Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer hätte ich bei einem 4 Sterne Boutique Hotel dieses Niveaus und Preises erwartet. Keine Trinkgläser im Zimmer. Abend Essen im Hotel eher teuer und kleine Portionen, aber top Qualität.

Loved this hotel, the pool, sauna, plunge pool as well as the happy hour with snacks. Great location and near lots of restaurants.

There is no AC in the room, so we had the window open all night which is quite loud as the property is on a main road. Parking is a bit tricky, but the staff are helpful. Parking is outside the property and you leave keys with reception so they can move cars if needed when other guests leave. There is also an overflow covered parking.

Staff are nice and friendly. Location is good with beautiful view and there is a supermarket next to the hotel which is very convenient.

Excellent and efficient concierge. The facilities were great, we enjoyed the sauna, hot tub, pool and gym! Comfortable and spacious room as well!

No air conditioning in the room unfortunately- ambient summer temperature made it difficult to sleep.

Parken voor het hotel was telkens een gedoe. Veel te weinig plaatsen waar door de wagen voor elkaar moesten staan. Hierdoor moesten we de sleutels afgeven zodat ze de wagens konden verzetten tijdens onze afwezigheid. Pas op de laatste dag kwamen ze met de melding dat ze ook een ondergrondse parkeergarage hadden?

Great place to stay in Santa Christina, located at a central place with direct access to the main street and on the bus station. Breakfast was very good. The room we got was very spacious with 2 separate large rooms and a living room. Outdoor & spa area are very nice, the hottubs are great and a variety of games for kids.

The parking does the job but is a bit tricky because of the proximity to the main street which can get busy during the day.

Amazing hotel! Clean rooms and very comfortable. The kids area was so great and fun! Food was delish and parking available. Also great location to restaurants close by. Highly recommended.

Hotel molto accogliente, in posizione strategica per raggiungere qualsiasi posto della Val Gardena, con la fermata dell’autobus gratuito davanti l’ingresso della struttura, cibo buono e vario, personale molto cortese e disponibile a soddisfare le esigenze dei clienti. Spazio esterno spettacolare con piscina panoramica, diverse sale benessere della spa. Camere belle, accoglienti e pulite. Parcheggio gratuito.

LO staff super presente, affiatato, cordiale, la posizione e la comodità per raggiungere le principali zone circostanti col bus, la comodissima possibilità di ricaricare l'auto elettrica di notte e prima di ripartire. La stanza dei giochi dell'hotel per nostra figlia di 2 anni.

I cuscini del letto proprio non sono ideali per me, troppo ingombranti e molli e il cestino del bagno troppo piccolo e non chiuso per chi ha bimbi che usano i pannolini non è ideale ( si intuisce perchè ) Inoltre la temperatura troppo bassa della sauna con umidità troppo alta la rendevano più affaticante di una sauna finlandese vera, che dovrebbe avere almeno 80 gradi di temperatura e 20% max di umidità. Sono comunque dettagli superabili, è andato tutto bene

L’emplacement, la beauté de la décoration, la propreté, le personnel du restaurant, la chambre et la partie spa et piscine.

La cuisine n’était pas typique et pas toujours à la hauteur du prix. On a payé 40€ par jour pour notre chien (caniche) qui ne perd pas de poils, est propre et ne dérange personne pour ne pas avoir de service pour le séjour, donc vraiment un prix élevé. Les chambres ne se valent pas toutes même si elles sont classées comme catégorie élevée.

La habitación cuádruple era muy cómoda y amplia. La zona de la piscina muy cuidada y limpia. La ubicación perfecta para coger el Cal Raiser cablecar y para hacer excursiones por la zona.

Faltó fruta natural en el desayuno

La ubicacion, y el hotel tenía de todo. Lorenza y todo el personal espectacular!

Es caro, pero en general, todo el alojamiento en la zona es caro.

Das Hotel ist sehr stylisch. Sehr zentral gelegen, Busse fahren direkt vor der Haustür ab. Zimmer gut schallgedichtet, schöner Spa-Bereich und sehr nettes Personal.

Parkplatz ist knapp, aber ich habe immer etwas gefunden oder das Personal hat eine Lösung herbeigeführt, also eigentlich nichts zu beanstanden.

