comfortable doubles and they were spotlessly clean. Breakfast was provided including a variety of fresh fruit, cereals, yogurts,bread for toast and home made marmalade and jams as well as tea and coffee. It was a short walk to the beach through a beautiful park and you came out at the Wanaka Tree. It was a half hour walk along the waters edge to the town centre. Helen and Ron were so welcoming and helpful. We just loved it here and would have loved staying longer

Het knusse huisje staat achterin de tuin van de eigenaren. Het is gezellig en goed verzorgd ingericht. Het terras is - bij mooi weer - erg leuk. De buurt waar het huisje staat is erg mooi gelegen en Wanaka is top!

Er was alleen een microwave en geen kookplaat. De eigenaars vertelden dat deze nog vervangen moest worden. Dat viel tegen. De slaapkamers waren erg klein. We misten een eettafeltje binnen.

Everything was sparkly clean and organized. The entire place has been maintained really well. Truly thoughtful owners.

The location is amazing. Just 8 minutes to the Wanaka Tree. Helen was lovely and welcoming. Such a great spread for breakfast including several cereals, biscuits and breads. A home away from home.

it is a simple self service breakfast but is enough food supply, just bread roll , jam and butter, cereal,coffee and tea provide.

Beautiful home from home in a lovely location in a residential area. Free parking space. Continental Breakfast included. Host Helen was there to greet us & available if needed. Walking distance to That Wanaka Tree !

Nice spot and breakfast cereals, fruit, toast and yoghurt were supplied for breakfast.

I like a dark room to sleep and the room we were in was a bit light for me...but this is a minor dislike and personal preference.

Located in a quiet lane just off from the main road and a 15 minutes leisurely walk along the lake will take you to the town centre where all good restaurants and stores are located. The kitchen at the villa was well stocked for all that you need for an English breakfast of highest quality. Helen and Ron are excellent hosts (probably one of the best in this trip of 14 days). Has ample car park exclusively for the guests! No hesitation in recommending to anyone traveling to Wanaka.

Lovely place, very comfortable, the breakfast provided was much appreciated. A short 10 minute walk to the lakefront and That Wanaka Tree. Note that there is no indoor dining table, although there is a table outside in the patio. A load of laundry costs $5.

Everything. This place was so nice. Wish we had booked more than one night. Accommodation was very comfortable and it is just like the pictures. Amazing DIY breakfast provided, with fresh fruit, yoghurts, cereal, bread jams. Also the most amazing cookie jar!!! Thank you Ron and Helen. We would highly recommend this place.

The privacy is very good! The landlord is very kind and enthusiastic! The landlord shared a lot of things with us, and brought free fruit yogurt bread and other food. The house has two bedrooms, the living room has very good lighting, and the garden is very clean.

Amazing stay, had all the conveniences one needs partway through a multi-week holiday. Well-supplied breakfast, extremely comfortable bed, kitchen was well-equipped for us to make a great dinner with the great Wanaka produce and there were books and games to occupy us whilst we relaxed in the villa. Washing machine was perfect for us to keep up with our laundry too. Loved it! Thank you both for your hospitality!

Great location. Space was large and bright. Breakfast was wonderful - extremely generous and thoughtful. Beds were one of the most comfortable ever.

We self-cater and the unit had all the facilities we needed to allow for this. Breakfasts were provided and were great. Hosts Helen & Ron were welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We highly recommend this accommodation.

Everything was perfect in this property. A complete home from home for any family. From the jar of cookies and breakfast stocked in the fridge to comfy lounge and bedrooms and the amazing spacious bathroom. Also the chance to use a full utility area too. Ron and Helen are the perfect hosts. You must stay here if you are in Wānaka. A 2 minute drive or short walk to the lake front bars and restaurants.