Een prachtig gemoderniseerd hotel met ruime kamers en appartementen. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam en de faciliteiten zijn buitengewoon. Er is een spa met sauna en relaxruimte en een verwarmd buitenzwembad in de tuin met volop ligbedjes en extra jacuzzi's. Ook staan hier een poolbiljart, voetbal- en tafeltennistafel zodat niemand zich hoeft te vervelen. Hier is tevens prima bediening zodat je niks te kort komt. Ook staat er elke middag een buffet met snacks waar je naar believen kunt pakken, dit zijn dan lokale lekkernijen als koekjes en zoete broodjes etc. Het ontbijt is uitstekend en prima verzorgd. Er is een ruim buffet en warme gerechten (zoals ei en/of spek etc.) worden vers gemaakt. De locatie is mooi centraal en direct naast de bushalte waar bussen naar Ortisei en de grote kabelbaan (Col Raiser) vertrekken. Parkeren kan in de ruime garage waar ook plek is voor meegenomen fietsen etc. De locatie vonden wij geweldig, dichtbij het mooi wandelgebied maar niet de enorme drukte van Ortisei waar je evengoed met auto of bus in 10 minuten kunt zijn. Die plaats is zeker de moeite waard maar wij vonden het wat rustigere Santa Christina net iets leuker. Overigens zijn de prijzen hier ook vriendelijker dan in Ortisei, vooral de kabelbaan naar het zelfde wandelgebied is vanuit Santa Christina een stuk voordeliger dan vanuit Ortisei en ook veel minder druk.

Views from the room are incredible . Great location to explore the region as the local bus is free and stops directly outside the Hotel. Staff and facilities are brilliant. Rooms are really large too!

We really enjoyed our stay at Boutique & Fashion Hotel Maciaconi. The location is excellent, with easy access to everything Santa Cristina has to offer. Our room was cosy and comfortable, and we particularly enjoyed the hotel’s stylish and welcoming common areas. The pool and spa were a great bonus and added to the relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly, professional and very helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated the possibility of charging our electric car conveniently in the hotel garage, even though this was at an additional cost.

There were a few small details that could be improved. We would have appreciated complimentary water and glasses in the room upon arrival; instead, we had to collect glasses from the bar. Also, although we were three people sharing the room, we were initially given only one key card. We had to wait until the following day, when some guests had checked out, before we could get additional key cards.

Facilities and location.

Breakfast for a 400eur/night could be better - more variety and better food quality. Anyhow this is the result of big demand in the area - whatever they do they will have always customers. Also, staff not very consumer oriented, just normal doing their job like an obligation and that in hospitality is a killer.

Superb location for the town, a bus stop outside. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast. The room was lovely and comfortable, bathroom large. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub facilities too

It's disappointing there's no kettle in the room and they charge for hot water for making tea. It was also very hot, the room has no aircon and they were not able to provide a fan. I've been waiting for 3 weeks for a receipt, it's a shame the excellent customer service in the hotel itself doesn't extend beyond leaving the property

The hotel’s location is lovely, and the bed is comfortable. The cleanliness is good too. But one simple problem is enough to turn all these positive aspects into negatives. There’s no glass in the room. It doesn’t matter if it’s glass, plastic, porcelain or paper. There’s no glass in the room. Why isn’t there a glass? There are two reasons. Either the tap water is harmful to health—as it’s recycled, treated water—and they’re concerned about guests’ health. Or it’s so they can sell water from the hotel bar. I considered the first option, but I didn’t see any signs anywhere saying ‘Do not drink the water—it’s harmful to your health’. So I reckon the reason there isn’t even a glass in the room is that they want to sell water from the hotel bar. I checked the bar prices: a bottle of water costs 6 euros. I couldn’t believe it. Water is a basic human need. For 6 euros, you won’t find water in any luxury restaurant in Ortisei. The maximum is 4 euros. I went up to the top of Seceda, and water was 2 euros. At the hotel where I was staying, it was 6 euros. This is unacceptable. The Italian tourism authorities should impose sanctions on businesses that charge such arbitrary prices. I drank water straight from the tap with my hands because the price was too high. And my stomach was in knots until morning. Apparently, the water flowing from the hotel’s tap isn’t fit for human consumption. Why isn’t there a warning that it’s unfit for consumption! This is a very interesting issue. There’s also the sound of woodworms gnawing at the wood, but this isn’t a major problem. After all, it’s not easy for the hotel staff to clean out the wood from the inside. It’s puzzling that the management isn’t taking this situation seriously, despite the water and glasses being the subject of so many negative reviews – or perhaps it’s just an old-fashioned way of running a business.

At breakfast no one told us that we can order omelet or eggs the employees didn't say a work for two days, on check out we discovered it, they should tell residents that this option is available not just keep quiet, bit hotel is amazing classy one of the best you can find in that region

Unwelcoming staff. Arrived post long journey, not asked about name, reservation etc just told check in was in a couple of hours. Not allowed to leave bags in hotel, told to leave them in the car while awaiting check in. Not allowed to use facilities. No recommendations on where to go while awaiting check in. Unusual for a hotel of this price and have never experienced this before. Limited facilities turned on around the pool such as saunas etc, maybe due to time of year. No al a carte menu only set menu available at hotel

Labai graži, rami vieta, geri pusryčiai, tik reikia patiems prašyti pvz., omleto ar kepto kiaušinio… Labai patogus kambarys šeimai. Geras susisiekimas autobusais iki keltuvų (stotelė prie pat viešbučio). Labai gera buvo po žygių kalnuose atsigauti baseine ir pagulėti prie baseino. O kalnai neapsakomai nuostabūs!

Pasigedome vandens ir stiklinių kambaryje, bet, paprašius, stiklinę gavome bare, o miesto vandens fontanėlis yra visai šalia viešbučio.

Очень приятный отель. Уютные чистые номера. Отзывчивый персонал, всегда готовый помочь. Вкусный завтрак. Хороший бассейн и зона отдыха. Очень удобное месторасположения: прямо у выхода из отеля автобусная остановка, супермаркет.

Было бы приятно, если бы в номере был чайник.

Huge and comfortable apartment, great with a baby.

So central! The team were really kind and pleasant! The hotel is beautiful and really cosy! We had a wonderful view of the Dolomites it was a dream! The pool and spa are an added treat!

Snídaně - byly chutné, ale byl nedostatek pečiva i dalších věcí a doplňování bylo opravdu pomalé. Dále by bylo vhodné doplnit vajíčka a každý den měnit způsob jejich zpracování.

La struttura si trova in centro a Santa Cristina ma comunque in una zona molto tranquilla, vicino a ristoranti, negozi e noleggio biciclette. La fermata del bus che porta ad Ortisei ed a tutte le località vicine (linea 350 o 354) si trova esattamente di fronte all'hotel. I biglietti del bus sono stati forniti gratuitamente dall'hotel. Una menzione particolare alla Sig.na Cristiana della reception, sempre estremamente cortese e professionale con tutti gli ospiti. Da consigliare !

Soggiorno perfetto! Ci è piaciuto davvero tutto. La camera era ampia, pulita e con uno splendido terrazzo vista montagne, che rendeva il risveglio ancora più bello. La spa, inclusa nel soggiorno, è completa di tutto: piscine, idromassaggi, saune e aree relax. Inoltre in camera erano già disponibili accappatoi, ciabatte e tutto il necessario per accedervi comodamente. Lo staff è stato sempre gentile e attento. Un ringraziamento speciale al cameriere del pomeriggio, che si è persino ricordato che preferivamo l'acqua frizzante: un piccolo gesto che dimostra grande attenzione verso gli ospiti. Molto apprezzata anche la merenda gratuita dalle 15 alle 17, con un'ottima scelta di dolci. La colazione è ricca e varia, sia nella parte dolce che salata, con la possibilità di prepararsi centrifughe fresche, un dettaglio che abbiamo trovato davvero piacevole. L'hotel dispone di parcheggio ed è in una posizione perfetta, proprio nel centro di Santa Cristina, comodissimo per raggiungere a piedi i ristoranti la sera. È presente anche un ristorante interno, anche se durante il nostro soggiorno non abbiamo avuto occasione di provarlo. Un hotel che consiglieremmo senza alcun dubbio: se dovessimo tornare in Val Gardena, sceglieremmo di soggiornare qui di nuovo.

A lovely hotel in the middle of a quaint village. Spacious hotel room, exceptionally clean. With a superb outdoor space with pool and a sauna to relax in after a days hike. All hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Excellent transport on the door step to travel around the area. Excellent hiking trails around for all levels.

The hotel does added extras very well. However, misses some basics: a information guide in the hotel room and tea/coffee facilities in the hotel room.

Location was nice, hotel was clean and peaceful, very friendly personnel. Heated pool was very nice.

For some reason it felt somewhat pricey, although the overall quality was nice and ok. Maybe it was essy things like not having drinking glasses at room, not complimentary coffee at snack or water at dinner. Not expensive to buy, but the ”mandatory” need for buy those cheap things makes it feel pricey.

Very Friendly Personal, Great Breakfast and also very tasty snacks. Spa Area very beautiful and relaxing everything you are looking for in a wellness hotel!

Il design della struttura moderno e attuale, molto bello e d'impatto. Bagno della stanza moderno e pulito. Disponibilità del personale in reception.

Rapporto qualità/prezzo molto svantaggiato: cena senza possibilità di scegliere i piatti con portate abbastanza ridotte. Spa abbastanza scomoda, con piscina riscaldata (ma acqua non calda, solo appena tiepida) per stare all'aperto in pieno inverno e senza possbilità di entrare dall'interno. Anche le vasche Jacuzzi, in parte funzionanti, sono totalmente all'aperto e parecchio scomodo uscire al freddo. Camera abbastanza piccola e spoglia.

Bardzo duży pokój z wieloma oknami, strefa spa, szczególnie sauna. Fajne śniadania i robione na świeżo rzeczy z jajek, naleśniki itd. Ciastka od 15 do 17. Herbata w strefie spa. Kilka minut na piechotę do najbliższej gondoli.

Chłodna woda w basenie i w jacuzzi

Хороше розташування - поряд багато магазинів, кафе, ресторанів, аптека, зупинка Ski shuttle. Достатньо місць для парковки. Чудове Spa з теплим басейном, кількома різними саунами і джакузі. Біля саун можна взяти рушники, трав'яний чай, яблука. Халати, тапочки і рушники для спа є в номерах. Смачні сніданки і вечері.

The staff in this hotel were amazing. Special mention to Pasquale , Max, Melania and Cristiana. All the staff here ( I did not get all the names) work so hard to make your stay 5+ stars. Thankyou. Be sure to eat dinner in the hotel, you will not be disappointed. Also the free snacks and cakes each afternoon were appreciated.

Serviço excelente, as pessoas que nos atenderam e nos serviram foram extremamente gentis e solícitas - todas elas, sem exceção. A acomodação era excelente e o spa também. Minha estada foi excelente. Garagem coberta, camas boas, lençóis e toalhas muito bons também. A comida, que contratamos à parte, era muito boa também. O hotel fica numa zona bastante central do lugar.

Tudo foi ótimo!

Мы не были предупреждены, что в день заселения не будет возможности подъезда к парковке отеля из-за дорожных работ в городе в этот день. При попытке решить эту проблему на ресепшене - это вызвало только раздражение у работников отеля, они ничем не помогли. На мой взгляд, за такие деньги должен быть сервис лучше

The staff is super friendly and helpful - Maximilliano made our stay wonderful with his recommendations and goodwill The room was comfy, big, clean, and well-equipped! Especially like the shower with the hot steam system! The location is right on the bus station and it helped navigate to every point we needed. Overall it was an amazing experience and is highly recommended!

The SPA area and the hot tub were a bit colder than expected.

terribile la cena , siamo arrivati alle 20,00 tutti gli antipasti erano finiti, nessuno li ha rimpiazzati, il primo era un brodino di carote , di secondo mezza trota, alla fine della cena sono uscito e recatomi in ristorante vicino ho potuto cenare decentemente Rimarco che.Il servizio era terribile come tutto il cibo tranne gli antipasti che non ho potuto assaggiare.

We had a very comfortable stay here. The hotel is very well equipped with a nice breakfast and complimentary snack in the afternoons. The staff were particularly helpful, especially in helping plan hikes and giving directions. Overall, we had a great time.

The parking was slightly tricky, however easier than most places in the dolomites.
